About: Hi! We’re Will and Sara; newly weds with a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever! We love to welcome in new dogs and help dog parents feel at ease knowing their dogs are taken care of! We feel comfortable administering medicine and making sure any special lifestyle needs are met! We have a large fenced in backyard, a flexible work schedule allowing your pet to be cared for as much or as little as they need, and an eagerness to make your dogs feel loved and cared for while you’re away! Sara works remotely at home with the ability to be with the dogs all day. We wake up early, start the day with breakfast and a walk, then routinely take the dogs out for fetch and potty breaks in our backyard throughout the day! We have a large fenced in backyard, a dog-proofed layout with breakables put away, water and food bowls easily accessible from the kitchen and an open layout that allows the dogs to easily stretch out and play where they’d like!

About: I have a passion so deep for all animals and I have been riding horses ever since I was young so my experience is a little more advanced since I have been around many different animals. I work at a restaurant a couple days a week but short shifts so I have time on my hands. I also exercise and walk a lot so walking dogs would fit perfectly. I care for animals with patience and kinds. I don’t believe any animal deserves a tough life and bad care and I want to love on every single one.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats, and as an adult, I’ve had the privilege of caring for two blind rescue dogs, as well as my current lovable 16-pound Aussiedoodle, Zoey. Zoey lives with me and gets along well with other dogs. For the past 2½ years, I’ve owned and operated a dog-walking and cat-care business, caring for a variety of neighborhood pets. My experience includes three 19-year-old cats, two medium and large Doodles, a Dachshund I’ve cared for since he was just 10 weeks old, and dogs of many different mixed breeds, ages, and personalities. My approach is to always let the animal lead. Both of my rescue dogs came from very difficult circumstances, and I learned how important patience, trust, and a sense of safety are. Rather than expecting an animal to immediately feel comfortable with me, I give them the time and space they need to open up on their own. With a calm, loving, and safe environment, that trust usually begins to develop naturally. I’m especially comfortable with animals who may be shy, fearful, cautious, or unsure of strangers. I take a very gentle approach, allowing them to get to know me at their own pace. Once they feel safe and comfortable, that’s when the magic unfolds! I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, whether that means sleeping in a crate at night or curling up on the bed. I live in a first-floor apartment facing a nice open green space, which makes it easy to provide frequent potty breaks and neighborhood walks. With pet-parent permission, it’s my norm to send daily updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m also comfortable administering medications and handling foods that require refrigeration or freezing. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I do my best to accommodate each pet’s individual routine and needs. Just let me know what works best for you and your pet! I am currently retired so I am home most of the day/night. I live with my 16 lb non-shedding Aussie doogle dog, Zoey. I may step out to run errands, go to an appointment, other, but am otherwise at home. I allow dogs to sleep on my bed or stay in a crate at night, per pet parents wishes. If you are traveling and require a pick up after 6 pm just let me know so we can work something out. I live in an apartment on the first floor, so I have easy access to let dogs out for potty breaks as I face an open green space. I live in a safe community with plenty of sidewalks and street lighting. I often walk my dog clients in the morning when it is cool outside, so they can get adequate exercise. On rainy days, I like to occupy your pet with tug-o-war, or a treat-kong, or playing with other toys. Please feel free to bring your dog's favorite toys.

