About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs from young to old, small to big, and healthy to sick/disabled. I’ve been looking after neighbor’s and family friend’s dogs for the past 6 years. I’ve done drop ins, hung out at the house for 24/7 attention, and stayed the night at the home. I am now available every day of the week all day, unless specified otherwise in my calendar. I will be starting a summer internship on June 22nd and I will update my calendar with the days I’ll be there when it gets closer to that time. I will also be out of town through July 12th through August 2nd. I treat all pets I come by with love and respect and do my best to accommodate their needs. Some clients require special instructions or have a specific way of doing things that i’m glad to follow. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable and well taken care of.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies and rescue dogs to senior dogs needing specialized attention, including my 16-year-old diabetic beagle who required daily medication, monitoring, and lots of extra love and patience. In my home, dogs are family. They’re welcome on the furniture, get plenty of affection, and are treated like part of the pack. I currently have a friendly 6-year-old rescued American Foxhound who loves other dogs and would be excited to have some company. I work from home full-time, which means your pup will have lots of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. My community also has a dog park where dogs can safely run around and burn off energy. Whether your dog needs overnight care, walks, drop-in visits, or just a comfortable home away from home, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. “Today was ourfirst time having Kristin take care of our 59 lb 4 year old Shepherd Jade. We had her come two times today to walk our dog and she was absolutely punctual coming exactly at both times that were scheduled. After meeting her first on the meet and greet a few days earlier I knew 100% that she and Jade would be a perfect fit. She was personable, well spoken and I can tell that she would be very trustworthy. She and Jade bonded immediately. Often times when I first give Jade on her leash to a new person to walk her when I’m there, she often times hesitates and looks confused. But she walked perfectly as if she’s known Kristin for a long time on that meet and greet. When Kristin came both times today, she followed all of the instructions that we had left as far as treats and when coming in and when leaving… And Jade looked very relaxed when we returned from our outing. We will definitely be using Kristin again. As a matter of fact, I wish we would need her more than we do so that I could be using her even more often! Her availability is also is wonderful and we definitely will be calling her the next time that we need Jade taken care. .”

About: I have always had a deep affection for animals from a young age. It is a privilege for me to have the opportunity to work with animals. Currently, l am the caretaker of five dogs and 3 cats in my household and actively participate in their daily care alongside other family members. Apart from my own pets, I have gained experience in pet sitting on multiple occasions. During the academic year, I assist my aunt, who is a teacher, by attending to her dog daily and ensuring its well-being while she is at work. I also would care for my 16 year old dog on a daily basis for 5+ years. Being I have lots of pets of my own, animal care is part of my daily routine. On the daily I’m able to safely care for my animals and clean up after them. I am proficient in providing standard animal care services.Depending on the service, this includes feeding, bathing, cleaning up after, playing with, and of course, showering animals with unconditional love!

About: I’ve always connected well with animals, especially dogs. I’ve dog walked and watched others’ animals from a very young age. I was 22 when I decided to become a dog trainer. I was fortunate enough to attend one of the best programs in the country at Animal Behavior College, with a certificate in canine behavior therapy & a concentration in rehabilitating shelter dogs. I’m also qualified to train emotional support animals, which has been so rewarding. I chose this as a career path because of how much I genuinely love all living things. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and give them the best care they could ask for! I own my own business, so I make my own schedule. I can tend to whatever schedule best suits the animals. I don’t have pets of my own, so that gives me even more flexibility. I always make sure I’m doing my best to care for animals, in any aspect of my life or career. I’m diligent in making sure their feeding, walking and play schedules are upheld promptly, and that their routines stay relatively in tact. This is one of the best things you can do to ease a pet’s anxiety about their owners being away. I work as a trainer, which means I’m happy to add on training sessions with your pet while they’re in my care, through my business if that’s something of interest. I’m very amenable to the specifications for each individual animal. Some dogs like to be given affection on the couch for a few minutes each day. Others might enjoy watching the birds in their yard for a while. I’m always happy to attune my care for each dog. When walking a dog, the quality of the walks are just as important as their frequency. Dogs require a certain level of mental stimulation each day, and ten minutes of sniffing is enough to satisfy most dog’s needs. They need the sniffing as much as the exercise. Your dog will be given ample time to sniff and “read the doggy newspaper”, as well as get some great exercise. I always make sure the animal has gotten everything that they need from the experience.

About: I have loved animals my whole life & I would take care of yours like they’re my own. I have also been around a wide variety of animals, so I am fully aware of the responsibility it takes to care for them & capable to do it. I have an attention to detail & would make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away. I currently have two dogs of my own so I have some experience with giving medication as well as some training experience. I have no breed or size preference all I ask is no aggressive dogs/cats please! For the most part, I am extremely flexible. Therefore I will be able to be there for you & your pets when I am needed. About: I have had dogs all my life. I also have one dog in agility and have learned plenty of training techniques. I work from home so will be able to provide attention and care all day! I also own a bunny, and have owned many small pets. Pet care is a daily as I have two dogs so it is an always! I work from home so can take out for potty breaks, playtime, and anything else needed. I give bunch of scratches and kisses and hugs. I love animals so much and they just make everything better. They will get topped up on water, pee breaks, playtime, walks, and all the good things!

I take the dogs on multiple walks daily, walk around Sugarhouse Park and spend lots of time at the off-leash dog park at Fairmont Park. I will send frequent updates/videos/picture of your furry friend so that you feel close to them and don’t miss them too much while you’re away! I am also able to administer any medications that may needed. I am able to host your dog at my apartment or stay at your house to make things more convenient to you!
