About: I have taken care of dogs around my neighborhood and within my family for a little over a year. Dogs are my favorite and walking them is the best time. As a Division 1 athlete I am able to keep up with dogs hyper energy. I am super caring and overall love dogs! I will have plenty of time to take care of your dog as I am currently on summer break from college!! I have soccer at night but other than that I am very free! As a neat freak your home will look untouched following me taking care of your dog. If needed I can easily crate your dog and leave your home very clean!
About: I have spent my whole life loving and training pets, specifically dogs and puppies. I raised a service dog and have experience fostering service dogs in training for Canine Companions for Independence. I'm a full time student at William & Mary, and I have free time in the afternoons and evenings on weekdays and the morning and afternoon on weekends. I am renting a small house next to Colonial Williamsburg. I am comfortable taking care of a dog in my home, or in your home.
“Amazing! Teresa is an absolute gem. She's professional & personable, patient & knowledgeable. She's extremely responsive and so very kind - to both people & pets. Highly highly recommend!”

“Anne B. is amazing and so sweet! She is great with communication and very reliable. I have used her services twice now for a couple short vacations away from my pups and everything went great! I highly recommend her!”

“Mary was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Yesterday she took care of our dogs all day during our wedding. She checked in on them three times and even delivered our dogs to our wedding venue so our brother could walk our dogs down the aisle during the ceremony. She hung out for the wedding, and then delivered them back to our hotel. She was so pleasant, followed every recommendation and request we made, and our dogs were so well cared for! She even went above and beyond walking the dogs for a long time before and after the wedding! If we lived locally in Newport News we would DEFINITELY us her again. I highly recommend her and her services!”

About: For many years, I worked on farms, and personally, I’ve had dogs, cats, small mammals, and, although I have never owned one, I do love birds. I attended Bel Rea Vet Tech School on Colorado years ago, but I won’t make false claims. I have practical knowledge and experience mostly. I am available most days 9-5, and am easily contacted and responsive. Professionally, I was a personal trainer, so I am very good at following directions and am personally meticulous. First, my name is Julia. I am not able to yet figure out how to change my profile name properly. So talk about trust, you would want to know my real name. In your home, I prefer very specific instructions. It’s always nice to meet and greet before letting anyone into my home, so I feel best if we meet and greet before you give me free rein to care for your pets in your home.
About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes since I was young. I love spending time with our fur friends and making sure they feel safe, loved, and at home, even when you’re away, giving them the attention and comfort they deserve I’m currently working as a vocalist at Busch Gardens, so I have plenty of time when I’m not in shows to take care of your fur babies and make sure they feel extra love! I have a house that I share with my partner and a large yard in addition to being very close to parks and walkable areas in Williamsburg!
About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a child. Dogs, cats, and horses are my specialty. I also have trained horses and dogs, and have a lot of experience with older pets. I understand how important patience and compassion are to their journey. Pet care is my passion! I am always around as I recently retired. My 2 big dogs passed away in the past year after living very full lives. I love walking dogs, taking care of animals and helping people. I have a fenced in yard with a ramp off the deck, and a ramp to the side door through the garage for dogs with arthritis.
“Regan always kept me updated on when she would arrive and she was always very friendly. Most importantly, Jack loves her so I’ll definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend her!”

“Rico misses Brianna and was so happy to visit her today. He wishes COVID-19 would go away so his parents can travel again and he can hang out with Brianna more often like he use to.”

About: Hello! My name is Bianca and I decided to join Rover to solve my yearning for my own furry friend. I have been wanting my own doghter for a while now, but unfortunately with my job and life circumstances I am unable. I have decided to channel this energy into helping those who do have! H I currently work 4x10’s during the week with my Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off! Sometimes I teach tennis in Williamsburg during the week so I am willing to connect and work out hours that align with both of our days! Pets are as complex beings as us, and yet also as simple as us. Every animal has what makes them tick, wag their tail and more. I think the first step is communication with the owner. They know them best! I’d love to see what their boundaries are, if pup cups during walks are on or off the table! I think the best way to care for pets is to be mindful, open to listening and keen to signs that the dog may display.
