About: Welcome to our home! We’re a fun, loving family with two elementary-aged kids and our friendly Bernedoodle, who loves having furry friends around. Our family has been used to having furry friends for a long time. I’m a teacher and my husband is a travel soccer club director, so our home is active, family-oriented, and full of love. We’re used to busy days, lots of playtime, walks, and plenty of attention! Our Bernedoodle is playful, social, and loves making new friends. We’d love to welcome your pup into our family while they’re with us and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. We enjoy getting outside for walks and playtime and are happy to keep your dog on their normal routine as much as possible. Whether your pup is energetic and playful or enjoys a more relaxed pace, we’ll give them the care and attention they need. We know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone you trust. Our goal is for every dog who stays with us to have a happy, safe, and fun stay!🐶❤️ A Typical Day in Our Home 🐾 Our home has a nice balance of structure, activity, and plenty of attention for our four-legged guests. I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!

I highly recommend Savannah H as she’s super kind and loves all animals!”

About: I’ve been around cats my entire life and understand that every cat has a different personality, comfort level, and routine. I’m patient and attentive, especially with cats who may be shy, anxious, or need some extra time to warm up to someone new. I’m comfortable caring for cats of all ages, from energetic kittens who need plenty of playtime and supervision to senior cats who may need a quieter environment and a little extra attention. I also know cats can be very particular about their routines, so I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely when it comes to feeding, litter boxes, playtime, and any other preferences your cat may have. Most importantly, I’ll treat your cat like one of my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
“Midori was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time leaving my cat in the hands of a pet sitter but Midori made it very easy. I also had a problem with the automatic dispenser, it wouldn’t work and i had already left town but she was able to go in and fix it for me even though she wasn’t due to drop in until the day after. Thanks Midori!!”

“We just had Katy for her first visits to our home for my two cats, Hobbes and Fuzzle. She did a great job, we got consistent communication from her, and she was truly a pleasure to work with. I didn't worry about a thing while we were gone, and I highly recommend her sitter services!”

“Destiny was wonderful in caring for our two cats. She sent photos and a report daily. Our cats seemed very happy when we came home and we are very grateful. We would love to book Destiny again in the future.”

“Michele was an amazing asset. She did such a fabulous job taking care of my two cats, that they appeared to be disappointed it was me when I came home. Clearly, they were well taken care of in my absence.”

“Victoria is really great with Mixina! She looked after her twice, the first time in our home, and the second - with twice a day drop-ins. Each time Victoria's been a life-saver. Last time she even had to make sure Mixina took her medication twice a day. Victoria sent me photos and little messages throughout my travel and I found everything just as I had left it and a happy Mixina.”

About: I have a special love for cats and extensive experience caring for a wide range of kitty personalities and needs. I’m skilled in administering medications, including inhalers and oral meds, and understand how to work patiently with cats who may be shy, anxious, or medically complex. I personally medicated my own cat twice daily until he passed, which gave me deep empathy, precision, and respect for attentive cat care. I’m meticulous about litter box hygiene and providing them with love and care. I’ll work with any cat quirk! If your cat only accepts water from one sink in the house, then they’ll get water from that one sink in the house. I’m committed to making cats feel comfortable, respected, and safe in their own space.

“We’ve had a wonderful experience with Jared! He is always very flexible with scheduling, which I truly appreciate, and he consistently sends photos throughout the day that give me peace of mind. Bella absolutely loves going there—especially the trips to the park to play and burn off energy. She also adores children, so she gets extra excited on days when she can spend time with his daughter. It’s clear she feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Lyra and Scott (and their kids) are terrific! Our little Sushi clearly had a great time spending the day with them. Throughout the process they were friendly, accommodating and professional. Communication was great, both before and during Sushi’s stay. We were only in Williamsburg for a couple of days on a road trip. But when we come back this way, we will definitely ask them to hang out with Sushi again! Thank you so much, guys! 🐶❤️”

“Absolutely perfect first experience with rover. Maggie sets the bar high with a welcoming home environment. She know exactly what she is doing - let the dogs meet freely, run freely and he felt right at home. I was so nervous but knew right away he would be fine. She sent pics throughout the day for reassurance and to let me see my buddy. Thanks so much!”

“Ethel was great with our challenging Jack Russell. He is very anxious about being separated from his family but Ethel made him feel right at home. She made everything easier for all of us!”

“Sandra was fantastic! We needed to leave our dog Samwise with somebody during an appointment because he gets separation anxiety in new places and she was flexible and very communicative.”

