Hi there! My name is Jennifer , and caring for animals has been at the heart of my life for over 30 years. I've owned and loved both cats and dogs since 1993, and for the past 13 years, I've proudly served as the Cat Foster Coordinator for St. Francis Society Animal Rescue - five of those years as Vice President of the organization as well. During this time, i've personally fostered over 1100 kittens and cats and successfully placed them in loving forever homes. I've also fostered several dogs, and I care deeply for animals of all species, sizes, and personalities. In addition to daily care, I have extensive experience with medical needs. I can administer subcutaneous fluids, vaccines, oral and injectable medications, and have provided specialized care for two cats with megaesophagus. I've managed post-operative recover for animals after leg and tail amputations, eye enucleations, spay/neuters, and more. I'm confident and calm with both routine and complex care, and I always prioritize comfort, safety, and gentle handling. My goal as a pet sitter is simple: to treat your pets like I treat my own - with love, patience, and attention to detail. Whether you have a playful pup, a shy senior, or a kitty with extra medical needs, i'm here to help you feel confident they're in caring, capable hands.

When caring for pets in their own environment, i respect their routines, space, and comfort. I follow all instructions carefully - from feeding schedules and medications to favorite toys and walk routes. I provide companionship, keep everything clean and tidy, and send regular updates with photos so you know your pets are safe and loved. I'm calm, confident, and experienced with a variety of temperaments, including shy cats and energetic dogs.

Schedule
Pet care is a central part of my daily life - it's not something I squeeze in , it's something I've built my schedule around. With years of experience caring for both my own animals and others', I've developed a routine that prioritizes timely feedings, walks, medications, and play or cuddle time. I'm used to mornings, afternoons, and evenings and am flexible based on each pet's needs.
