I have experience with all sizes and ages of dogs. I currently have a 6year old boxer and a 1 year old Great Dane ❤️ I work full time in the medical field. I am free weekends and weekdays I am usually off by 5:30 if I am working that day. I have a large, privacy fenced backyard. I will care for your dogs any way needed. About: I have loved animals all my life, and my experience has ranged from caring for my own pets, to short-term and long-term fostering for friends and military families. I have cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, birds and small livestock. I love them and treat them all as though they are my own. I am currently a currently a stay at home mom, and my children are now all school-aged. I care for my animals at home, and I have an open schedule, heart, and home to care for other animals. I have a about 1.3 acres of land with a dedicated (vinyl) fenced in area for dogs so I have plenty of room for outdoor playtime. Indoors, a few of my animals are crated at night based on their individual needs but all walk freely during the day. In your home, I am open to whatever is most comfortable for your pet.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young girl. I also have worked as a Veterinary Technician on Langley Air Force Base. I enjoy pet sitting all kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. I am retired and involved in some weekly activities, so pet sitting fits perfectly with my schedule. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility of pet sitting, not to mention the joy of being around pets. Neighbors, family members, family-friends have all reached out to me to take care of their pets/dogs because of my reliability Currently, I have a part time job, but luckily for me and you they schedule 3 weeks in advance so I can make any job work one way or another I make sure to treat every pet as if they were my own, while complying to their needs and wants. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs since I was barely tall enough to see over a food bowl, and that lifelong hands-on experience shaped me into someone who naturally understands animal behavior, routines, and training. I’ve personally trained my own dogs and have always been deeply involved in their care, from daily structure to behavior shaping and enrichment. Right now I share my home with a cat who keeps life interesting, and I’m very attentive to creating a happy, stable environment for pets. Animals have always been a constant part of my life, and caring for them feels less like a task and more like second nature. 🐾 My schedule is pretty structured around my work hours: I work 4pm–12am, and outside of that I’m home and available for the rest of the day. I keep my routine simple and steady, and I’m usually around in the mornings and early afternoons before heading into work. I’m not someone who’s constantly on the go or juggling a million commitments—my life is more grounded in work, home, and taking care of my pets. That balance gives me a lot of consistency and time to focus on what matters day to day. I take safety and trust seriously when it comes to animals and their environment. In the past, I’ve crate-trained my dogs and learned how to create calm, structured routines that help them feel secure and well-behaved. I’m comfortable setting boundaries in a gentle but consistent way, depending on the needs of each pet. My home is also very pet-safe, especially because my current cat is extremely curious and determined to investigate everything. I’ve adapted my space to keep hazards out of reach and ensure it’s a safe, enriched environment where pets can explore without getting into trouble. I pay close attention to what they can access and how they interact with their surroundings, so safety is always built into the way I live with animals. 🐾

About: I genuinely love animals. I am the type of person who stops everyone and asks if I can pet their dog. I do have professional training in taking care of animals; I worked at an animal rescue and a doggy daycare! I am 25 years old and I have my own transportation and will work very hard to take care of your pet! I have experience walking dogs of all ages and sizes. I also have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages. Including animals with special food requirements, feeding instructions and giving medications such as pills. I have some training in dogs with temperament issues. I also have experience in taking care of cats, fish and reptiles if needed. I just graduated with my masters degree so my schedule is all over the place, just ask me if I’m free and I’ll let you know! I have my schedule in advance normally. I have experience in crating dogs if that’s what’s required for your pet. My own dogs now are free roamers around the house so I have experience with excited or guarded animals when entering the home. I like being given clear directions so I know how to best care for your fur babies!