About: Growing up we had both dogs and cats in the house. As soon as I had an apartment that allowed dogs, I adopted my sweet and sassy pup snoopy. Over the years his mobility declined and I gained insight in how to care for an elderly pup including administering shots, and oral medication. Last year my fiancé and I adopted our sweet girl Betty. She tested us as a puppy, and provided an opportunity to learn about training a dog with a different personality from my first pup. I work as an RN Monday- Thursday and my fiancé works from home Monday- Friday. We live in a first floor apartment with a walk out patio. Our complex also has a dog park and plenty of space for long walks. We are a nonsmoking home with no children; just Betty and she is very friendly with other dogs. I recently relocated to the Cary area for work, but my new job does not start until mid October! Prior to the move, I was a full time student and working on Rover. My schedule is pretty open to care for your pets! I am familiar with different harnesses and the importance of leashing dogs when out and about. Fully remote with leaving for the gym once a day, I have a large cage that can be used when I’m not home. Your dog will never be left unattended with my dog, at the least they will be locked in separate rooms I have a fenced yard, can go out as much as possible! My yard does get treated for fleas ticks and chiggers. A lot of grass to roll in!
About: I grew up with a wheaten terrier. I would always feed and walk neighbors pets while they were on vacation and watched neighbors pets in my home while they were gone for a week. I currently live with my boyfriend and his dog however they will be gone for the next 2 months so there will be no pets in the home. I work M-F, 8AM-3PM. I go on an 2-5 mile walk everyday and can tailor my activity to your dog’s needs. I like to walk around the loop in Wrightsville beach or on the river walk downtown! I live in a 2 bed apartment on the first floor that is very clean but very dog friendly! When my boyfriend is here, his dog lives with us but he is currently traveling for work (with the dog) so the apartment is very dog friendly with lots of toys and blankets everywhere!
About: Having grown up on a farm, I have been around animals all my life. Currently, I live behind the university with my two cavaliers on a little less than an acre. My two are wonderful with other dogs and looking for some playmates. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for a while now. I mainly take care of my own pets and I am wanting to get into pet sitting. I have a dog and two cats back home. About: I’ve spent my whole life living with and caring for all sorts of animals! I have lots of experience with special needs animals and giving them medications! I’ve worked with animals all sorts of ages and with many different personalities! I’m currently a barista and can typically stop by in the early mornings before work and spend my afternoons/nights caring for your furry friends! I have 2 cats of my own and I do prefer staying with them throughout the night but can make arrangements if needed! Both of my kitties are very spoiled and get lots of love and attention. About: My family has owned dogs since long before I came along. And thus, I've taken care of everything from chihuahuas to goldens and working line german shepherds. I started caring for them myself when I was about five and haven't stopped since. I've raised multiple litters of puppies, assisted in dog training, given both injections and oral medicine daily, and am capable of caring for anything from new born puppies to elderly dogs. I am currently a student and have classes Monday through Thursday, but I have plenty of time between classes and on weekends to help care for your critters!! About: I have had my fur baby now for 8 months. He’s still a puppy and lots of fun! I have fostered a few pups this year and enjoy spending time with dogs. I work from home during the week and I have time to give your furbaby non stop attention. My building has its own gated dog park and a park for lots of exercise during the day. About: Hi! We’re Will and Sara; newly weds with a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever! We love to welcome in new dogs and help dog parents feel at ease knowing their dogs are taken care of! We feel comfortable administering medicine and making sure any special lifestyle needs are met! We have a large fenced in backyard, a flexible work schedule allowing your pet to be cared for as much or as little as they need, and an eagerness to make your dogs feel loved and cared for while you’re away! Sara works remotely at home with the ability to be with the dogs all day. We wake up early, start the day with breakfast and a walk, then routinely take the dogs out for fetch and potty breaks in our backyard throughout the day! About: Growing up we had both dogs and cats in the house. As soon as I had an apartment that allowed dogs, I adopted my sweet and sassy pup snoopy. Over the years his mobility declined and I gained insight in how to care for an elderly pup including administering shots, and oral medication. Last year my fiancé and I adopted our sweet girl Betty. She tested us as a puppy, and provided an opportunity to learn about training a dog with a different personality from my first pup. I work as an RN Monday- Thursday and my fiancé works from home Monday- Friday. We live in a first floor apartment with a walk out patio. Our complex also has a dog park and plenty of space for long walks. We are a nonsmoking home with no children; just Betty and she is very friendly with other dogs. I recently relocated to the Cary area for work, but my new job does not start until mid October! Prior to the move, I was a full time student and working on Rover. My schedule is pretty open to care for your pets! I am familiar with different harnesses and the importance of leashing dogs when out and about. My apartment has several fenced dog areas and lots of outdoor walking space!
About: My mom is a licensed vet tech for almost 45 years I have helped her take care of pets I have a 10 year old golden retriever that I have fully trained and can do tricks. My golden lives with my mom since I’m in college. I go to cape fear community college majoring in exercise science and then doctor of Physical Therapy. This gives me time to have a furry friend in while I study and keep me company! I will provide water and a safe home for your fury friend. They will be provided with treats and lots of love and constant attention when not in class.

About: I have had dogs in my entire life. I currently help take care of my nephews two dogs for them when they go out of town. I am available 7 days a week since I am retired. I am looking to work on a regular schedule, the time of day is not important I live currently in a condo, a pet park is less than 4 miles from my home.
