“Hunter was exceptional with our pets! We originally hired him to walk our pup but had also gotten a kitten at the time and he spent extra time with our kitten as well making sure she got some love! I would highly recommend! Was professional, well mannered and incredibly kind to our fur babies ❤️”

“Abby is fabulous! She always greeted/greets Toula, our one year of Golden Retriever, with love. Abby goes beyond her required job. Abby noticed dirt/mud on Toula upon the return of a walk and went to her own car to get towels to wash and dry her. She is engaged in the job at hand and does beyond what is expected. Will use her again and again!!!”

“Our dog Nessa can take a minute to warm up to new people, but seemed to like Grace from the start. When they got back from their 1st walk she had the zoomies all around the living room! Looking forward to working with Grace on our next overnight trip!”

About: I am a very neat, friendly, organized, caring, and punctual person who will take excellent care of your dog(s) during their time with me, giving them plenty of cuddles, love, exercise and attention or whatever else they may need! I look forward to meeting your dogs during a meet and greet to make sure it’s an excellent fit and then helping you out with whatever your dog care needs may be! I am also definitely more of a moderate-low energy dog person. Just let me know what I can do to be of assistance to you. Thank you for your consideration! A meet and greet is required. Please check my calendar for my available dates before sending a request! *I only take one client’s dog(s) at a time I did take a multi year break from Rover hence why the last review was several years ago. I can work from home when your dog is with me or bring your dog to work with me so I’ll be around to tend to your dog’s needs such as feeding schedules and regular walks as well as some playtime. However, I do request that your dog is a moderate - low energy dog as I do not have the time for highly active/energetic dogs. I will follow all instructions provided for drop in or dog walk visits (only services offered at this time) and maintain supervision at all times during any fenced yard play and during dog walks.

I love walking and caring for animals weather that mean playing with them or spoon feeding them back to health. Additionally I have also had the privilege of caring for a wide range of animals, from large and small farm animals to dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes—from energetic puppies to loving senior dogs. I've also cared for both senior cats and playful kittens, gaining valuable experience with each stage of life Please let me know what you need, and I will do everything I can to ensure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and well cared for while you are away. About: 🐾 Pet Care experience Today, I share my home with two happy, well-socialized Corgis—Fabio and Roxy—and two gentle cats. I don’t have children, so my focus and energy are fully devoted to my pets and the dogs I care for in my home. I have a deep understanding of what it means to care for special needs dogs. My first Corgi, Floyd, began having seizures at just one year old and continued to experience them regularly—ranging from several a week to several a day—until he passed away at eight. He required an intensive medical routine that included seven medications a day on a strict schedule. I cared for him with complete dedication, and that experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, follow detailed care plans, and respond intuitively to what a dog needs—physically and emotionally. Because of that experience, I’m confident and fully comfortable handling dogs with medical needs, including timed medications, dietary restrictions, insulin, supplements, or other ongoing care. Your dog’s health and safety will always be treated with the same diligence and love I give my own. With both of my Corgis still young and playful, we’re also happy to welcome puppies, as long as they are crate trained or currently in the process of crate training. I understand the patience and consistency required during that phase, and I’m happy to support that routine while keeping everyone safe and comfortable. I exclusively offer care in my home and am happy to accommodate your dog’s individual needs. Whether your pup is active, aging, recovering, or just needs extra attention, I provide a clean, secure, and loving space with a fenced yard, daily walks, and plenty of affection. My goal is to make your dog feel relaxed, safe, and part of the family while you’re away. 🕒 How Pet Care Fits Into My Day As a part-time hairstylist with a flexible schedule, I’m able to plan my days around the needs of the dogs in my care. I’m in and out throughout the day but rarely gone for more than a few hours at a time, which allows me to maintain a consistent, calm routine for the pets in my home. My younger Corgi, Roxy (age one), is only crated when we’re not home, while Fabio, our older Corgi, prefers more freedom—but both are fully crate trained. I also have multiple crate sizes available to safely and comfortably accommodate visiting dogs, depending on their size and needs. My home is quiet, child-free, and centered around animals. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze into my day—it’s part of my daily rhythm. From walks and playtime to rest and individualized care, your dog will be in a peaceful, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. 🐾 Safety, Trust & Environment I take safety and trust seriously, and I’ve created a calm, secure environment in my home where dogs can feel truly at ease. I have a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time, and dogs are never left outside unattended. Inside, I maintain a clean and structured space with multiple crate sizes available for comfort and safety when needed. I am a child-free home, and the noise level stays low throughout the day—making it an ideal environment for senior dogs or those who may be more sensitive or anxious in busier settings. I carefully manage introductions between my pets and yours, and I’m experienced in keeping animals separate if needed for comfort or safety. I follow all feeding, medication, and sleep routines exactly as provided and treat every dog like one of my own—with attentiveness, patience, and love. In case of a serious emergency, we are located very close to MedVet.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for years—both my own and others’—and I truly treat each animal like family. I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra patience and TLC. Whether it’s following a specific feeding schedule, administering medication, or giving your fur baby all the snuggles and attention they deserve, I’ve got it covered. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because caring for animals is something I truly enjoy and make time for. I have a consistent weekly schedule that allows me to be flexible with pet drop-ins, walks, and in-home sitting. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and early evening visits during the week, and have extended availability on weekends. When caring for pets in their own home, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable in their familiar environment. I take time to get to know each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can follow their normal schedule as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, potty breaks, walks, or just cozy cuddle time. I respect your home as if it were my own—keeping things clean, secure, and leaving everything just as I found it. I’m mindful about doors, gates, and any instructions you provide to keep your pet safe. I also communicate regularly with updates and photos so you feel fully informed and confident while you’re away. Trust is everything, and I work hard to earn it from both you and your pets.

Lastly, I have taken care of my neighbor's animals while she was on vacation which has given me the experience of learning pet care in a more casual setting. I am a busy college student, but I always have time for a walk or a play date! However, I am typically most available in the afternoons and evenings after about 2-3 pm. I am also available on weekends. I will always treat your pets with respect wherever we are, whether it be in your home or on a walk. “I can’t recommend Gina enough! She took care of both my dogs and cats while I was away, and I came home to very happy, relaxed pets. My dogs can be a little anxious when I leave, but Gina gave them lots of attention, exercise, and structure—which made a huge difference. My cats, who usually hide from strangers, actually came out to play and cuddle. I received regular updates, photos, and even a little summary of how each day went. Westerville dog parents share their Rover experiences
I hired Mirelsa to watch my 15 yo miniature schnauzer while my wife and I were traveling out of state for five days. Mirelsa was prompt on each visit and completed all the things we asked to do for our little girl, from pills and food to putting on a rain jacket. Those are the basics, but not the most important parts. It was about maybe ten minutes into our meet and greet that we just knew…she was an amazing person, with a real warm personality and big heart. My wife, mother in law who lives with us, and myself all just knew right away she was a great person. We are actually sad the scheduled visit is over in a way and we have all agreed to keep in contact going forward, just because it’s sometimes rare to find such a wonderful person the likes of Mirelsa. We want to call her part of our family.
