About: I have owned and taken care of dogs for over ten years! Trusted by family, friends and neighbors. I am a proud veteran. I will love and care for your pet like my own! I am currently a part time student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am very flexible with my hours and will provide 24/7 care for your pet! I offer in-home pet sitting where I follow your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if needed—all while keeping your home secure and tidy

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and sizes since I was ten. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to take care of their furry friends by feeding, walking, cleaning up, and checking in on their pets while they’re on vacation or even just at work. I absolutely adore animals, and am more than willing to play outside with the higher-energy pets or just sit and cuddle with the lower energy ones. I’m currently in school taking summer classes, and have a lab every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am-12:50pm. I’m a bit of an early bird, so I can come before 10:00am to check in on your fur baby and take them for a walk. I’m hoping to start working soon, but at the moment my availability is completely open! For dogs: I am more than willing to take them in my car to go for a longer walk if they’re higher energy! I love to walk The Loop by Wrightsville beach, and of course a good Starbucks+Pup Cup run. I’d also love to take your puppies out for socialization or shorter outings, but most importantly I like to follow the Owner’s lead and instructions!!! For Cats: I always pay close attention to owner instructions, but also will follow your cat’s lead for interaction based on their mood and temperament.
About: i grew up taking care of my pets, basically since i could walk. from german shepherds to cats to labradors, i’ve handled it all and then some i work nights, so i can manage everything needed during the day, and come home to a quick bowl of food and belly rubs for the animals i don’t have a fenced in yard, but the inside of the house is couch proof and full of comfy nap time spots for them
About: I have stayed the night at houses for multiple nights. I have walked multiple pets at a time on leashes. I am able to administer medicine as needed. I can give the love and care you give to your pets while away. I am working part-time at a restaurant and part- time in a lab at UNCW. I have a flexible schedule with breaks in my day to care for pets and give potty breaks. My pets at home have a yard and most days we leave the backdoor open for them to go in and out as they please. I take my pets for walks daily and can do the same for your pets. I will care for your pets as you do for them.
“We recently started working with Hannah on a recurring basis. She has been consistent and reliable. Her cute pictures and daily check ins are extremely helpful and reassuring. We look forward to continuing to work with her!”

“I highly recommend her as a dog walker. She is reliable, dependable, and always available when her calendar says she is. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my dog is in such caring and responsible hands. My dog is always happy and well cared for after every walk, and it’s clear she truly loves and understands animals. I trust her to always show up on time, handle my dog with care, and treat him like her own. I truly appreciate her consistency and the trust I can place in her to take great care of my dog.”

“Keira just walked my dog Papaya, for Papaya it was a first experience going on a walk with someone except me. I couldn’t be happier! Papaya came back very excited and I could tell she had a great time! Now she is ready for her nap. I will definitely be inviting Keira to walk Papaya again!”

About: My family had two aging beagles I helped care for that eventually passed away. They both required much attention and medication. Any time my family members or friends need someone to watch their dog, they ask me. I have experience working with smaller sized dogs and much bigger dogs. I have also worked at a humane society. I just graduated from grad school so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies and will make sure they are happy and healthy! I will make sure they go to the bathroom regularly, make sure they get plenty of exercise/walks, make sure they are well fed, and make sure they are overall safe and comfortable. It is my job to make sure your fur baby is happy! I am a responsible and compassionate care giver and I treat animals like people.
About: I have been taking care of pets from early on in my childhood until now, walking, feeding them and of course playing with them and keeping them active. I’m in Wilmington, NC taking care of cats and dogs! I can be a dog walker, or a drop in visit or house sitting. Either way, I can’t wait! I have a very open schedule. My goal is to make this a full time gig so my priority will always be your fur babies and how they need to be cared for. I would come by when needed and feed, play with, walk or train with the fur babies. Of course I would stay in contact with you and probably send some pics so you can see your babies are well taken care of and happy. I can’t wait!

I currently do not offer services in my home. However, if I am in your home I will use everything available to me to keep your pet entertained & happy.
“I always look for someone who is okay with a 105 lbs dog jumping right in front of them, and Anna is one of those people! She did a great job with my crazy mutt and he is very happy to get some good exercise.”

About: I’ve taken care and been around dogs for my entire life! I’ve personally always had dogs as pets and am trusted by my family and friends to watch and care for their own dogs! I currently work from home and thankfully have the ability to create my own schedule! So I am available generally anytime of the day for any and all your pet needs! I have two pet dogs personally and they are well taken care for! My dogs currently do not live with me, meaning my house is dog-free! And I will be able to house your dog for the time being! “Tisha has been amazing with our dog, Penny! We have used Tisha for recurring weekly walks during the day while my husband and I are at work and we couldn’t be happier with her care. Penny is a bit older so if she doesn’t feel like walking when Tisha is there she is more than happy to give her some company and provide lots of pets instead. She is wonderful communicating with us and is also incredibly professional!”

“No was great! She promptly arrived each day and gave Romeo a fun little walk in the neighborhood and lunch. She even hung out with him after the walk in the backyard while he enjoyed some sunshine. She was kind enough to bring up the trashcan on trash day when she noticed it was empty. I definitely recommend her as Romeo had a great week with his new buddy!”

About: I have taken care of my family's pets since I was very young and have always been such an animal lover. I used to babysit, and when they had furry friends with them it taught me how to care for many pets with personalities. I am very patient, loving, and just want your pets to feel comfortable and safe while you are away! I am working part-time as of now, making plenty of time to spend with your animals. Since it is the summer and I am out of class, I am more flexible to fit to your schedule. I will accommodate to any of your needs for your pet as need be. If you need me to crate your pet, or keep them in a specific fenced in area, that is my job!
“Kamy is extremely reliable, even at the last minute! She is so punctual and follows any special instructions I leave carefully. I’m so at ease knowing my puppy is in great hands and can’t recommend her services enough.”

Masonboro dog parents share their Rover experiences
We had a very positive experience with Nancy walking our pup this weekend. She was very attentive, came to greet us a few days before to get familiar with the dog and arrived on time for walking. She walked and played with our pup and dried her off after rainy walks. We got a few pictures everyday and the pup seemed very happy to see her. It’s nice to have someone for walks in the future and we would not hesitate to book with Nancy again in the future.
