“Thank you Cate, for spending time and taking care of our cat while we or gone for the holiday! Even though it was a last minute request, thank you for responding so quickly and coming by and meeting us! Thanks for getting the mail for us and playing with our cat and setting up that cute little tipi for her!:))”
“Siika was a wonderful sitter for our cat Marley! We needed her last-minute, and during a major holiday week, so she really came through! We got updates and photos from her daily, and she spent some extra time playing with Marley knowing we had just recently lost our other cat and this would be her first time solo. Everything was tidy when we got home, and Marley seemed happy and very well taken care of. We are so appreciative and would highly recommend Siika!”

“For our first time using Rover I’m so grateful and impressed by how easy Kennedy made everything! A true professional and confident especially given we had 5 dogs! I’d recommend Kennedy to anyone and will definitely be rebooking in the future! Thanks, Kennedy!”

About: What sets me apart is my real hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs in different home environments. I’ve pet sat for 3 different families and understand how important it is to keep pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I also have a cat and two dogs of my own, so caring for animals is already a big part of my daily life. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals of all personalities and energy levels. I am currently a student at UNCW and am looking to pet sit during my free time. I’m responsible, caring, and passionate about animals, and I would love the opportunity to provide reliable and loving care for your pets while you’re away. In the client’s home, I will maintain the environment exactly as I found it. I will carefully follow all instructions provided and in unforeseen situations I can navigate them by using my experience caring for pets to handle any situation responsibly.
About: I have had a furry friend in my life in some form or another since I was very young. I have experience with both more reactive and friendly breeds and have no preference on the kinds I work with. I use patience and understanding to make them feel safe. I worked professionally as a dog walker and pet sitter for two years to multiple dogs and can bring love and affection to any animals in my care. I am responsible, punctual and a great communicator and can be an asset in caring for your dog or other animals while you are away or on a regular basis for walks. I work 4 nights a week from 3pm-11pm downtown. I am not opposed to early morning visits or late nights visits if required and am available for overnights. I do a walkthrough with owners of exact locations for all your pets, learn their quirks, the things they love and don’t like and what might come up during my stay with them. I answer all phone calls and texts from owners while they are away to ensure they feel safe and comfortable knowing their animals are properly cared for.

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
