About: I own a husky, american terrier mix, and a cat. I often care for family member pets as well. Whether they are big, small, feline, or canine, I have been around them all and understand how unique each animal can be. I have an open schedule so I can spend as much time with your pet as you like. I am available on weekends for drop-ins, or walks. I understand that each pet and their home deserve the utmost respect. Your needs as well as your pet's are very important to me which is why I will see every request is met.
“Darah last week helped me when I was caught in between some very unfortunate events. She worked SO well with my dog and was very much so excellent to work with. I would suggest Darah to anybody!”

“Camryn is a wonderful pet sitter for our doggo and two cats. She really seems to love animals and it shows in her interactions and how she prioritizes their needs in her busy life. We were very happy with her active communication and felt much better leaving town knowing that our pets were in her care. Would not hesitate to recommend her services to others!”

About: I truly love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Every pup I meet gets treated with the same compassion and care I’d give my own. At the same time, I know dogs thrive with gentle structure — so I balance cuddles and play with consistency that helps them feel safe and confident. I also believe happy, well-behaved dogs start with their natural needs being met. By giving them the right mix of exercise, enrichment, and attention to their instincts, I help make sure they feel fulfilled, calm, and loved while you’re away. With me, your dog isn’t just looked after — they’re understood. My work schedule is flexible and I have time between dropping off and picking up kids from school to fill in the gaps those are usually the hardest times for professionals that work traditional work schedule. I do have a fenced-in backyard, but I believe dogs deserve more than just space to run — they thrive on walks, enrichment, and structured training. That’s why I focus on giving them real stimulation and enjoyable experiences that go beyond the basics. When life gets busy, dogs often get bored and find their own ways to create “excitement” — not always the kind owners appreciate. By providing structured adventures, I channel that energy into positive outlets, helping your dog come home happy, tired, and fulfilled.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for about 4 years, i have 2 dogs and 1 cat at my house so i’m very used to how they act, crazy or calm. I’m currently able to do full time for drop ins, walks and house sitting. I can do Mornings, afternoon and evening for your animals! I am also very flexible on weekends and can accept last minute bookings if needed. I leash my dogs when they go outside so i can do that with other dogs, i love to do tricks for treats with them and teach new tricks just for fun, i also love to take dogs on walks and make them feel comfortable with what they normally do on a daily basis.

About: (My boyfriend’s little sister is 11 and heading into middle school, during this summer break she wants to earn some money so I agreed to let her tag along with me and care for pets. She has a huge heart for all kinds of animals and has a golden retriever of her own she loves to take on walks) Hi! I’m a dedicated and experienced pet lover who enjoys working with both dogs and cats equally. I grew up with multiple pets, including having three dogs at once, so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I also have experience caring for a dog with cancer, including giving medication and providing extra attention and comfort. Because of that, I understand how important patience, gentleness, and trust are when it comes to pet care—especially for animals that may need a little extra support. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes, from small to large, as well as puppies and kittens. I truly enjoy spending time with animals—whether it’s going on walks, playing, or just relaxing with them. One of my favorite things is seeing their personalities come out, from their funny habits to their curiosity about everything around them. I currently have an orange cat named Poseidon, so I’m very familiar with daily care routines and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, and I’m always reliable, attentive, and communicative. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure you feel completely comfortable while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your pets! Pet care fits easily into my daily schedule because I currently do not have a job, which allows me to be home and available throughout the day. I am able to give the pet constant attention, regular feeding times, bathroom breaks, exercise, playtime, and any additional care they may need. Since my schedule is flexible, I can quickly respond to the pet’s needs and make sure they are comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times. I pride myself on creating a safe, calm, and trusting environment for every pet in my care. I pay close attention to their behavior, routines, and comfort levels to make sure they feel secure and at ease at all times. I always follow any specific instructions closely, keep a clean and pet-friendly space, and take extra care with things like doors, leashes, and feeding routines to ensure safety. I approach every animal with patience, kindness, and respect, allowing them to warm up at their own pace and building trust naturally. My goal is to make your pet feel just as comfortable and cared for with me as they do with you.

Having multiple pets in my own home makes cleaning more of a chore so I try to keep everything as clean as possible. My dogs are on an invisible fence and have the whole yard to roam but I still try and play with them as much as I can. I would say I am a cleanly person and would help animals in any way I can!

