About: I have taken care of my dog since she was 8 weeks old. I have trained her as well as other dogs I've cared for to sit, lay down, roll over, heal, jump fences and much more. I have a lot of experience working with horses, and bunnies as well as dogs. My dog has faced medical issues like skin rashes due to allergies, and I am comfortable caring for animals that need additional support. I currently have one dog that lives with me. I care for her daily. I also take horse lessons 2-3 times a week and am responsible for the horses care as well. About: Animals are my entire life, and also my eventual career! Over 10 years ago I started walking my neighbors dogs and fell in love with animal care. Since then, I have gained a ton of experience by working with all sorts of animals in my high school animal labs and farms, working in a small animal vet clinic, volunteering at shelters and ICUs, pet sitting for family friends, knowledge through my animal science courses, and much more. It is unusual for us to have a trip planned and will only be away from home for one night. I wasn’t sure that Jamie would be able to do this, given that we usually have her stay for a week to ten days. Jamie was available, and glad to stay with our sweet dog just the one night. So, whether we need to go out of town for one or ten nights, we will always check first with Jamie to see if she can stay with Pepper. After all, Jamie is the best!
