About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, ever since I can remember – I love lending a hand to my neighbors too, whether it's popping over to feed their pets, letting them out for a run, taking them on walks, or even staying overnight to keep them company. What I really adore is discovering the unique personalities and wonderful qualities that make each and every animal so special. While I work full-time, my schedule offers significant flexibility as I work remotely two days a week. This allows me to accommodate early morning walks, or I can be available for walks and check-ins throughout my workday for potty breaks or feeding, especially during unexpected cancellations. Additionally, I have ample availability on weekends and am comfortable with evening walks. I'm also happy to offer overnight stays and house-sitting, and can even leave directly from your home for my workday. When I'm looking after an animal at someone's house, I really focus on making sure they're safe, building trust, and keeping their environment as normal as possible. For safety, I stick to their usual routines, learn all about their specific needs and any health stuff, and always double-check the house to make sure everything is safe and they haven't had any accidents or have gotten into anything. Building trust with you means I'll keep you updated, respect your home and privacy, and always show how much I care about your pet as well double checking with you if I have any questions (never assuming). And keeping their environment consistent and positive really helps the animal feel secure and less stressed, so their home stays their cozy, familiar spot even when you're away.
“Natalia was wonderful!! She was kind, responsive, and clearly loves animals. She took great care of our cats and even brushed them. You can tell from the pictures she sent us that our cats felt very comfortable and playful around her. I’d definitely recommend her as a Rover and would use her services in the future!!”

“Super happy! She has a great attention to detail, and my dogs seemed really relaxed around her. Usually I am very anxious about leaving my dogs for others to watch, since sometimes they can be very particular and difficult. I had zero worries with Nathalia and if I wasn’t moving I would totally hire her again!”

“Valerie was very reliable and provided great care for our Great Dane and Shiba Inu while we were out of state for 5 days. Not only that, but she made herself available for us in a last-minute situation which we were very grateful for. She communicated well with us whenever there were issues or concerns. Our dogs were very content when we arrived at home which proves how well they were taken care of😊 We will definitely be reaching out to Valerie again for help with our dogs!”

“Gail was THE best!! She cared for our puppy River as if she was her own. She sent us pictures and videos with updates at each visit. We will definitely be using Gail any time we need to be away from our River!”

“Lin did an amazing job looking after our two cats while we were away for two weeks. She quickly got our super shy cat to come out of hiding and play with toys. We got great daily photos of the cats. We will definitely have Lin cat sit again.”

“This was my first time using Rover and had an amazing experience with Isabelle. She got back to me right away and was able to come meet my dogs next day. She has a lot of experience with dog care and exceeded all expectations!! I would 100% recommend her to anyone in the area and will be using her again in the future. Thank you, Isabelle for making things so easy for me.”

“I have booked with Sara twice now- for check-in and walking my Great Dane. She has been wonderful and took excellent care of Roady. She’s very responsive and sends updates, which really put me at ease. I had not used pet services for my dog before this and would 100% recommended Sara!”

About: Hi! I have been caring for others pets since I was about 8 years old and would walk my neighbors dog! I have been a dog groomer for about 10.5 years, I am pet CPR/safety certified. I also have experience giving both cats and dogs medication as my own both take daily medication. I can’t remember my life without pets! I work part time so I am available mornings and late afternoon/nights to care for your pets! Great for escaping the summer heat on our walks! My babies are my family and I will treat your pets with the same respect! One of the most rewarding experiences is helping a nervous animal come out of their shell. Would love to walk your pups and care for them in your home
“OMG, Juliette is amazing! She came each day almost to the minute and took care of everything. She kept us updated with pics and videos of our kitties and went above and beyond by doing whatever she could to make each visit perfect! Highly recommend!”

“Grace is super friendly, arrived early, and my dog absolutely loved her. I really appreciated that her calendar accurately reflected her availability, which made booking so easy. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my dog will be in such good hands while I’m away. Can’t wait to have her back!”

“Jill is amazing! She was a massive help for us when we were in a bind needing care for 3 of our dogs over the holiday. She is incredibly nice and provided excellent care for our dogs! I’m not sure if she had ever watched 2 Great Danes at a time and she handled it with complete ease. Highly recommend Jill!”

“Isabella was fantastic! She helped us with a last minute request and was a great per sitter to our two cats and bunny. She was responsive, friendly and sent us regular pics and updates. Our critters were well looked after while we were away. Would definitely hire again ?”

“Jackie is the most reliable pet sitter we have ever worked with. She is attentive, understanding, and really goes above and beyond for her fur clients. We could not enjoy our time away from home without her help. She is a true professional with a passion for animals. She is wonderful!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Weymouth
Molly was such a great sitter for our 2 cats! She was on time (or early) every day, she spent time giving our cats some much needed attention while we were away and sent us photos of our cat daily. She was also very gracious to take care of a few little extras that we asked her to do. Molly is very responsible, reliable, kind and efficient. We are BEYOND satisfied with her service and would not hesitate to hire her again. She’s the best!

This was my first time going away for a week since having my cat, Remy. I was nervous but chose William based on his reviews and many repeat customers. He did not disappoint! By the end of the week he won over my shy cat. I was comforted by his picture updates. He kept Remy fed, her litter box clean and my house clean! When Remy got sick, he cleaned it up. I also noticed he cleaned up the area where Remy eats (she is a messy eater)! Definitely book with William!! Thanks William!!

Andrew was fantastic and did a great job with our three cats. I'm super appreciative of his responsiveness when we had a short turnaround time, his great communication, and his friendliness. The weather was terrible (very cold, snowy, and icy!) and he still arrived at the agreed time to make sure Pumpkin got his insulin on time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
