Ready to adventure with your baby!
I have been around dogs of all sizes and breeds since I was born. I am comfortable with anything from a Shih-Tzu to an Anatolian Shepherd! Giant breed dogs and herding breeds have always held a special place in my heart! I worked at a large farm for 5 years where I gained experience caring for boarding dogs and working livestock guardians. I have a small farm of my own, volunteer in wildlife rehab, and do animal rescue, so if you have other animals in the home I've got them covered as well! Over the last couple years, my family and I have built a small 501c3 rescue to pull animals, specifically focusing on animals that need extra care, such as bottle litters, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral issues. I currently work for a dog trainer during the school year in Wilmington, and a dog daycare at home in Waxhaw. I have 9 dogs at home, and my personal dogs are at college with me. I love photography and will do my best to get high quality pictures for you of your babies enjoying their walks!

I am happy to do whatever your pet needs to feel safe and secure while you are gone! I totally get having high maintenance pets with specific needs, and I will do my best to keep their routine as close to normal as possible and limit stress. Since I work at a daycare and had my own special needs pets, I am confident in my ability to administer medication and provide basic medical care.

Taryn is amazing! She took great care of our senior dog while we traveled and gave us daily updates and photos while we were gone. She’s very trustworthy and great at communicating. I’ll definitely use her again and highly recommend!

Taryn was amazing!! She was available to check in on our kitties last minute and at a reasonable price! She was great with our cats & they seemed comfortable with her too!(even our shy one & our naughty one lol) We absolutely loved and adored all the pictures she sent us of our kitties during check ins! We felt comfortable having her watch them and we would definitely book Taryn’s services again!!
Taryn did such a great job taking care of my cat, Betty! Betty is usually shy around strangers, but warmed right up to Taryn. Her communication was great and I was never worried about my baby because I knew she was in good hands. Will definitely be booking with Taryn again!

Programa
I am currently home for summer and working part-time at a dog daycare in Waxhaw. My shifts range from 4-7 hours, and are typically in the evening but I do have a rare morning shift scattered in. Since I get my schedule on a weekly basis, this can affect my flexibility but I will do my best to work with you and your pet's timing!
