About: I've been taking care of my orange cat (Pete) and walking my neighbours dogs since I was 13, and I always love meeting and learning about people's pets! I've found that if you love and respect animals, they will often respect and love you back. I can't wait to meet your best friend! I usually get up pretty early, and have a good amount of time on my hands at the moment. I will always make your pet my number one priority while under my care. I'm always looking to build a strong relationship of safety and trust with both pets and pet parents. Always let me know what I can do to give you the most peace of mind during any stay.

About: Hi, I’m a lifelong dog lover and I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I’m experienced with all kinds of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy and playful. I have a one year old Poochon who is sweet, friendly, and very well behaved. I believe in full transparency and clear communication, and I take pride in doing great work. I will always follow your instructions, prioritize safety, and send clear updates with photos. If you are open to it, I would love to bring my friendly Poochon along for social pups. If not, no problem at all. I’m happy to come solo and follow your preference. Thank you for considering me. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pooch and help keep them happy, safe, and cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m very flexible and available every day of the week. I love the outdoors and staying active, so walks and drop ins are an easy, consistent part of my day. I can accommodate last minute requests, follow your pet’s routine closely, and I always provide reliable care with clear updates each visit. Clean, calm, pet friendly home with a large backyard and plenty of room to play. My friendly 1 year old Poochon is home, so I only accept dogs who are comfortable around other dogs. I closely follow your routine (feeding, potty schedule, and house rules) and send photo updates. I have video cameras in the home for safety, and someone is home 24/7 for supervision and care.

TLDR: Hiring Tiffany was the best decision I have ever made as a Dog Father!!! Hire her! Tiffany has been a Godsend for Grace! I broke my leg in April I’ve been unable to walk Grace since then. She’s an Aussie Shepard mix so she needs a lot of activity and exercise to keep her mind and body happy, and running around our small back yard was not cutting it. I eventually decided to see if Rover had any good options and thought Tiff’s profile looked good. I had no idea how much that undersold her talent. Tiffany has consistently gone above and beyond for my Grace, and had demonstrated a level of integrity and compassion I have rarely seen in any industry, let alone pet care. Today she noticed Grace was more lethargic than normal and when Grace pooped during the walk it was darker than usual. Tiff immediately called me to voice her concerns. I was at work and had no easy means to get home and bring Grace to a vet as I’m still in a cast and cannot drive. I asked Tiffany if she would consider driving Grace to her vet and I would meet them there. Tiffany not only took Grace immediately, but handled the entire drop off and facilitated contact between myself and the vet. And she wouldn’t even consider discussing compensation until she knew Grace was in safe hands with the vet. Degrees and certifications can be bought but integrity is priceless. There are precious few I would trust with the care of my furbabies but I trust Tiffany implicitly!

I currently have extended summer availability, making me a great option for vacations, longer trips, and house sitting stays. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable caring for both your pets and your home when you can't be there. I'm an Education Support Professional in a special education classroom, where patience, consistency, communication, and attention to detail are essential every day. I bring those same qualities to pet care by following routines carefully, noticing small changes, and providing calm, dependable support. Growing up in a rural area also gave me experience around animals, including helping neighbors care for farm animals. When house sitting, I provide attentive care while respecting your home and keeping your pet's routine as consistent as possible. Care may include feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, litter box care, following detailed instructions, medication administration when needed, and regular photo and message updates. My goal is to provide trustworthy, compassionate care so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets and home are in good hands. I currently have availability for house sitting and vacation care from June 27–July 10, and again beginning August 11th through early September. During these periods, I’m able to dedicate my time and attention to providing consistent care, maintaining your pet’s routine, and giving regular updates while you’re away. When I’m available, I enjoy providing dependable companionship, walks, feeding, and home care while helping pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and adjust care to meet each pet’s individual needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine while also treating their home with respect. I understand that inviting someone into your home is a big responsibility, and I take that trust seriously. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, routines, and any special needs your pets may have. I pay close attention to behavior and changes in your pet’s comfort level so I can provide the best care possible. I will maintain a clean and secure environment, respect your space and belongings, and provide regular photo and message updates so you feel connected while you’re away. My goal is for you to return home knowing your pets were cared for and your home was respected. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, including shy pets who need patience and a calm approach. I focus on creating a safe, predictable, and positive experience for every pet I care for.

Johnna has been walking our old but energetic goldendoodle 2x week for about a month. My dog took to her immediately. She is extremely punctual and thorough, and provides detailed updates and pictures after each walk. She also wipes down my dog’s paws, refreshes the water bowl, disposes of poop bags, locks up, etc. She has also been flexible when I asked to adjust our walk schedule. Very highly recommend Johnna!

About: What sets me apart is the level of care, responsibility, and attention I bring to everything I do. As a rehabilitation aide and full-time college student, I am used to being dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to individual needs. I understand that every dog has a different personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing outside, or relaxing at home, I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I know how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family. That's why I prioritize communication, provide updates and photos, and treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is not just to watch your dog, but to make sure they are happy, loved, and well cared for while you're away. Dogs fit naturally into my daily routine. I work per diem as a rehabilitation aide and every other weekend as a café associate at South Shore Health, which gives me a flexible schedule. I am generally more available in the afternoons and evenings, making it easy for me to provide walks, playtime, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I make sure they have plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and any meals or medications according to their schedule. I also prioritize safety, comfort, and communication by providing regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pet is happy, well cared for, and treated like family while they're away.

About: Treat Others the Way You Would Like To Be Treated, and that includes animals. I have always been an animal lover since I was a child. Spending my time helping out in animal shelters every opportunity I had, watching over and caring for the dogs, cats, rodents and reptiles of my friends, my friends families, my family and my own animals. I’ve walked, house sat and fostered many animals. I am a firm believer that animals are incredibly intelligent and if you give respect, you receive respect. I work in Dog Hiking. I work with a variety of breeds and personalities. I am also volunteering under a recovery dog training organization where I’m learning a variety of dog training skills. My availability has recently opened up. I am in a position to go forward with the next steps in my life and begin building connections in a new area. I work certain hours a week and now will be scheduling my outside commitments based on whatever dog walking and sitting routine I create. Every pet is different and has different needs. I personally create a schedule for each animal starting with their name, timing how to meet their own personal needs, whether it’s exercise, socializing, eating habits, medications etc. I show up on time and I am there for them, that is how I do my job because I care.

Zachary has been walking our dog now for a couple years. He’s very reliable and responsive. Our dog isn’t always the easiest to walk - he can be reactive to squirrels or bunnies and some dogs from time to time. Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Weymouth. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Weymouth. On Rover:

  • 90% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
