About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my entire life. I have pet sit for family members throughout my life and have experience with reactive and over-excited furry friends. I aim to treat every pet with the care and love that I treat my own. I work a very flexible schedule as a server and have lots of availability during the daytime before 4pm. I have varying flexibility on nights and weekends but my schedule allows me to be available when lots of pet owners are working or busy during the day! I have lots of experience dog walking and caring for cats outside of my own home. I want to ensure every pet feels comfortable and cared for so I make sure to follow any special instructions provided. I understand that meeting new people can cause some anxiety for some pets and I work hard to create a comfortable environment. I am very familiar with crate training and walking reactive dogs that might need a little more support.

About: Over the past two summers, I have gained great experience watching not only my own dog but also pet sitting for my friends and family. I am incredibly reliable and my top priority is always keeping your pets safe and comfortable. I am also super active and absolutely love going on long walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and fun outdoor time with me! I currently work a part-time job, which gives me a lot of flexibility for pet care. I am always free in the early mornings to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, and fresh air before my day starts. Depending on the day of the week, I am also available for evening visits, dinner feedings, and nighttime care. When caring for your pet in your home, safety is my absolute highest priority. I treat your home with total respect and strictly follow all entry, feeding, and care instructions. During our walks, I keep dogs on a secure, short leash, stay highly alert to our surroundings, and make sure they get plenty of fresh air and exercise while staying completely safe.

About: I have experience with Elderly dogs as well as puppies. I have some experience with training and am able to assist with simple commands like sit, stay, and heel. I have experience with reactive dogs as I used to have one of my own, and am very good at soothing stressed animals and keeping them under control. All types of pets are welcome. I live in a more rural area of Wilmington and have a large fence surrounding my house. Most days, my schedule is very flexible and open, and I am able to give my full attention to the pets staying with me. I am a very diligent caretaker, always keeping an eye on the pet and taking time to determine what they need when they express distress. I am very active and love being in nature, so I am happy to take as many walks as might be necessary, go to the park, or even go swimming!

About: I have loved animals my whole life & I would take care of yours like they’re my own. I have also been around a wide variety of animals, so I am fully aware of the responsibility it takes to care for them & capable to do it. I have an attention to detail & would make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away. I currently have two dogs of my own so I have some experience with giving medication as well as some training experience. I have no breed or size preference all I ask is no aggressive dogs/cats please! For the most part, I am extremely flexible. Therefore I will be able to be there for you & your pets when I am needed. About: I have had a lot of experience taking care of dogs since I started my own "business" when I was 7, walking and pet-sitting for people around my neighborhood. I had 3 dogs and 3 cats growing up. Recently I'm most often just filling in for family friends on stays away. I have taken care of a handful of senior dogs and have a good understanding of their behaviors. I like to be outside and moving, so I happily will take your dog(s) out or on frequent or long walks. I will be available 7 days of the week, minus miscellaneous appointments and such. I am more than comfortable with overnight stays, walks, and drop ins, and multiple day sitting. My roommate is allergic to dander so I will be unable to bring pets into my home. I take notes very seriously for pets that need that extra care/the specifics. I will happily be able to walk, feed, play, let out and crate dogs as needed.

I have experience with both more reactive and friendly breeds and have no preference on the kinds I work with. I use patience and understanding to make them feel safe. I worked professionally as a dog walker and pet sitter for two years to multiple dogs and can bring love and affection to any animals in my care. I am responsible, punctual and a great communicator and can be an asset in caring for your dog or other animals while you are away or on a regular basis for walks. I work 4 nights a week from 3pm-11pm downtown. I am not opposed to early morning visits or late nights visits if required and am available for overnights. I do a walkthrough with owners of exact locations for all your pets, learn their quirks, the things they love and don’t like and what might come up during my stay with them. I answer all phone calls and texts from owners while they are away to ensure they feel safe and comfortable knowing their animals are properly cared for.

My senior cat Miles recently passed away sadly. He was diabetic and we gave him daily pills for his heart murmur. I have experience giving insulin shots as well as convincing your pets to take their pills! I also understand senior pets have increasing needs as they get older.

Growing up on a farm, I was always been around animals but my love for animals grew even more when I adopted my soul cat, Biscuit. If I could have an house full of pets I would, but unfortunately due to Biscuits medical issues, he requires being the only animal in the house. This is why I love pet sitting so much!! It allows me to love on so many different fur babies! I have experience with all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I can also provide extra patience/attention to animals who may be shy/nervous or may have anxiety (social, separation, storm, etc.) I am knowledgeable on specific special needs such as dietary restrictions and medication administration. As a pet owner myself, I love to provide owners a peace of mind while away from their fur babies, as well as provide reliable care and love to their pet! Can provide excellent references!
