A quick note up front: if your pup isn’t potty trained, I do ask for pee pads and a crate during their stay, and at this time I’m unable to accommodate puppies—thank you so much for understanding! I also kindly ask that your pup comes to me clean so everyone stays fresh and comfortable during their visit. I recently transitioned out of the military and am now a student working from home. That means I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, and snuggles throughout the day. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have had several pets of my own. I volunteered at Peggy Adams animal shelter and Humane Society. Currently I volunteer with owls nest sanctuary. I use to work at a vet office as a receptionist and Petco as a dog washer. Often I will petsit for friends and family. I work full time as a nurse and on my days off I love to stay active. Looking for a few pet friends who need walking and exercise! I have a large apartment with carpeted floors and a screened in patio. I also live with my boyfriend who is also a pet lover.
About: Hello! I have been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember. Mostly cats, but I do have experience with small and medium sized dogs. I have one cat and live in a clean, safe, quiet and smoke-free home. I will care for your pet like my own and I am looking forward to doing so! I leave for work in the morning and come home in the late afternoon. I am home on weekends. I will make sure your pet is taken out, paid attention to, and fed at all needed times. If they haven't finished their food I may not re-up it necessarily. I understand dogs need to smell you before things move along to gain familiarity. So I operate kinda slowly for them on that regard.

I work remotely, so your pup will be treated with plenty of attention and affection. I also have experience providing drop-in visits that include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love while you're away. I currently work from home so your fur baby will receive lots of attention. This also allows for more flexibility with your selected pick up and drop off times. I allow the dogs on couches and beds.
