About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies and rescue dogs to senior dogs needing specialized attention, including my 16-year-old diabetic beagle who required daily medication, monitoring, and lots of extra love and patience. In my home, dogs are family. They’re welcome on the furniture, get plenty of affection, and are treated like part of the pack. I currently have a friendly 6-year-old rescued American Foxhound who loves other dogs and would be excited to have some company. I work from home full-time, which means your pup will have lots of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. My community also has a dog park where dogs can safely run around and burn off energy. Whether your dog needs overnight care, walks, drop-in visits, or just a comfortable home away from home, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. About: Great family environment with a fenced backyard to run and play. We support families with pets in and around Wilmington, NC. We have great kids that will show your animal plenty of attention. We are very flexible on scheduling and cancellations. Your animal would not be kept outside but will be outside often on walks around the neighborhood or in the woods in the backyard. It would become apart of the family while it stays with us. We have a very disciplined schedule that caring for animals works well for. We will send pictures and daily updates as we care for your pet. Look forward to meeting you and your pet. Pet Walking, Doggy Daycare, and Drop in visits are completed by our Daughter Isabella (Izzy) who is saving for her first car. She serves the Ogden, Porters Neck, and surrounding area. We are a family of 6 and are home most days. Brittany, myself and the children are very rarely not with your animals. If we go somewhere they go with us to the park or to run errands. They become part of the family for their time with us. We give your pet the keys to the house while they are here. They will already be stressed because their owner is gone and they are in a new place. They can go out in the fenced backyard or just relax in the house. We do a walk in the morning and evening and if you are booked on the weekend they will get to go out hiking. Some pets just like hanging out on the couch and thats ok too.
“Keira was amazing!! She left very detailed comments for every visit along with some great pictures and videos. All our pets were well cared for and each given time to play and be cuddly. Will definitely be reaching out again!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and sizes since I was ten. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to take care of their furry friends by feeding, walking, cleaning up, and checking in on their pets while they’re on vacation or even just at work. I absolutely adore animals, and am more than willing to play outside with the higher-energy pets or just sit and cuddle with the lower energy ones. I’m currently in school taking summer classes, and have a lab every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am-12:50pm. I’m a bit of an early bird, so I can come before 10:00am to check in on your fur baby and take them for a walk. I’m hoping to start working soon, but at the moment my availability is completely open! For dogs: I am more than willing to take them in my car to go for a longer walk if they’re higher energy! I love to walk The Loop by Wrightsville beach, and of course a good Starbucks+Pup Cup run. I’d also love to take your puppies out for socialization or shorter outings, but most importantly I like to follow the Owner’s lead and instructions!!! For Cats: I always pay close attention to owner instructions, but also will follow your cat’s lead for interaction based on their mood and temperament.
“Our pups love Andrea! I can tell they got a lot of energy out when she comes and she is very attentive to their needs. She is also quick to respond to texts and communications and understands our dogs’ personalities well.”
“Gavin was great! We needed a last minute sitter for our big hound dog Beau who can be reactive to other dogs. Gavin was confident and experienced with handling Beau. I would highly recommend Gavin!”

“5 stars! Marshall is a total lifesaver. Beyond being a great communicator and very tidy, he was incredibly flexible when I missed my flight home. He jumped right back in unexpectedly to care for my dog Hayley without a hitch. He’s dependable, professional, and truly someone you can count on. I highly recommend!”

About: The love I have for animals helps me connect with them and treat them like family. I am attentive to their needs, whether that is for walking, playing snuggles and more! 🐾❤️ I am currently full-time student with a part-time job and with hours of availability on class days and the weekend. As a college student, I could use the extra money and what better way than to spend it with furry babies. Regardless, if it is the dogs of my own or not, I am committed to fulfilling their needs with attention, love, and most importantly, their favorite part of the day walks!

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life! When I was a 1 year old, my family got Foster, a humble and sweet mutt, my best friend for 16 years! I grew up in a home with up to five dogs at once, so caring for multiple personalities, energy levels, and needs feels very natural to me. Now as a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I currently have a cavapoochon named Hurley, so I’m very familiar with daily routines, walks, feeding schedules, and giving lots of attention and affection. He is incredibly friendly and has never met anyone he doesn’t like! What sets me apart is that I’m both loving and attentive — I truly treat every pet like my own, while also making sure their specific needs, routines, and comfort are always prioritized. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or sticking to a routine, I want your pet to feel safe, happy, and at home. Pet care is already part of my daily life since I have my own dog, Hurley. I work part-time, so I have a flexible schedule and can give pets consistent attention, walks, and care throughout the day. In my home, pets have a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space to relax and play. I have a large fenced-in backyard for supervised outdoor time, and I live in a quiet, one-story home with just me and my dog, Hurley. I’m very attentive to routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or giving pets the attention they’re used to. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I’m respectful of your space and make sure your pet is well cared for, exercised, and given plenty of attention while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Kaylan, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies who need structure and play, to senior pets who require patience, gentleness, and extra attention. I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and maintaining consistency with your pet’s schedule to keep them happy and stress-free. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I prioritize clear communication, reliability, and thoughtful care every step of the way. My background in client-facing roles has strengthened my attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs—whether that’s recognizing subtle changes in behavior or making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your pet feels cared for, secure, and happy, just like they would with you. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet and give you peace of mind while you’re away! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I prioritize structure, flexibility, and consistency. I maintain a schedule that allows me to dedicate focused time for walks, feedings, play, and check-ins throughout the day, ensuring each pet gets the attention they deserve. Whether it’s starting the morning with a walk, stopping by midday for a visit, or providing evening care and companionship, I build my day around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. I’m intentional about not overbooking so I can give each pet personalized, attentive care rather than rushing through visits. Because I value reliability and routine, I make it a priority to follow your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible. This helps reduce stress and keeps them comfortable while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar environment. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, and any specific preferences your pet may have. I treat your home with the same respect and care as I do your pet—keeping things clean, organized, and secure during each visit. I make sure pets get not only their basic needs met, but also plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away. Communication is very important to me, so I provide regular updates, photos, and notes so you always know how your pet is doing. I also stay attentive to any changes in behavior or health and will notify you immediately if anything seems off. My goal is to create a calm, trustworthy experience for both you and your pet—so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.
