“Alison did amazing! She met our dogs a few days before we even left the house, to make sure they were comfortable with her. She was always at our house during the times we requested, and our fur babies were well taken care of by her. She sent pictures and kept us up on everything the pups were doing. We would absolutely use Alison and Rover again!”

“We love Allie! She has taken care of our dogs twice now. Last week when I was out of the country, several work commitments came up for my husband that were unexpected. Allie was able to help with our dogs that day. Thank you, Allie!”
“Angela has been wonderful looking after my kitties for me a couple of times while I’ve been away. They’re pretty low maintenance but she has taken extra care to let my timid kitty come out for a hello and a bit of extra encouragement with eating, which can lessen when I’m away. The updates and photos are always much appreciated!”

“Luckaia is great, very friendly and caring, communication is great, and I am very grateful for that! Now I feel much more comfortable being away from my dog, knowing that our furry girl is in good, loving hands. Thanks a lot, Luckaia!”

“Ally was great! She rolled with the punches my crew threw at her and communicated everyday with the happenings. I appreciated her attentiveness and patience winning over my shy pup! Will definitely request her again for my future trips.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for most of my life. Different sizes and breeds. Can handle walking and dropping in to check on all your pups! I am working remotely so am free to walk your pups or stop by and check on them. They are also more than welcome at my home for daycare if they are friendly with other dogs. I have a large fenced yard and 1 very calm and friendly dog. She loves friends if your pup needs to come to our house.
“Megan has been wonderful! Our dog is very timid to new people, and she took to Megan instantly! She is always quick to respond to messages and requests, and you can tell she truly cares for your pets as if they were her own. She has even brought delivered packages in from off our porch, so that they would be safe inside our home while we were at work. We will continue to have Megan care after our pets, and we would highly recommend her to anyone in the surrounding area!”

“Victoria is awesome! Highly recommend! My dog Willow is very shy when it comes to strangers and she warmed up to Victoria almost immediately! I felt my pups were in good hands whenever she stopped by”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for animals of all sizes and species — from playful puppies and senior pets to cats, small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and livestock. I’m Fear Free certified and trained in preventative care, nutrition, feline urinary health, and exotic & small mammal care. I also hold a Wildlife Rehabilitation Apprentice License (any wildlife I care for with never be in the house and your fur babies will never be exposed to them) I’m confident in safe handling, administering medications (oral, topical, and insulin), and caring for pets with medical needs, anxiety, or special requirements. I offer grooming services (no cuts) and like to send pets home with clean food and water bowls and fresh bedding. Whether your pet is shy, energetic, or needs extra cuddles, my goal is always the same: to keep them safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Clear communication is a priority, and I’m always happy to answer questions and tailor care to your pet’s unique needs. Bonus: - I also have military base access! - Drop ins on week days I'm available 1700-2200 (5pm-10pm) - Drop In’s on the weekend I'm available 0800-2200 (8am-10pm) I am currently available all the time as I am a stay at home mom. I also love working with animals in or outside a clinical setting. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities — whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. I create a calm, structured environment and tailor my approach to each animal’s needs, personality, and routine. When Pets Stay in My Home: - Safe, supervised environment: I keep a clean, pet-friendly home with secure areas for play, rest, and meals. Pets are never left unsupervised with unfamiliar animals. - Separate spaces if needed: If a pet is shy, anxious, or prefers their own space, I can safely separate them from others while still giving them plenty of attention and enrichment. - Clear safety plans: If I’m hosting more than one family at a time and any pet shows signs of stress or aggression, I follow a structured safety plan and communicate everything with you. - Fosters kept separate: I occasionally foster kittens or puppies, but they are always fully vetted and housed in a completely separate, contained area away from guest pets. - Comfort & routine: Pets have access to soft bedding, fresh water at all times, and plenty of affection, enrichment, and potty breaks. When I Care for Pets in Your Home: - Respecting your home and routine: I follow your instructions exactly — feeding schedules, medication routines, walk preferences, crate habits, and household rules. - Low-stress handling: I use Fear Free techniques to help pets feel relaxed, especially those who are nervous or slow to warm up. - Consistency: I keep pets on their normal routine to reduce stress and maintain a familiar environment. Experience You Can Trust: - I’m trained in safe animal handling, medication administration (oral, topical, and insulin), recognizing signs of stress or illness, and caring for dogs, cats, small mammals, and livestock. - I ask plenty of questions up front so I can fully understand your pet’s needs and keep them safe and comfortable. - I believe communication is key — you’ll receive honest updates, photos, and messages so you always feel connected.
“Frank always goes above and beyond when looking after our girls! He’s looked after them twice now and I have no worries whenever he is. He will be on the top of our list when looking for someone to watch the girls next time we go out of town. Thanks again! :)”
“Thank you for going above and beyond for Heath! You were there at the right time to get him out of the water and still feed him and give him his meds. Your a hero!”

“Holly took great care of our dogs while we were out of town! She was very friendly and respectful of our house, and our dogs loved her. Would definitely use her again in the future.”

“This was the first time we had left our 2 little ones alone for an extended time. She was great with sending updates and sending pictures of all the fur babies every day. Thanks for making a vacation less stressful with having a great person to watch our fur babies.”

About: Hello! My name is Lexi and I am a full time, stay at home toddler and dog mom. I have one black Lab and he is my baby. I will treat your pups as they are my own and shower them with lots of love, attention, play time, walks, potty breaks and treats (if allowed of course)! I currently do not work a traditional job, and am available most weekdays and weekends. I am also typically available on holidays and evenings/early mornings. Safety always comes first! I will make sure your dog is leashed and ready to go before we head out the door. I am always aware of our surroundings in case your pup has specific sensitivities. I am happy to also crate them after the walk if requested.
“I had an amazing experience with ceci! She was able to accommodate my two golden retrievers very last minute, which I truly appreciated. My boys had such a great time with her and came back happy and well cared for. She communicates effectively and clearly, which gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. It’s obvious she treats your pets like her own. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker!”
“Cat was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our dogs and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She’s reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. We had a few changes and special requests and she was beyond accommodating. We’ll definitely be booking with her again! Having her care for dogs felt like having an old friend of family member come by. I highly recommend!”

Holly Ridge dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica was fantastic! I needed someone to come and take care of my dogs while I was at my son’s wedding. We are from out of town, and I was nervous about having “just anyone” one in for a drop in. Jessica came over for a meet and greet the day before. I immediately liked her and knew the girls were in great hands! I wish she lived near me! I highly recommend Jessica for all of your pet’s needs.
Brooke was absolutely wonderful! Another booking fell through so we reached out to her last minute for drop-in visits for our dog and she was so responsive and was able to accommodate a quick meet and greet. She immediately put us at ease that our dog was in great hands. She was so communicative, sending updates, photos and videos all week to let us know how Bear was doing. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
