“I contacted Victoria without much.notice hoping to get somebody to walk my dog 2 times on a day where I was going to be gone for at least 12 hours. She had never met me or my dogs but took on the task. She was.able.to get my dogs out, hung out with them a bit in my yard, and for their second afternoon session she took them for a wooded hike and to a pet store for treats. She went above and beyond and my dogs were very pleased. Great job V.”

“Vivian was AMAZING!! I have never left my dogs with anyone other than family in 24 years! She did a great job even when my dog did not cooperate on their first walk. “I definitely recommend Catherine. I have a new puppy, so you can imagine I was nervous about his first dog walking experience. Catherine was very communicative before the walk and receptive to the notes and requests I sent her in advance (and there were quite a few!). THANK YOU Catherine for caring for Rudder like he is one of your own! :)”

About: Hi, I’m Grace! I’m a college student with over 4 years of pet care experience. I spent more than 2 years volunteering at my local humane society as a dog walker, and I have two dogs of my own at home. I love all animals and would be happy to care for your furry friends. I’m home for the summer with plenty of time to play with your pups. I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the week. I follow your pet’s routine, provide walks and playtime, keep them safe and happy, and give plenty of love and attention while keeping you updated.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with personal experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have a cat of my own and, in the past, I cared for two wonderful senior dogs, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, and gentle care—especially for older pets. I’m reliable, compassionate, and happy to provide the kind of attention and comfort that helps pets feel at ease while you're away. I work full-time during the weekdays but have flexibility for early morning and evening visits before and after work. My weekends are generally open, with the exception of a bit of time on Sundays for church. I'm happy to discuss a schedule that works best for your pet's needs and can be consistent and reliable with routines. Normally, pets need attention at least twice a day. I understand the need for basic pet needs, such as feeding, walks outside, changing the cat litter, water, etc. I also understand the need for a pet to be entertained and played with. I, of course, would be happy to continue your normal routines and needs for your pet while you are away!

About: From childhood, I've cared for both cats and dogs—my own as well as pets for friends, family, and neighbors. Whether it’s playful puppies, shy senior cats, or pets with special diets and routines, I always take the time to get to know each animal’s unique personality and needs. I know how important it is to have someone reliable and caring when you’re away, and I look forward to giving you that peace of mind for your furry friend when you need some help! I work a remote 9-5 job and have the flexibility to work from different settings, meaning that I can drop by and be present for your pet whenever you need. I always ensure that boundaries and expectations are clear before caring for a pet in your home. If your pet is allowed outside, I take extra precautions to ensure they're leashed beforehand. Ahead of caring for your pet, I will make sure to review your preferred pet health provider's location in case of an emergency.

About: My wife, son and I have taken care of pets our entire lives. Currently, we have only one elderly cat with special medical needs. Recently retired, we would love to adopt a dog but our frequent travel (to visit grandchildren) makes that a challenge. That travel helps us understand the stress and anxiety of leaving a pet in the care of others. We enjoy walking and playing with dogs (and cats!) and enjoy being in our yard, which opens to a field in the back, perfect for fetch. We will fill the day with a lot of activity and attention in a safe and secure environment. We are home full time and will have plenty of opportunity for walks, play time and potty breaks. During the school year, but my wife and I are home... and in summer months, our young-adult son will help as well. We have a spacious yard but it is not fenced so we would keep your dog on a long leash while outside. At night, we can easily crate, depending on the pet-parents preferences.

About: I'm an experienced dog walker and sitter who truly loves caring for dogs. I've had a dog my entire life, so I understand how important it is to provide loving attention, exercise and companionship. Whether it's a long walk, playtime or cuddles, I'll treat your pup like my own and ensure they're happy and safe every time! I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings. I will have the most flexibility on the weekends, but open to weekdays as well. I can work around most schedules. When caring for pets in my home or my clients home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their routine closely - whether that's feeding, walks or playtime - to keep things consistent and stress-free. I always make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: I grew up with a golden retriever and have a dog now myself. Additionally two of my sisters now have dogs. We are a dog family! Im currently a stay at home mom. My son was born at the end of 2024. Its likely that I will be available when needed! I have high flexibility. i enjoy being outside so dog walking fits my lifestyle perfectly. If it’s not walking that you need, Im happy to visit your home just to let your dog play outside as well.

About: I grew up having dogs and cats as pets my entire life. When I am not working as a veterinary technician, I volunteer at a humane society with their feline and canine residents as well. Clearly, caring for animals health, wellbeing and happiness is my passion in life! Over the years I have done obedience and agility training with several of my dogs. I work a full time job currently, so my availability is limited to the weekends and evenings as needed. As the summer winds down I should have more availability in the fall and winter months. At home I have a dog that is rather dog selective. For that reason, I do not offer other dogs at my home. This is to keep everyone safe and comfortable. In your home, I can keep your dog accustomed to their space and their routine and allow them to warm up to me on their “turf”. A meet and greet visit is absolutely encouraged for newcomers to ensure that we are a good fit!

About: Hi, I’m Ryan a lifelong pet lover with 4 cats, 1 dog, and years of hands-on experience! Your pets will be treated like family with me because that’s exactly how I treat my own. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust when it comes to your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m working as a part time contractor right now with a flexible schedule. I’m available mornings, evenings, and nights to work around your pets needs. As someone who lives with 4 cats and a dog, I understand how important it is to provide a calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment. I treat every animal in my care with the same level of attention and love I give to my own. • I closely follow your instructions for feeding, medication, routines, and quirks • I create a stress-free environment for cats, with quiet spaces, gentle handling, and plenty of patience • For dogs, I ensure safe walks, avoid risky interactions, and keep them active and happy • I’m always alert to signs of stress, discomfort, or unusual behavior and will keep you updated • I double-check doors, leashes, litter boxes, and feeding areas to keep everything safe and clean

Wheaton dog parents share their Rover experiences
She was so professional and kind and knowledgeable when she picked up my little guy. There was a mixup with the pictures and I’m not gonna lie. I got frustrated, but when she came back with my dog, we were able to clarify everything she was again, professional, and kind When we were working things out. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely use her again!

This was a last-minute booking. There was a mixup when she got here about it being a 30 or 60 minute walk I booked it for 60 she was very professional and move things around so she could walk a full 60 minutes. She was very kind and my dog Eli really seemed to like her. I had a migraine come on and got sick. I’m very grateful for her taking my booking last minute and making sure she walked a full 60 minutes. I will definitely book with her again.

Sherri was amazing, punctual, communicative and very forgiving of my work schedule being a little dynamic(hybrid role but not always required to go to office each week). My dog loves her and she provided him some happiness and fun while I was away at work and I can't express how much I appreciate her for that. I would book Sherri in a heartbeat, and I strongly recommend her to anyone in search of a walker. 10/10 here!

We would give six stars if we could! Mia was so attentive to our golden retriever while we were gone. She went above and beyond to make sure our dog Yanny was well cared for while we were gone. We had been looking for someone to care for Yanny so we could be gone for a day or a few days, we will definitely be booking Mia again.