About: ✨ Meet & greets available for new clients ✨ Detailed updates with photos & videos ✨ Plenty of playtime, cuddles, and personalized care ✨ 5 years of nursing experience + a lifetime of caring for dogs Hi! I’m Gabriella 🤍 Your dog’s new favorite sitter (and hopefully a new bestie for them). I’ve been a registered nurse for the past five years, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. That same patience, attentiveness, and compassion carries over into how I care for every pet I meet. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with at least three dogs at all times—from gentle Newfoundlands and playful Yorkies to Mastiffs, Golden Retrievers, Poodles, and many more. I’ve helped train many of our family dogs using a variety of training methods and have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Since moving to Columbus a few years ago and getting married, we haven’t welcomed a dog of our own just yet—which means I have plenty of love and attention to give yours! Whether your pup is energetic, shy, anxious, goofy, or a senior who just wants a calm companion, I take the time to get to know them and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also have experience with house sitting, boarding, walks, feeding, medication administration, and caring for pets with different routines and needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member, so I’ll always treat your dog like they’re one of my own. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, loved, and in caring hands. You’ll always receive consistent communication, adorable photos, and honest updates, so you never have to wonder how your best friend is doing. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! 🐾🤍 I’m currently working 32 hours a week. I’m free on Wednesday’s completely. I have evenings available (except Thursday) and I’m available on weekends. I’m an early riser, so if you need someone as early as 6:30am I’m your girl! Times gone: Monday 10-6 (work) Tuesday 8:30-4 (work Thursday 8:30-4 (work) Friday 8:00-4 (work) Sunday 10-12 (church) I will treat your pup just like my own! The more information you give me about them, the better! This way I can make sure i’m doing things/caring for them in a way that is the most familiar for them. You can expect quite a few photos of your pup when they are in my care, and quick communication from me as well. I’d love to walk your pup, however long they’re comfortable. Dogs when over our house can roam around wherever while we’re present. I have a guest room to keep them in, if I were not to be home. I can also crate them, as long as that’s provided with them! They are free to sleep on the couch, floor, or bed. We have no pets currently living with us, it is me and my husband. I have experience training dogs in public settings and taking them out and about to pet friendly places. If your dog is already trained and well mannered in public places, I’m more than happy to take them out to places that stimulate them and are pet friendly.
About: Growing up on the farm, animals have always been part of our family (maybe the best part, LOL). Cats, dogs, tropical fish, and birds were named, fed, cared for, and loved. Today,I specialize caring for for cats, with 3 of our own rescues at home, and all breeds and sized dogs. And I’m particularly skilled in ear massage, belly rubbing, and poop scooping! Since recently retired, my schedule is flexible and I’m mobile. I’m available for vacation drop-in care including daily multiple visits, short or long term reliability I’m happy to serve the client’s pet(s) at their premises or home exclusively. About: I had dogs growing up as a child and have taken care of them on and off throughout my whole life, but some specific examples of pet care include: taking care of my Grandparents 2 dogs when they no longer could, taking care of my best friends dogs (and many cats) when she goes on vacation, & of course taking care of my 2 cats that I am currently a mom of (I have had cats throughout my whole adult life). I understand the importance of allowing animals to get comfortable with you and come to you on their own terms and not trying to force them to let you pet them or play with them. I am comfortable taking the time to slowly encourage an animal to be comfortable in my presence. I am currently working part-time while I finish my degree, so I am available fairly often to help take care of your beloved animals. I am extremely reliable and I am often available for last minute situations and happy to help. I have experience and am comfortable with dog walking, picking up waste, and crating dogs when needed. I am willing to assist with cleaning litter boxes as needed and am willing to take time to play with and give your animals attention and love while you are away from the home.
About: I’ve cared for many species of animals in many different settings including shelters, boarding facilities, grooming facilities, and animal hospitals. I have a passion for working with animals and have been in the field for years ! I am currently a Vet tech student and work at an animal hospital. My experience has allowed me to become skilled with pets of all ages and backgrounds. I have a full time job as a Veterinary Assistant at a veterinary clinic. I work there 4 days a week but I am mostly flexible with my schedule. I am able to play with pets and take them on walks frequently. They will be able to be crated if needed or suggested by owner at any time.

Kate has been super accommodating and understanding. I have a newly adopted dog that has leash reactivity and she has been patient and supportive. He had just come back from a board and train and she has worked with us while following all the trainer’s direction so that we can continue to make progress. Love her. Definitely recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