“Lana, Ethan, and their daughter took amazing care of our puppy, Everest! We received picture and video updates that warmed our hearts. Everest got along great with their golden doodle, Tucker. It’s safe to say Everest has a new best doggy friend and new best human friends! Thanks for watching our sweet girl! She loved you guys!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. To me, every dog deserves patience, kindness, and plenty of attention. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with good company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, so I’ll follow your care instructions carefully—from feeding schedules and medications to favorite toys and walking habits. My goal is to treat your dog like a member of my own family, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring, reliable hands. Please note, we board on family at a time, we do not cage the dogs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home, and my wife is home full-time. This means your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. We have a clean, safe, and pet-friendly home where dogs can feel comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, feeding, or simply providing affection and companionship, we’re committed to making every pet feel like part of the family while they’re in our care. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, and any special needs or preferences. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and regular potty breaks while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. In my home, pets stay in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment where they are supervised throughout the day. Since I work from home and my wife is home full-time, your pet will have lots of companionship and won’t be left alone for extended periods. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I provide reliable, attentive care, keep the space tidy, and send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“Cheyanne was very kind and considerate. She took the time to answer questions I had and she did a wonderful job with our baby. I would absolutely recommend her and we will contact her if we're in the area again.”

About: We’re a dog-loving family with experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels. We have two dogs of our own: a senior Lab/hound mix and a middle-aged Great Dane. We’re comfortable with everything from energetic playtime to older dogs who prefer a slower pace, and we’re happy to follow your dog’s normal routines, feeding schedule, and house rules. We both work hybrid schedules, so someone is home with the dogs most of the time. Dogs get regular outdoor breaks throughout the day and plenty of attention and interaction. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who need more activity as well as those who are content to relax and hang out with us. We have a large, fenced-in yard where dogs can safely get outside and play. Our fence is approximately 3 feet high and made of hog wire, so we’re best suited for dogs who aren’t jumpers or determined escape artists. Our own dogs respect the boundary. We also have a dog-loving 4-year-old, so dogs must be comfortable and safe around children. Our dogs are friendly and accustomed to sharing their space with other dogs. At night, visiting dogs sleep downstairs on their own dog bed or one of our designated “dog couches.” Crate-trained dogs are welcome to use their crate if that is what makes them most comfortable.

About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. And im usually solo on my travels I will stay in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your fur babies. I will follow all your instructions and love them as my own

I have one sweet young dog who would love an occasional dog visitor and playmate. I will treat your pet just like I do, which one may define as a bit on the spoiled side!

About: I have taken care of lots of dogs over the years. I love on all of them, and give great doggie massages. I take the dogs on daily walks. I work 3 to 4 hours each day and am home most of the time. I am a master gardener and spend a lot of free time in the yard. I have a fairly large fenced in back yard. I take my own dogs for a morning walk most every day. I give lots of treats.
“My dog, Teddy, absolutely loved staying with Savannah H and family! As soon as we arrived on the farm, Teddy didn’t turn back - he loved the environment and was ready to meet new friends. Savannah sent pictures so I knew that he was having fun and doing well. I was actually sad for Teddy that his stay was only for one night! I highly recommend Savannah H as she’s super kind and loves all animals!”

“We are so grateful for Omaira and Isaac! Our Luke is a nervous dog and we lost our regular border last year due to moving so we were so excited when Luke warmed up to them. They do such an excellent job of communicating and keeping Luke safe and happy :)”

“Ciara was terrific with our little guy. I was so nervous leaving him for the first time. And she did everything in her power to make sure I knew he was taken care of. As a pet mama (small business owner) who goes on frequent trips, she really is amazing!”

“Our Dixie had a wonderful stay with Shania and her family. We were sent pictures and updates during Dixie’s stay. She was well taken care of and we will definitely be planning another stay with Shania.”

“We Had the pleasure of using Britanny to watch over our sweet millie and it was a great experience. Britanny made sure she kept us in the loop and put all of our worries to rest with updates, pics, Etc. Being that it was our first time ever using a sitter, she made our stay away from millie extremely pleasant. Thank you again Brittany. I would highly recommend.”

“Sandra and her family are great! Both of our dogs instantly felt comfortable with them and so did we. We found Sandra to be patient and kind to our boys and had no doubt they were in goods hands while we were away. She checked in with us often to let us know how they were doing. Great job Sandra!”
