“This was my first time using Rover and I was really nervous leaving Henry with someone I didn’t know. Thank goodness I found Gabrielle. From the very first conversation she put all my concerns at ease. My main request was to love Henry and treat him like her own. Everyday she sent me pictures and. Videos of Henry running and playing in her backyard with her pups. Henry literally had a smile on his face in all of the pictures. Gabrielle made everything so easy and worry free. I never had to ask about Henry because she was on top of giving me updates. Henry had so much fun he slept for two days after leaving her house. Henry and I can’t wait to use Gabrielle again. As well as owning my own pets most of my life (dogs, cats, ferret, bird, rabbits, etc.), I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-veterinary medicine. “Scout our Australian Shepard/English Setter who is 1 1/2 yrs old had a Great time with Steven, Brittany and family. He also enjoyed the companion of the other dog being Boarded there this weekend. They followed the routine we use at home as far as staying off furniture unless on my lap and giving him his blanket and chewey toy and a milkbone after his last potty break for the night. About: My mom is a licensed vet tech for almost 45 years I have helped her take care of pets I have a 10 year old golden retriever that I have fully trained and can do tricks. My golden lives with my mom since I’m in college. I go to cape fear community college majoring in exercise science and then doctor of Physical Therapy. About: My parents had two cats from before I was born. They lived till I was about 14 and allowed me to become very familiar with having a cat as a pet. About: We have been taking care of dogs since 2018! We are so enjoying it!! Hubby walks the dogs and I cuddle and play! It's a win win for your fur baby! For doggie day care we are available between 8 am and 6pm Monday through Friday. Would love long term . We do have one small dog. For boarding we are available both weekdays and weekends. We have a nice fenced-in backyard and my husband takes the dogs out for walks when possible! When that option isn't available,they have dedicated playtime in the yard.We have one dog that is not initially playful but takes a while to warm up but he does typically! I do require a meet and greet before committing and for pets to show proof of rabies shots,heartworm and flea and tic treatments. I work part time outside the home but my hubby works part time in the home so rarely are we both gone at the same time. I have a fenced in yard and my husband tries to walk our dog daily.Typically will hit the area walking trails. If necessary, he is willing to walk animals separately(older dog who can not walk as long or dogs who have health challenges)Our dog is aloof and takes a bit of time to adjust but usually does. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. Since I moved to North Carolina I have fostered over 10 rescue pups, ranging in age from puppies to seniors. I have experience with puppies and all kinds of dog breeds. My first dog of my own was a 10 year old senior pup named Eddie that I rescued from a shelter in Tucson. About: Ive had dogs my entire life. I trained my puppy and adore all dog breeds. I love playing with dogs to wear them out and walking them to get exercise. I currently work 10 hours a week researching so i bace an incredibly flexible schedule. I have reliable transportation and plenty of space and time for your pets. I love walking dogs as part of my daily exercise. Pet needs come first. Every pet and owner is different so I will accommodate for each pet. About: I’ve always connected well with animals, especially dogs. I’ve dog walked and watched others’ animals from a very young age. I was 22 when I decided to become a dog trainer. I was fortunate enough to attend one of the best programs in the country at Animal Behavior College, with a certificate in canine behavior therapy & a concentration in rehabilitating shelter dogs. This is one of the best things you can do to ease a pet’s anxiety about their owners being away. I work as a trainer, which means I’m happy to add on training sessions with your pet while they’re in my care, through my business if that’s something of interest. I’m very amenable to the specifications for each individual animal. Some dogs like to be given affection on the couch for a few minutes each day. Others might enjoy watching the birds in their yard for a while. I’m always happy to attune my care for each dog. When walking a dog, the quality of the walks are just as important as their frequency. Dogs require a certain level of mental stimulation each day, and ten minutes of sniffing is enough to satisfy most dog’s needs. They need the sniffing as much as the exercise. Your dog will be given ample time to sniff and “read the doggy newspaper”, as well as get some great exercise. I always make sure the animal has gotten everything that they need from the experience.

About: Personally, I have been a pet owner my entire life with the family pets, cats, dogs, rabbits, lizards, you name it! I now have two cats of my own! Professionally, I have been a foster parent to more litters of kittens than I can count and have experience working the Petco adoption center as well. The kittens stayed in my care for weeks at a time at my house, and relied on me to provide everything, warmth, food, water, play time, mediation, exercise. About: My mom is a licensed vet tech for almost 45 years I have helped her take care of pets I have a 10 year old golden retriever that I have fully trained and can do tricks. My golden lives with my mom since I’m in college. I go to cape fear community college majoring in exercise science and then doctor of Physical Therapy. This gives me time to have a furry friend in while I study and keep me company! I will provide water and a safe home for your fury friend. They will be provided with treats and lots of love and constant attention when not in class.
