About: As a special education teacher, I bring patience, consistency, and strong communication skills to every pet I care for. I previously owned a pit bull named Belle who had social anxiety around other dogs, which taught me how to recognize stress signals, manage walks safely, and adapt to a dog’s individual needs. I’m comfortable working with dogs that require extra patience, structure, or a calm approach, and I prioritize safety, reliability, and positive experiences for both pets and their owners. Having the summers off, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time throughout the week to pet care. Daily walks and outdoor activity have long been part of my routine from caring for my previous dog, Belle, a pit bull who thrived on consistency and regular exercise. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I enjoy providing pets with the attention, companionship, and activity they need while their owners are away. I have the flexibility to provide attentive care and spend quality time with pets throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make an effort to learn their preferences, favorite activities, and household rules so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. My dog Belle, a pit bull, was very much a member of the family, so I understand how important it is to treat pets with the same level of care and respect. I’m also firmly in the “dogs belong on furniture” camp, so I understand that pets are family members and should be treated with love, respect, and affection. I’m happy to provide plenty of affection, playtime, and companionship along with meeting their daily needs.

About: I started volunteering at the Humane Society at the age of 11, where I fell in love with caring for animals. I lived on a base where people traveled frequently and I was trusted to keep their pets safe and looked after. I now work at a dog daycare/ boarding facility as a kennel attendant, so I have the proper training to take care of your pets. I enjoy my job and have lots of love to give to animals! My schedule is very flexible. I have a two hour lunch break when I do work, and I only work part time. I am a college student and even with next semester coming up, I still will be very available. Unfortunately, I am unavaible at the moment for boarding at my house because of the pets in my household. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to!

About: I have taken care of my family's large dogs all my life and volunteered at a local animal shelter for several years, walking, brushing and exercising dogs! I am comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels! I am a new graduate nurse, so spending time with animals and getting out of the house is exactly what the doctor ordered! My schedule is flexible, I am available most days that I am not working. I would be happy to walk leash-trained dogs or play with them in a fenced-in environment. I am also available for check-ins, feedings, or socializations for the animals!

You can count on me to provide dependable care, regular updates, and plenty of love while you’re away. I’m a stay at home mom and have all the time in the world to spend with the pets in my care. I also enjoy gardening, baking, pottery, walks and spending time with my family. We have a doggie gate and big fenced backyard for your dog to run and play outside. Pets are welcome on the couch so we can all watch movies together. We don’t crate unless specifically requested by clients and we typically go on 2/3 walks a day.

About: I am a grad student with a very flexible schedule! I have owned and cared for a range of dog breeds, from cocker spaniels to German shepherds. I even had a Great Dane for several years! No mess is too big! I’ve administered medications and love getting outdoors and would love to walk or drop into your pet! I adore cats and I have an American bobtail cat called Atlas 🐈‍⬛ My daily routine is incredibly flexible as I am currently working on my PhD! I pick my hours and I can work around any pet sitting/walking needs! I am a gentle person who loves to give pets and go for walks and (if willing) give belly rubs! I look after a very content male cat daily (who follows me around the house).

About: My beloved Summer (now deceased) was an absolute monster when she was a puppy, so I can handle it all. When she was a senior, I had no problem picking her up (60 lbs) for car rides and for bedtime (she slept with me), and took care of her when her stitches popped. It takes a lot to faze me. In high school and college, I was first aid certified and still keep a first aid kit on me at all times, so should something happen, I can get your sweet dog wrapped up if need be. My favorite activity for getting dogs' energy out is taking them to a fenced in soccer field and kicking a ball for them to run after. I currently have a 6 (ish) year old rescue named Charlotte, whom I’ve had to train as an adult dog. She’s the complete opposite of Summer: very vocal and has no interest in balls but adores sticks. Every morning, afternoon, and evening. Walks, meal times, and play time for your dog (or dogs) and my dog as well. Caring for a dog is priority #1. I’m easily Google-able and have worked for many public officials who can vouch for me. Each morning, I walk Charlotte before hitting the gym and again in the evening. I’m currently in-between jobs, so I have full availability for the next few weeks. After that, I will likely be working remotely and will be flexible. It varies by the needs of the pet and his/her family. Walks, playing in the yard, etc. are common. If your pet has a certain routine, I’m pleased to accommodate.

About: I have grown up with animals. Dogs and cats are at the top of the list. I've been around domesticated animals all of my life. My first kittens at my young age was two siames kittens Who had 2 litters of kittens as well as having to toy poodle dogs, that had two litters of puppies twice. I must have been about 10 so it was from then that I have been loving & caring for fur babies.. Though I do not Own a dog or a cat right now, but look forward to owning some in my future.. I currently own a guinea pig. I just recently experienced the end of a pug/fur baby end of life. I took care of the pug for his last six months of life. Soon after that I boarded a beautiful pitbull for the weekend of mother's day. So to book with me, i'm sure I will have you covered.. Because I am home during the day I am a great fit for you fur baby. I love on your Fur baby while you are on occasion or just I'll have an a fun day. Because I am located across from freedom park in James City County, Williamsburg. I feel i'm in a great place to be able to get them out to go for walks and just run and play.

We are an end corner house so we do have a decent-sized unfenced grass area.
