About: I have had three dogs of my own, and have been caring for dogs my whole life. Many neighbors and peers have relied on me to provide care for their furry friends! I’m new to the area and just getting started on Rover, so I don’t have client reviews here yet. However, I’m dependable, communicative, and genuinely enjoy caring for dogs. I’m excited to build relationships with local pets and their owners while providing safe, attentive care every walk and visit. I’m available during my free hours for walks and visits, and I love using that time to stay active and give pets extra attention and care. I treat every dog like they’re my own and aim to keep their routine as comfortable and consistent as possible while you’re away. In your home, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection, while also providing efficient communication and even photos while you are away!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs from young to old, small to big, and healthy to sick/disabled. I’ve been looking after neighbor’s and family friend’s dogs for the past 6 years. I’ve done drop ins, hung out at the house for 24/7 attention, and stayed the night at the home. I am now available every day of the week all day, unless specified otherwise in my calendar. I will be starting a summer internship on June 22nd and I will update my calendar with the days I’ll be there when it gets closer to that time. I will also be out of town through July 12th through August 2nd. I treat all pets I come by with love and respect and do my best to accommodate their needs. Some clients require special instructions or have a specific way of doing things that i’m glad to follow. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable and well taken care of.

About: I’ve taken care of my pet dogs and cat since I was a child and have pet sit for others since 2024. This has included following instructions such as giving them medication. I’m currently home for the summer a have a lot of free time. I’m available any day of the week, including on the weekends! I’m very organized and attentive, my eyes will always be on your pet when they’re in my care. I also make sure to follow instructions exactly.

About: From a young age I have always loved animals, especially dogs. I have two dogs of my own, who are 15 and 11, that I take care of. I also have previous experience taking care of my roommate’s Frenchie who is 5 years old. When I was younger I used to dogsit my neighbor’s 18 year old pug! I have lots of experience with all different shapes and sizes of dogs, as well as all ages. I am equipped to bathe, walk, feed, and clean up after dogs and most of all play with them on a daily basis. I am currently in the process of applying to graduate school and saving for tuition costs. I am free any day of the week including weekends! I am tidy and responsible when it comes to looking after a pet. I have lived with and raised two dogs who are now “elderly” and have a strict regimen on medication and feeding habits. I know of many veterinary practices in the area and have studied ways that pets might show distress incase of an emergency. I will make sure to lock up after I leave and secure any gates or doors in the house to keep the pet in a specific area of the home if need be.

About: My extensive experience caring for dogs since I was in high school has prepared me to take care of your pup(s). From waking up early in the morning to let outside, long walks to help unleash pent up energy, to shifting around in bed to make room for dogs to sleep with the pack - I am here to make sure your pup enjoys the stay away from home! I am taking the year off from work and have plenty of time to look after your pup(s). Recently moved to an apartment complex near Wrightsville Beach. I usually take my Rover pups on about five walks a day - so they get plenty of outside time and chances to meet other pups along the walkway. Dogs are welcome on my couches and bed. If you bring your pup's dog bed for their visit, I set it up by a window that looks onto Wrightsville Avenue so they can watch people and cars go by.

About: I have loved animals my whole life & I would take care of yours like they’re my own. I have also been around a wide variety of animals, so I am fully aware of the responsibility it takes to care for them & capable to do it. I have an attention to detail & would make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away. About: My family had two aging beagles I helped care for that eventually passed away. They both required much attention and medication. Any time my family members or friends need someone to watch their dog, they ask me. I have experience working with smaller sized dogs and much bigger dogs. I have also worked at a humane society. I just graduated from grad school so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies and will make sure they are happy and healthy! I will make sure they go to the bathroom regularly, make sure they get plenty of exercise/walks, make sure they are well fed, and make sure they are overall safe and comfortable. About: i grew up taking care of my pets, basically since i could walk. from german shepherds to cats to labradors, i’ve handled it all and then some i work nights, so i can manage everything needed during the day, and come home to a quick bowl of food and belly rubs for the animals i don’t have a fenced in yard, but the inside of the house is couch proof and full of comfy nap time spots for them

About: I am a business professional, work from home, and love dogs, so Rover seemed like the natural fit for me! I grew up with dogs and don’t currently have one! I work from home, and have flexibility during the day for walks, runs, etc. I am an early riser and very active so flexible to take care of dogs all hours of the day to any activity level! About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, so caring for animals has been a steady part of my life for a long time. Through Paws4People and an Assistance Dog Training minor, I’ve gained experience working with dogs of different temperaments and learning how to support good behavior and calm handling. I’m comfortable with everything from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a slower, gentler routine, and I focus on making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away! Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine since I’m currently not working elsewhere, which allows for a very flexible schedule! I’m able to do frequent drop-ins, extended visits, or stay with your pup as needed to keep them on their normal routine and give them consistent care and attention. I’m not able to board pets in my own home, but I’m happy to provide care in the comfort of their own environment where they feel most secure! Since I don’t offer boarding in my own home, all care is provided in the client’s home where pets are most comfortable and able to stay in their normal routine. I follow each pet’s schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medication needs, and I can also take them on walks as often as needed. I focus on keeping things calm, consistent, and tailored to each pet so they feel secure while their owner is away. I also pay close attention to behavior and body language, make sure they get plenty of attention and enrichment, and always respect the home as if it were my own!

About: The first time I was going out to town and couldn't take my puppy I was heart broken and worried. I wanted to make sure that someone would love and care for him the same way I did. Let me take that stress away so you can relax and enjoy your time away! I was raised in a home with multiple dogs and cats and love having fur-babies all around. You can rest assured that your baby will be well taken care of with me. I work from home full time with a flexible schedule that will allow me the availability to care for your furbabies while you are away! My goal is to leave your space as I found it. That means cleaning up toys when we are finished playing, making sure food bowls are washed and put away and your pets are happy and well loved on when I leave!

“Today was ourfirst time having Kristin take care of our 59 lb 4 year old Shepherd Jade. We had her come two times today to walk our dog and she was absolutely punctual coming exactly at both times that were scheduled. After meeting her first on the meet and greet a few days earlier I knew 100% that she and Jade would be a perfect fit. She was personable, well spoken and I can tell that she would be very trustworthy. She and Jade bonded immediately. Often times when I first give Jade on her leash to a new person to walk her when I’m there, she often times hesitates and looks confused. But she walked perfectly as if she’s known Kristin for a long time on that meet and greet. When Kristin came both times today, she followed all of the instructions that we had left as far as treats and when coming in and when leaving… And Jade looked very relaxed when we returned from our outing. We will definitely be using Kristin again. As a matter of fact, I wish we would need her more than we do so that I could be using her even more often! Her availability is also is wonderful and we definitely will be calling her the next time that we need Jade taken care. .”
