Hi there! My name is Jennifer , and caring for animals has been at the heart of my life for over 30 years. I've owned and loved both cats and dogs since 1993, and for the past 13 years, I've proudly served as the Cat Foster Coordinator for St. Francis Society Animal Rescue - five of those years as Vice President of the organization as well. During this time, i've personally fostered over 1100 kittens and cats and successfully placed them in loving forever homes. I've also fostered several dogs, and I care deeply for animals of all species, sizes, and personalities. In addition to daily care, I have extensive experience with medical needs. I can administer subcutaneous fluids, vaccines, oral and injectable medications, and have provided specialized care for two cats with megaesophagus. I've managed post-operative recover for animals after leg and tail amputations, eye enucleations, spay/neuters, and more. I'm confident and calm with both routine and complex care, and I always prioritize comfort, safety, and gentle handling. My goal as a pet sitter is simple: to treat your pets like I treat my own - with love, patience, and attention to detail. Whether you have a playful pup, a shy senior, or a kitty with extra medical needs, i'm here to help you feel confident they're in caring, capable hands.

When caring for pets in their own environment, i respect their routines, space, and comfort. I follow all instructions carefully - from feeding schedules and medications to favorite toys and walk routes. I provide companionship, keep everything clean and tidy, and send regular updates with photos so you know your pets are safe and loved. I'm calm, confident, and experienced with a variety of temperaments, including shy cats and energetic dogs.

Jen was amazing! I would recommend her 10/10 times! Communication was great and she loved on our pups. She kept me in the loop the whole week she was watching them. I appreciate Jen very much and will most definitely be rebooking with her!

Jennifer was wonderful! She has such amazing experience working with cats. My cat, Luna, had gotten a cut on her paw and I had to rush her to the vet before I left for vacation. Jennifer made sure to pay special attention to Luna to make sure she wasn’t limping or hurt. My cats were a little shy around her at first but they warmed up to her. I’ll absolutely hire Jennifer again!
Jennifer took great care of our cat. We will definitely be using her for our next trip!

Programa
Pet care is a central part of my daily life - it's not something I squeeze in , it's something I've built my schedule around. With years of experience caring for both my own animals and others', I've developed a routine that prioritizes timely feedings, walks, medications, and play or cuddle time. I'm used to mornings, afternoons, and evenings and am flexible based on each pet's needs.
