“Kate took wonderful care of Whiskers! Whiskers is a shy kitty and Kate did a great job caring for and playing with Whiskers. There was a time that she couldn't locate Whiskers because she was hiding in our garage and Kate worked hard to locate her and kept us abreast of the situation via text - much appreciated! We really enjoyed Kate's updates and photos as well. We would definitely use Kate again for future cat sitting needs.”

About: I've had a rescue dog named Boo, she was a senior cockerspaniel that lived for 16 years. She had low energy, was very calm, and easy to take care of. I understand for a senior dog you need to take your time with them. I've also dealt with a senior German Shepherd who has Degenerative Myelopathy. I had to express his anal glands/ bladder and change his diapers I'm currently working part-time, so i'll have time to take care of your dogs! I'm free almost everyday except when i have to work at the dog kennel and the food truck I have a fenced backyard and a room for the dog to live in. At my clients home, ill be attentive and keep the dog company.

She checked in with me multiple times throughout the visit, sent me videos and kept me posted on what she was doing in terms of feeding and cleaning his litter. She even brought him cat a toy to keep. Tatiana was awesome! She came twice a day and took great care of our cat Sonny. She was always on time and it was nice that he could keep his same eating schedule while we traveled. He seemed relaxed and happy around her, which was what I was hoping for. She also took great care of watering my flowers! And did some nice extra things like taking out the trash and vacuuming before she left. Would definitely recommend her!

Genna was amazing! She took great care of my cat Nutella. She brushed her, played with her, fed her and gave her lots of love. She offered to meet before and noted down everything on Nutella routine. Also a bird got into the apartment and Nutella killed it, and Genna took care of everything, even vacuumed. Genna was amazing, I highly recommend her

We absolutely loved having Rachel look after our cats. She went above and beyond for our boys, even buying litter and new toys for them, and was incredibly attentive to their needs the whole time. We got thoughtful updates, and it was clear they were very comfortable with her. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a clean space. We’d 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter. 🐾💛

They are absolutely outstanding sitters! From very first message, their communication was warm and professional. During the stay, I received regular updates with adorable photos and detailed notes about how things were going. It was clear that Mariia and Ethan genuinely cared for Mia pup as if they were their own! Thank you for going above and beyond, you are the best!

Sian is a kind and wonderful soul. She took good care of our kitties and did a great job following special instructions for the house. We felt very confident and comfortable leaving her in charge while on retreat and the kitties will be having her back! So grateful and what a relief to have someone we can count on.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
