I am constantly around animals having to commit myself to taking care of them. i’m comfortable around all dogs and am willing to learn and adapt to take care of your dogs specific needs. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk them, I will dedicate my time to loving your dog. I would love to be able to take them to a dog park where they can interact with other dogs while you’re away. I have a French bulldog of my own who is full of energy and curiosity. create a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I stick to their normal routines as closely as possible—regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and plenty of affection. I make sure they get consistent exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of one‑on‑one attention so they never feel lonely or stressed.

About: I have worked with all types of animals since I was a child. My friends would call me the dog whisperer because I just understand them naturally! I love training dogs and horses. I currently have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a flock of ducks! All of my dogs have been raised from puppies. I have cared for senior pets as well. I have spent hundreds of hours over the last several years educating myself on animal behavior for my own pets benefits so I am well equipped to love and care for yours as well! About: I have been around dogs since I was born. My parents have always had at least one dog running around the house, and I now have one myself that lives with me! Layla has gotten ne through some tough times and with that being said I know how important dogs (and cats) are in our lives. I would love to be a sitter, walker, and caregiver to anyone's furry necessity! I am a full time student! Which means that I usually have school all week! I am free after 5pm every day of the week and on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays all day! I have my 3 year old dog named Layla that is very friendly to all dogs! She is playful and loves to meet new friends! I walk her 3-4 times daily because I don't have a fenced yard. This will also be the case if I am boarding a dog! If your dog is crate trained I have a medium sized crate that they can sleep in overnight! I am open to walking as often as needed and will follow routines to a tee!

I was fortunate enough to attend one of the best programs in the country at Animal Behavior College, with a certificate in canine behavior therapy & a concentration in rehabilitating shelter dogs. I’m also qualified to train emotional support animals, which has been so rewarding. I chose this as a career path because of how much I genuinely love all living things. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and give them the best care they could ask for! I own my own business, so I make my own schedule. I can tend to whatever schedule best suits the animals. I don’t have pets of my own, so that gives me even more flexibility. I always make sure I’m doing my best to care for animals, in any aspect of my life or career. I’m diligent in making sure their feeding, walking and play schedules are upheld promptly, and that their routines stay relatively in tact. This is one of the best things you can do to ease a pet’s anxiety about their owners being away. I work as a trainer, which means I’m happy to add on training sessions with your pet while they’re in my care, through my business if that’s something of interest. I’m very amenable to the specifications for each individual animal. Some dogs like to be given affection on the couch for a few minutes each day. Others might enjoy watching the birds in their yard for a while. I’m always happy to attune my care for each dog. When walking a dog, the quality of the walks are just as important as their frequency. Dogs require a certain level of mental stimulation each day, and ten minutes of sniffing is enough to satisfy most dog’s needs. They need the sniffing as much as the exercise. Your dog will be given ample time to sniff and “read the doggy newspaper”, as well as get some great exercise. I always make sure the animal has gotten everything that they need from the experience.

About: Growing up I had a goldfsh, a guinea pig named Peanut and finally after a lot of begging a beautiful rescue border collie mix named Phoebe. As a teenager I didn't always understand the responsibility and caring of a dog , however Phoebe always loved me, even when she was diagnosed with cancer and not having some good days. Every time I came home there she was so happy to see me. It was then I realized there is no love like a dogs love. Years have passed and so has Phoebe but she was my first dog and I will always cherish that. I now have three golden retriever fur babies. I adore them and love taking care of them even though they really take care of me. I love all dogs and being active so dog walking feels like a great fit! I'm available Monday- Friday's from 6:00am to 7:00am and anytime after 5:00 pm for walks and any time Until 4:00pm on Saturdays. Sundays are flexible and can work with a schedule. Right now I will not be boarding any dogs or house sitting. As far a dog walking I am very punctual, great with meeting and learning new dogs behaviors, I also live in Castle Hayne area and enjoy walking the paved trail at northern regional park.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats all my life, recently I have fostered several puppies until they were old enough for adoption. I have experience with dogs of all size and am used to walking dogs that pull on the leash :) I have stayed in others homes over night and have had dogs in my home while their family was away! I am currently working part time and make the schedule for my company so I can typically work around any schedule, however scheduling a sitting a week prior is preferred. If I am working it is typically 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. I have a large fenced in backyard and a 6 year old dog who is very friendly and has never had any issues with pups who have come to stay with us in the past! My neighborhood has plenty of walking trails that are shaded for days that are hot.

I have worked as a kennel technician for over 2 years, and have fallen in love with providing special care towards furry friends. There, I create safe play groups, feed, walk, play, and of course, clean! I will make sure to pay close attention to any special needs your pet may have. Along with training, I always make sure to spend quality time with my puppies because we are what’s most important to them. I believe playtime is very important to keeping a dog young and healthy! In any clients home, I make sure to spend as much quality time with the clients dog to build a strong connection.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. Since I moved to North Carolina I have fostered over 10 rescue pups, ranging in age from puppies to seniors. I have experience with puppies and all kinds of dog breeds. My first dog of my own was a 10 year old senior pup named Eddie that I rescued from a shelter in Tucson. He was my soul dog and we had many wonderful years of adventures together. Having used Rover I know what it’s like to be worried about leaving your dog behind. I’m a major dog lover and will take great care of your pup! I live in a house with a fenced in yard and know of lots of areas for walks and fun. In 2024, I adopted a lab/shepherd mix puppy named Finnegan! He loves to play! In December 2025 we added our rescue collie mix, Claire. I work for a children’s nonprofit from home so I’ll be able to spend lots of time with your pup. Feel free to ask me any questions! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible and I can easily be ready for potty breaks or walk breaks for high energy pups! I am a big believer of pets being allowed on furniture so I don’t mind if they climb on mine, but if you want to keep them following a certain rule I’m happy to oblige.
