About: Hi! My name is Jada and I love caring for animals! Over 20 years experience, I’ve taken care of many family and friend’s little loved ones while they’re away. I’m experienced with giving medication, health conditions, specific diets and needs. I know the stress and worry you may feel when it comes to needing an extra set of hands to care for your animals, and finding the right fit! I would love to ease your mind and dedicate my time and effort to meet your pets’ needs! I look forward to helping you! Any questions please message me, thank you! I work varying hours during the week/weekends, so I work around those hours on here 🙂 I will update my schedule as often as I can for availability! I have an 11 year old dachshund mix named Boat. He was diagnosed with a heart condition a few years ago and has since required a special diet and activity limitations. I have a fenced in yard he goes out in and do 1-3 daily walks depending on his activity level and temperature outside. DOGS and CATS! I’m able to walk, play, pet, pet sit, feed, check in on, give medication, clean and replace potty pads or litter boxes, brush, bathe- whatever works best for you and your pets needs!
About: I have taken care of dogs since attending college, I have had 2 dogs Luna a 10 year old American Staffordshire Terrier and 3 year old Dachshund named Luke. I am currently doing dog sitting and dog walking regularly. I regularly take care of my dog named Luna. I give her food, medication and water every day and take her for walks to poop and pee. I take care of my pets by providing them everything that they need from food, medication, walks and entertainment. I take good care of them.
About: I’ve grown up around all types of dogs and have over 10 years of experience dog-sitting, walking, and providing in-home care for different breeds, including German Shepherds, Dobermans, Corgis, Labs, Doodles, Pomeranians, and more. I enjoy keeping dogs happy and entertained through walks, playtime, and basic training. Most of all, I give every animal I care for plenty of love, attention, and patience. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule. I have a flexible lifestyle, and can be available to take care of any and all dogs from 8AM-8PM, or other times if that is what is needed. Before I moved out, I had two corgis that I took sole care of. Now I have taken in a Pomeranian that I care for. Before I got to Florida, I babysat two labs at least one weekend every month. This included feeding, walking, giving medicine, playtime, training and endless hugs and kisses. As well as taking care of the labs, I cared for a German Shepherd for years that I trained, walked, fed, gave medicine and took to vet appointments. I know how and what to do in a lot of different stressful situations with dogs and all different habits and personalities. Most of all, I love all dogs and treat them all as my own.
About: I raised two kids, and they came out all right. I also had several dogs and cats, and I think I did a great job with them too. I’m retired and I got free time so looking to make a couple of bucks take care of pets because I like animals and yeah that’s it. I feed them, walk them, spend time with them, and pick up after them. You know what I mean.💩 if there’s anything else you need me to do you need to let me know😉.
About: I have experience working with dogs, cats, and other animals in both veterinary and pet care settings. I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring for signs of illness, caring for senior pets, and providing patient, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s individual needs. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. As a veterinary student, my schedule varies, but I plan my days carefully to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. I’m available for many weekdays, evenings, and weekends and will communicate my availability clearly. My veterinary background allows me to provide more than basic pet sitting. I’m comfortable giving medications, monitoring pets for signs of illness, and caring for seniors or pets with medical needs. I’ll treat your home with respect and your pet with the same compassion and attention I would give my own.
“I felt at compete ease with Samantha watching my cat. She was prompt and kept me notified. And my cat that is very shy but did warm up to her. I would highly recommend her care.”

About: I’ve taken care of small dogs from a young age, and would even be left in charge with the task to daily feed my neighbors dog while they were at work, growing up. I have been around large dogs, and a few different cat breeds as well and even was a part of my high schools vet tech class. I’m currently in school part time, so I will definitely have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I have always been told that I am very responsible and I am very willing to inform myself of more different breads and their specificities. I love to go on walks and having to walk a pet is a lovely excuse to go for a walk. I have a fenced yard in case of any pet care being done in my home. I am a very great communicator and am an empath especially with animals. I do not have any pets of my own, and love to dedicate the love to little fur babies.
About: I’ve been a dog and cat lover my entire life and have always had pets of my own. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets of all personalities and have experience pet sitting for friends and neighbors, as well as serving as an interim puppy foster. I’m new to the area and excited to build relationships with local pets and their people! While I may be new to Rover, I’m definitely not new to caring for animals. I understand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust with your pet, and I’ll care for yours with the same attention, patience, and affection I give my own. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, playtime, meals, or simply some company and cuddles while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I work remotely, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. I’m able to accommodate daytime walks and drop-ins, as well as early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Because I’m home during the day, I can often be flexible with timing and am happy to work with your pet’s usual routine whenever possible Your pet’s safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities. I’m extremely attentive and careful, and I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s pet in their home. I’ll follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine closely, always double-check doors, gates, leashes and harnesses, and pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and surroundings. I’m happy to provide updates and photos during every visit so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Westchase
My dog has separation anxiety and tends to bark and howl when he is left alone for a while. Kori did a great job keeping him calm and comfortable while I was out, and there was none of the usual barking. It's a relief to have someone reliable to watch him. Highly recommend!

I needed a last-minute reservation, and Emily was incredibly accommodating. What impressed me most was the genuine concern she showed for Lucy, especially while caring for her in the rain. It’s clear that Emily truly cares about the pets she looks after. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter.
Sherri did a wonderful job caring for our pets! She was such a lifesaver being able to help out at just a short notice. First time meeting her and I felt like our animals would be in good hands and they were! I recommend Sherri if you want a reliable and caring person to watch over your pets, 100%! :)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Westchase with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
