She even took the time to talk things through with us while we were away so we could make the best decision for him. What truly stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She made an extra visit to check on Kitty and continued checking in on him even after we returned home and ultimately took him to the ER vet. Nikki is compassionate, observant, communicative, and clearly treats the pets in her care as if they were her own.
