About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently own a 7 year old shepherd lab mix and a rescue Yorkie mix (age unknown but at least 5 years old). I grew up with dogs and have experience with many breeds and many mixed breeds. I have experience with oral medications and special needs as well. I live on a small hobby farm and own a horse, 2 mischevious goats, a couple kitties and some chickens along with my 2 rescue dogs. About: I love animals! What else is there to say? All sizes, shapes, temperaments......I used to work at the Humane Society, have fostered dogs and cats and had many animals growing up - fish, hamsters, rabbits, cats and dogs... I have some training in animal intuition and energy healing and I love giving Love...I live alone and am looking at getting a dog in the future but I travel a lot. Also I live in an apt and I can take most any pets except ones who bark at all as I have neighbors on both sides and dogs I. A new environment tend to bark at the strange new things often, so if they bark at all, unfortunately I cannot take them. Looking forward to meeting your baby! My apt is pretty small (400sq ft on the first floor) but any animal guest is welcome to stay wherever they want to hang out - couch or comfy carpeted upstairs floor and since I’m 6’ ft tall - Great Danes welcome! He/she can work along side me and I take many breaks to pet and cuddle! I am only available for walks and drop-in visits Wednesday and Sunday afternoon/evenings and Friday evenings. He also isn’t a very affectionate dog (he only likes being petted when he first wakes up, then he has has enough and doesn’t really want that). When I went to pick him up he was loving all over them. About: I have been helping care for my beagle, Chance, for 9 years. I have taken care of dogs while babysitting. I know how to prepare food, control a tugger of a dog on walks, and give pets the love they deserve. My own beagle is somewhat disabled with full use in only 3 legs. My experience is in dogs, but I also love kitties. I am available to for work Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends all day. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday I have an internship until 3pm. Thursdays are available from 4pm-midnight. Monday and Tuesday are available from 4pm-6pm. All care will be done within clients house, with the exceptions of walks or dog parks. I am also available to drive your fur babies if necessary. I will always check the water dish and feed on time.

“Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for. Mary also shared how much she loved spending time with Layla, and it truly sounds like they both had a great time together.
