About: I’ve had a love for animals since I was little. Growing up, I spent time on my uncle’s farm, helping care for everything from dogs and cats to larger animals. For the past two years, I’ve regularly pet sat for friends and family—feeding pets, letting them out, talking them on walks, giving them plenty of love and attention, and often staying overnight to keep them company. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. My schedule is different every week, some weeks with less time than others. My weekends are usually free with plenty of time to come and take care of your pets. I make sure to take note of all things that the pet owner has told me, keeping everything in mind. I like to keep in contact with the owner to make sure they know their pet is in good hands.

About: Growing up on a 5-acre farm, I've raised all types of animals from cats to dogs or even pigs and horses. I have experience with shepherd dogs, pugs and bulldogs, st. Bernards and rottweilers, elderly pets, puppies and kittens, nursing and pregnant mamas, and so on! I also have taken care of horses, dogs, cats, and ferrets when house-sitting. My schedule is very flexible. My job requires time out of the office multiple times a day and I can always check in for a potty break. My evenings and weekends are always clear and if something comes up, I always communicate and have a back up plan. When I am taking care of your pet in your home, I will prioritize your family’s specific needs and respect any rules you have in place.

About: ✨ Meet & greets available for new clients ✨ Detailed updates with photos & videos ✨ Plenty of playtime, cuddles, and personalized care ✨ 5 years of nursing experience + a lifetime of caring for dogs Hi! I’m Gabriella 🤍 Your dog’s new favorite sitter (and hopefully a new bestie for them). I’ve been a registered nurse for the past five years, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. That same patience, attentiveness, and compassion carries over into how I care for every pet I meet. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with at least three dogs at all times—from gentle Newfoundlands and playful Yorkies to Mastiffs, Golden Retrievers, Poodles, and many more. I’ve helped train many of our family dogs using a variety of training methods and have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Since moving to Columbus a few years ago and getting married, we haven’t welcomed a dog of our own just yet—which means I have plenty of love and attention to give yours! Whether your pup is energetic, shy, anxious, goofy, or a senior who just wants a calm companion, I take the time to get to know them and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also have experience with house sitting, boarding, walks, feeding, medication administration, and caring for pets with different routines and needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member, so I’ll always treat your dog like they’re one of my own. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, loved, and in caring hands. You’ll always receive consistent communication, adorable photos, and honest updates, so you never have to wonder how your best friend is doing. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! 🐾🤍 I’m currently working 32 hours a week. I’m free on Wednesday’s completely. I have evenings available (except Thursday) and I’m available on weekends. I’m an early riser, so if you need someone as early as 6:30am I’m your girl! Times gone: Monday 10-6 (work) Tuesday 8:30-4 (work Thursday 8:30-4 (work) Friday 8:00-4 (work) Sunday 10-12 (church) I will treat your pup just like my own! The more information you give me about them, the better! This way I can make sure i’m doing things/caring for them in a way that is the most familiar for them. You can expect quite a few photos of your pup when they are in my care, and quick communication from me as well. I’d love to walk your pup, however long they’re comfortable. Dogs when over our house can roam around wherever while we’re present. I have a guest room to keep them in, if I were not to be home. I can also crate them, as long as that’s provided with them! They are free to sleep on the couch, floor, or bed. We have no pets currently living with us, it is me and my husband. I have experience training dogs in public settings and taking them out and about to pet friendly places. If your dog is already trained and well mannered in public places, I’m more than happy to take them out to places that stimulate them and are pet friendly.

About: I have experience with both puppies and seniors. Includes potty training obedience training, dominance training. I’ve worked at a humane society and owned rescue dogs. My approach is to find each individual dog’s motivation to help them grow, learn, and mature. I currently have 2 dogs of my own and enjoy walking and taking them on adventures. I do community work within my school district and would love the added opportunities to fit my love for dogs in my routine more. With dogs non-verbal queues are very important in understanding behavior, needs, and temperament. I pay attention give them good food exercise is a must! When dealing with new dogs, speaking with the owner and what they want is top priority. Setting goals for our poochie pals allows a measurement for tracking success.

I will accomodate your needs and follow your instructions verbatim. I will treat your pet as my own. About: I had dogs growing up as a child and have taken care of them on and off throughout my whole life, but some specific examples of pet care include: taking care of my Grandparents 2 dogs when they no longer could, taking care of my best friends dogs (and many cats) when she goes on vacation, & of course taking care of my 2 cats that I am currently a mom of (I have had cats throughout my whole adult life). I understand the importance of allowing animals to get comfortable with you and come to you on their own terms and not trying to force them to let you pet them or play with them. I am comfortable taking the time to slowly encourage an animal to be comfortable in my presence. I am currently working part-time while I finish my degree, so I am available fairly often to help take care of your beloved animals. I am extremely reliable and I am often available for last minute situations and happy to help. I have experience and am comfortable with dog walking, picking up waste, and crating dogs when needed. I am willing to assist with cleaning litter boxes as needed and am willing to take time to play with and give your animals attention and love while you are away from the home.

John met us on his own time to get acquainted to the house and acclimated with the dogs. One of our dogs was very shy but John took the time and care to get her warmed up to him so she could comfortably walk with them. He's been on time every day and willing to work with our schedule even if there are last minute changes. You can tell he is doing this because he really enjoys and cares about the animals. Make sure to book him quick if he's still available!

About: Hi! My name is Adriana, and I’ve always had a deep love for cats. A while ago, I adopted a sweet mama cat and her adorable kittens, and they’ve truly become the best part of my life. Watching them grow, play, and show their unique personalities has been such a special experience. Caring for them taught me patience, gentleness, and how much love a cat can bring into your home. I treat every cat I care for with the same affection and attention, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Your kitty will be cared for just like one of my own! 💛🐾 I have a flexible schedule and am available full-time to care for your pets. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me! Since moving to Columbus, I’ve regularly cared for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities, and I genuinely love getting to know each one. Whether your dog wants a long walk, lots of playtime, or just someone to hang out with and give them plenty of attention, I’m happy to match their routine and personality. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pet, so I’m dependable, communicative, and always happy to send plenty of photo updates while you’re away. My goal is simple: keep your dog happy, comfortable, and cared for just like they would be with you - and give them a little extra serotonin while I’m at it. Their serotonin boost gives me one too! 🐾 I work from home M/Fri, so depending on the day I am super flexible. I always have a lunch hour, have days with no meetings, and slow days where I’m looking to get some steps in and would love a furry friend to spend that time with! I’m super flexible and even able to do early mornings!😊 For drop ins, I bring a friendly personality, care, and cleanliness to your home. For dog walking, I am able to find the best parks, your neighborhood, or my neighborhood to walk them in!

Cameron was great. We had a last minute change and could not take our puppy out like we normally do on lunch. She was quick to respond and was accommodating on short notice. She went above and beyond to make sure our puppy was comfortable when she put him back in his crate. We will definitely be using her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
