For them and others animals I ensure that I am attentive to their cues and needs, especially for new dogs I am meeting - ensuring I am respecting their cues and taking the time to build trust. With drop in services and walking services it is lots of new people meet and I love to ensure that animals are comfortable around me. Additionally I work to communicate with pet parents and make sure that I am knowledgeable about each pet’s unique characteristics and personality!

A typical day
I love to walk dogs, play fetch, provide scratches! With cats I love to play with them to keep them stimulated as well. On walks with dogs I think it’s fun to explore within safe spaces to give the exposure to new environments and smells!

I have been caring for animals (outside of my own) for over 10 years. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and was so happy to be able to get the opportunity to help take care of and love on others’ pet family members! I have experience with all size and age range of dogs, as well as dogs with medical needs. Cats are also a plus to hang out with! In Texas, Ive been a sitter in Lubbock, and sitter, walker, and drop in in Austin, and have done walks, sittings, and drop in in Fort Worth. New to Wilmington and would love to help care for your fur babies!

Madison was wonderful. She kept me updated with photos and reports while I was away. My trip was last minute and Madison came to the rescue. Madison also went above and beyond, replaced the batteries for my keyless entry and spent some extra time when she felt our Jojo needed the attention!! Hope Madison is available next time we have to go away.
Madi was GREAT with our babies! Her communication was great and you can tell she truly cares about our dogs!
Madison was a dream!!!! This was our first time using Rover for our two dogs, Lila and Finley! Madison agreed to come over for a meet and greet and the ease it gave me when they both greeted her with wagging tails and lots of kisses at the door was exactly what I was looking for in a pet sitter! I cannot recommend her watching your pets enough. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. The updates, photos and extra snuggles she gave our dogs was the assurance I needed to relax and enjoy our time away!! Thank you Madison for your heart to care for our pets like they were your own!
