I was VERY anxious booking someone new for a full week (as our normal sitter was not available) especially given we have a senior cat that requires regular meds, but Ashley did everything in her power to make this paranoid cat mom feel at ease! She stopped by for a meet and greet ahead of the booking. She sent loads of pictures and updates, including regular updates on how my senior boy was doing taking his meds.
