About: I grew up with a large golden retriever and small mixed terrier for 10+ years until I went to college. I have just graduated college. I am not able to get a pet of my own yet, but I would love to help you with yours. I LOVE dogs. I have a huge heart and lots of patience for any breed. (Updated: May/June 2026) I am a teacher, so I have summers completely off, and I get home early on school days. I am already a very active person who goes outside to run or walk every day, so adding in your dog is perfect and enjoyable for both of us! I typically go for a run/workout for about 2 hours in the morning in the summers, but am free to be with your dog the rest of the day (Updated: May/June 2026) Located in New Albany/Westerville area. While I live in an apartment, we have 2 dog parks, lots of open grass, and I am always looking for an excuse to go to the 6 minute drive park with a dog walking trail near me or one near you. Your pet would love it! I am willing to do a meet & greet ahead of time. For safety reasons, I am only willing to care for 1 dog (or 2 from the same family) at a time. I am happy to send several updates/photos per day as you desire to confirm your pet’s health and happiness.

Pets must be house trained, comfortable with children (preferably around young children daily), and owners must provide a crate for overnight stays if their pet is crate trained or may need one for safety and rest. I’m unable to accept unspayed or unneutered pets at this time. I also ask owners to leave clear written instructions for feeding, medications, routines, and any behaviors or special needs so I can provide the best care possible. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I can work with your pet’s usual routine as much as possible. I know how important consistency is, so I’ll make sure they get lots of care, attention, potty breaks, and love while you’re away. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home. I’ll follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you leave. About: I have had a dog ever since I was born, and am now 23 years old! I helped train my newest dog, so I have a lot of experience in puppy training. My last dog unfortunately had to have her leg amputated when she got older, so I also have experience with disabled dogs. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter for years, so I am good with all kinds of dogs- big and small, anxious and energetic, etc. Whenever one of my friends is out of town, I am their go-to pet sitter.
