Have always been a huge animal lover! I live in Laurel Heights which is a short walk to the Presidio where I take my own dogs for hikes and walks. Golden Gate park is also close by. I have one small senior dog (Poodle mix) who gets on well with other dogs. I was raised with a big dog and have a lot of experience with big and small dogs. **Due to some recent issues with larger dogs, I will not be taking on any new large doggie guests (over 100 lbs) for a while, only repeats. I will still accept new small/medium sized babies. I also have a car, so I can pick up and drop off your furry baby :)

Sofia did a great job with Sawyer. We met in advance to make sure everyone was comfortable with each other. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she knew how to care Sawyer. We appreciate her and will definitely reach out again.
Sofía was excellent with coordinating Mapo’s care with my friend while I was out of town. I appreciated the updates and pictures as well as picking him up at transfer. Thank you Sofia!
Sofia did a great job making sure she knew everything she needed to before Gigi’s stay. She provided daily updates and photos and was happy to answer any questions I had. Gigi got along well and seemed to enjoy her stay.
Can never say enough great things about Sofia! Left my dog with her for almost 3 weeks for my wedding and honeymoon, and he was such a happy boy. She sent lots of updates and pictures and I could tell he was sad to be leaving her when I picked him up 💗
Sofia is amazing! My pup can be pretty shy but I can tell that he feels very comfortable with her, and I appreciate how kind and patient she is with him. She is super easy to coordinate with and sends regular updates! I highly recommend Sofia.
Sofia is the only Rover I use! I can tell she treats my dog like her own. He doesn’t even look back at me when he leaves with her!

Schedule
My schedule varies, but my own doggies get three good walks a day and I’m not typically gone for extended stretches of time, especially when hosting guest doggies.

Doggies under my care are treated like my own babies. Feeding times are done separately to ensure guest doggies are given space at meal times. They are allowed on furniture and bed and given lots of snuggles and kisses :)

I live very close to the Presidio and enjoy hiking there with the more energetic doggies who require longer walks. I do not typically allow guest doggies off-leash while in my care.

- - Is your dog potty trained? - Does your doggie have separation anxiety? I have had issues with some guest doggies being distressed when alone for a short time and destroying things. Rover does not cover property damage for hosts, so I absolutely cannot take on any doggies who have severe separation anxieties. - Is your dog comfortable with doggie/baby gates? - Is your dog okay with small dogs? - Because I live in an apartment, excessive barking is not allowed.
