“I can't say enough positive things about Angela. She was able to accommodate my last minute trip. She kept in contact throughout the day, provided adorable updates and pictures. Even though I was out of town, I felt my animals were in good hands, and I had peace of mind. I'm actually looking forward to going out of town again because I know my babies will be well taken care of. Thank you Angela!! I appreciate you!”
“Julleyka was amazing! Came up clutch for me in a tight spot with very late notice. Julleyka went above & beyond, not to mention my chocolate lab Max adored Julleyka. J also helped water herbs & collect mail. Would highly recommend!”

About: I worked at a dog daycare as a Canine Coach and Lead for almost two years, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels in a fast-paced environment. I also have over 15 years of personal pet care experience, so being around animals has always been a big part of my life. As a USF student with an active lifestyle, I enjoy keeping dogs engaged through walks, playtime, and attention while also making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means helping energetic puppies burn off energy or giving older dogs a calmer, more relaxed experience. I understand how important trust and communication are when leaving your pet with someone, and I always treat every dog like my own. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine, especially over summer break while I’m home from USF. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy staying active, so dog walking, playtime, and spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy doing throughout the week. I do have a few trips planned during the summer, but I always keep my calendar updated and only accept bookings when I know I can fully dedicate my time and attention to each pet. Reliability and communication are very important to me, and I want pet owners to feel confident their dogs are in good hands. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment while keeping the pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate routines, or any special care needs. I have experience working with dogs of different sizes, breeds, personalities, and energy levels from my time working at a dog daycare, so I understand the importance of patience, supervision, and reading animal behavior. I also believe communication and trust are extremely important, so I make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their pets are being well cared for while they’re away.

“Courtney took excellent care of my two cats, Chickie and Lars. Chickie needs daily meds, and Courtney had no problem giving them to her. She sent a picture of Chickie and Lars and let me know they were doing well. I would not hesitate to contact Courtney in the future to take care of my cats when away.”
“Jessica is the best! She provided great service and care for my 3 cats. Fed, emptied litter box and cleaned up after them each visit. She sent a detailed summary with pictures, which was wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“Reagan was amazing to us and to our dogs. This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel very comfortable. Communication was great and she updated us with photos daily. The dogs seemed really happy and well taken care of when we got home this evening so they obviously loved her too! We also had a couch that was unexpectedly delivered while we were away and she managed to get the heavy boxes inside without us even asking her to. So sweet! I can’t recommend her enough and will be using her anytime we go out of town in the future if she is available!”

About: I’ve had dogs in the family since a little kid. I truly love dogs and went to spend as much time as I can with them I’m currently in school only 2 days for 3 hours. So that leaves plenty of time to go on walks, play at the park, and go to the beach I have a fenced in yard and I have 2 friendly dogs myself to keep your dog company. But if your dog isn’t friendly we can keep them separate in the house

“Rebecca is amazing! She takes incredible care of my babies… I have three English bulldogs and a cat. They are never stressed out, and I am grateful for how responsive she always is! highly recommend.”

About: I am currently raising my second labrador retriever. Jackson is a highly energetic, friendly dog that loves his friends and loves to make new friends! Additionally, to raising my own dogs, I have sat for my friend's dogs for years both in my home and in their own home. I currently work from home and will accommodate all of your furry friend's needs as best as I can! I am currently working from home and have a dog of my own that keeps me busy! I have a very flexible schedule, and I do my best to accommodate all requests. My own dog is very social and friendly. I will always make sure your dog is cared for as I would care for my own. I do not charge extra for feeding, refreshing the water, or administering oral medication. My own dog has the run of the house - he either runs around in the yard or snuggles on the couch at his leisure.
“Thank you so much Karina! Your service is so appreciated and it is so amazing to know we can go out of time and trust our baby is being checked on and in good hands! Thank you for your time and effort with your drop in visits to keep or cat happy! We couldn’t be happier with the care provided 💕!”

“Jillian is amazing with my senior dog! She’s getting older and doesn’t like everyone but loved Jillian. Jillian even went above and beyond to tell me the neighbors had a cat stuck in their basement, she’s a true animal lover and good person!”

I was an animal care attendant at the animal hospital since September 2022 before I am promoted to being technician assistant since March 2026. Interested to know more about me (which I will provide my resume)? I would offer services once I have my own place but not right away. I need to focus on dog walking mostly. I am available those evenings, Sundays and Mondays. Saturdays every other weeks, depending on my kennel schedule at the hospital. I’m currently working full time, doing my kennel duties. Sometimes i do my janitorial duties, it is part of my kennel job. Walks, poop scoop, feed, do cats, cleaning chores (daily, weekly and monthly), clean cages, setting up cages for boarders. Numerous tasks to do in kennel. I live in an apartment, allowing the limited number of pets is 2. Hard to care animals at my apt. I have a dog. I prefer to wait on owning a place to pet sit.
“Michele is the best rover I have found! She truly goes above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable about leaving my dogs, but i know the boys are happy and are in amazing hands when she’s here with them. She loves them like her own and I am so appreciative! Everyone needs a Michele in their lives for their sweet pups :)”
About: I took care of my dog since a puppy. up until he passed away due to seizures, which I was able to attend and help him with when they occurred. I will babysit for my sisters puppy when they are unavailable. I love to take care of any pets, because they are such a joy, and playful, so when I’m in need of a laugh or a smile, interacting with pets is always very helpful. By making sure that they stay in the designated area that I get told, and by making sure they behave appropriately without any complications. They will be in good hands.
“Alexis (and her mom!) we’re amazing! From the first visit they asked to meet with our nervous dog twice more and worked around our schedule. Alexis kept us updated every visit and sent us lots of pictures. Just a few days in to our vacation and our dog had visibly become more comfortable with her. Alexis even brought in a package that I forgot was being delivered! Absolutely would recommend and will use in the future!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Tarpon Springs
Alex did a great job with my “kids” The doors to the house were locked … all 4 he would have used. The two water bowls were full and clean (no days of residue in the bottom ) Their dishes were clean and ready for the next meal . The cats litter boxes clean. For me it was having a stranger in my home that I was most concerned with… Alex came in, attended to the kids promptly, sent communication when needed and left the house. I am very pleased will use Alex in the future ☺️

I can't say enough positive things about Angela. I appreciate you!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