About: My beloved Summer (now deceased) was an absolute monster when she was a puppy, so I can handle it all. When she was a senior, I had no problem picking her up (60 lbs) for car rides and for bedtime (she slept with me), and took care of her when her stitches popped. It takes a lot to faze me. In high school and college, I was first aid certified and still keep a first aid kit on me at all times, so should something happen, I can get your sweet dog wrapped up if need be. My favorite activity for getting dogs' energy out is taking them to a fenced in soccer field and kicking a ball for them to run after. I currently have a 6 (ish) year old rescue named Charlotte, whom I’ve had to train as an adult dog. She’s the complete opposite of Summer: very vocal and has no interest in balls but adores sticks. Every morning, afternoon, and evening. Walks, meal times, and play time for your dog (or dogs) and my dog as well. Caring for a dog is priority #1. Each morning, I walk Charlotte before hitting the gym and again in the evening. I’m currently in-between jobs, so I have full availability for the next few weeks. After that, I will likely be working remotely and will be flexible. It varies by the needs of the pet and his/her family. Walks, playing in the yard, etc. are common. If your pet has a certain routine, I’m pleased to accommodate.

About: I have taken care of dogs (during the day and overnight stays) ranging from 6 months to over two years. In addition to my pet sitting experiences, I have volunteered at two humane societies and specialized with the dogs. Before interacting with the dogs at the humane societies, I completed 22.5 hours of formal training, background security checks, and the Fear Free Shelter Program Core Modules. My responsibilities as a volunteer were canine enrichment activities (including making toys and interactions with dogs), recording behavioral observations, and canine handling onsite and offsite. I also enjoy running, so if your dog is up for that, they are more than welcome to join! I frequent run clubs with dogs because I love being around them and I don't have the finances to take care of my own right now (I am a graduate student). I just graduated from W&M with my Master’s in Science. I am currently job searching so my schedule is very open and flexible. Check my calendar to see when I’m can house/pet sit! At this time, I am only caring for pets in their homes. I am renting my current residence, so I cannot care for pets in my own home.

About: Animals have been part of my life since the day I was born. I grew up on a farm outside of St. Louis where animals of all kinds were just daily life — not pets you visited, but family you lived alongside. As an only child, they were my closest companions, and that relationship followed me through every chapter of my life, across three states and a military base in Japan. My family’s experience with animals goes well beyond dogs and cats. Over the years we cared for an array of reptiles, frogs, rabbits, turtles, fish (at one point well over 100), two large-breed dogs, and multiple cats. My parents also bred and sold birds privately and to pet stores, including budgies, cockatiels, finches, lovebirds, and parrots. My first real taste of pet care as a service came when we were stationed in Japan, where we informally provided doggy daycare for my dad’s coworkers alongside our own two dogs. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m consistently available Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm, which means your pet gets attentive, present care during the hours most sitters are at a desk job. No rushing home, no checking the clock. I left home to serve in the Navy, and while our household is currently pet-free (we’re waiting to see what direction our daughter gravitates toward before adding a new family member), the knowledge and instincts I built over a lifetime of hands-on animal care don’t go anywhere. One thing I always want to be upfront about: my daughter will be with me when I provide services. She’s 3 years old and genuinely one of the gentlest kids I’ve seen around animals. She approaches them the way she approaches babies — slow, soft, and full of care. She would happily take one of every animal home if she could. That said, I completely understand that some pets don’t do well around small children, and I’d rather be honest about that upfront than put your pet in an uncomfortable situation. If that’s your pet, I may not be the right fit, and there’s no hard feelings in that. What I can offer is a lifetime of real, hands-on experience with an enormous range of animals, a calm and attentive approach to care, and genuine love for the animals I work with. Your pet won’t just be looked after — they’ll be treated like family. As a stay-at-home mom, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine rather than being squeezed around a work schedule. I’m available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm and can give visiting pets consistent, unhurried attention throughout the day. Walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins all happen on a real schedule; not whenever I can manage to fit them in. All care takes place in your home, so your pet stays in the environment they already know and feel safe in. For drop-in visits and daycare, I follow your routines, your rules, and your preferences — my job is to be a seamless, trustworthy extension of you, not to do things my way. I’ll always communicate how visits go, including any changes in behavior, appetite, or energy that you’d want to know about. If your pet needs medication, has specific dietary needs, or requires a particular routine, I’m comfortable handling that. I bring 25 years of hands-on experience with a wide range of animals and temperaments, so you can feel confident leaving your pet in my care.
