“Deanna was able to accept a last minute booking to watch our Luna, allowing us to spend more time at parents weekend with our daughter at college. We really appreciate Deanna’s photos and updates of our Luna! Thank you Deanna!”

“I always feel very confident that Our Aidan is well- cared for when Christine is with him. It’s obvious that she loves animals. Thank you Christine for taking such good care of our Aidan😊”

“During our initial meet and great I could tell that Pam loves cats. My cat, who usually runs from everyone she doesn't know, loved Pam as well. This made me feel completely comfortable leaving my cat in Pam's care. Receiving pictures everyday really helped put me at ease as well. I would highly recommend Pam and will definitely be reaching out to her next time I need a cat sitter!”

“I knew Desiree was the right person when both my wife and I chose her while reviewing the Rover app at different times. She did not disappoint. It did our hearts so good to know that our Benny was in caring hands. Not only was she always on time, and stayed the entire time, she took time to play with him, take him on short and long walks, and sent us many pictures of Benny doing a variety of things. I would wholeheartedly recommend Desiree without a second thought. A+ 👏👏”

“Camron is professional, efficient and detail-oriented. During my recent trip away, she was very attentive and sweet to my older, fussy male cat. And because of her pleasant daily communication and pictures, I was able to have a worry-free vacation. She is the best sitter ever and I look forward to having her visit my cat again!”

“Gracie is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. Lucy is always happy and well cared for after every visit. We really appreciate the updates and the peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands. Highly recommend!”
“Jennifer was wonderful! She has such amazing experience working with cats. My cat, Luna, had gotten a cut on her paw and I had to rush her to the vet before I left for vacation. Jennifer made sure to pay special attention to Luna to make sure she wasn’t limping or hurt. My cats were a little shy around her at first but they warmed up to her. I’ll absolutely hire Jennifer again!”

“Absolutely amazing! First time using Rover and I couldn’t be more thankful for this program and for Nikki! She was so attention, responsive, and loved on my kitties with such great care. It gives me peace of mind knowing she plays with them and sends pictures, I will 1000% be using her over and over again! Thank you so much!!”

“Last minute hero coming to help on Thanksgiving. Incredibly knowledgeable and competent with dogs- knew exactly what to do for our puppy. Lovely person, very kind and respectful of our home. Strongly recommend!!”

“It’s good to have found a cat person on a dog-centered app. Emily helped greatly in taking care of our pets while we were away for an extended amount but also helped immensely bridging the gap of us not being there with Grace and Maison. The photos, and “briefing's” kept us connected and put smile on our faces knowing our cats personalities and being able to see from the perspectives of another. We looked forward to reading and seeing the photos. The level of communication coming from Emily showed that she naturally adores animals. Emily, that shined through. Thank you for your service, moving forward you are our go to. I’m sure Grace and Maison wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you.”

“I felt at compete ease with Samantha watching my cat. She was prompt and kept me notified. And my cat that is very shy but did warm up to her. I would highly recommend her care.”

“Jennifer is simply the best. She is so caring and loving towards our animals. She goes the extra mile to ensure they feel loved while we’re away at work. She even cleaned up a few accidents when she totally didn’t have to. I will definitely not think twice about hiring her again, she’s our forever sitter!”
“Patrick was very accommodating and understanding. My husband and I are grateful for his help with the Drop-in for our dog, Sandy. She has storm anxiety and these summer afternoons can be unpredictable. Patrick comforted her and gave her so much patience. He's also great with communicating. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I've been working with Rover since 2019 and have extensive experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. In addition to pet sitting, I've volunteered with the SPCA for the past 3 years, where I've gained hands-on experience handling, caring for, and working with animals in a variety of situations. I have training in safely handling both dogs and cats and am committed to providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care. I treat every pet like family and look forward to meeting your furry friends! Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I recently graduated from law school and am currently taking the summer off to focus on studying for the Bar Exam. Because I am not working during this time, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship. Having the ability to be home and manage my own study schedule allows me to give pets plenty of attention and consistent care while ensuring their needs are met. I currently do not offer boarding services because I live in an apartment. However, I am happy to provide drop-in visits, dog walking, and pet care in my clients' homes. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care based on their individual needs and routines. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks around the neighborhood or to local parks for exercise and enrichment. During visits, I can also provide feeding, fresh water, playtime, medication administration if needed, and lots of affection to help your pet feel comfortable and cared for while you're away.
The median cost per visit for cat sitting in Citrus Park is $20

Camron did a great job with reoccurring visits to take care of my cat while I was on vacation. I always knew when she arrived and she always took plenty of photos to show what she had done and so I could see my cat. She even brought in my mail for me and swept up the cat litter off the floor. I will definitely use her services again!

Jessica was amazing! She came twice a day for a week to care for my cat, Luna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She sent lots of pictures and updates of my little buddy playing, being fed, and getting plenty of love and attention, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Jessica even brought Luna extra treats and toys, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Luna and treated her like one of her own. I would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter!

I've used Ashley a total of 3 times now to take care of my baby. I was gone for 2 weeks on vacation out of the country back in October, then as soon as I got home, I immediately had to leave and fly out of state for a family emergency. She was able to help on late notice. She sends a ton of pictures and is communicative. Plus my sweet little cat likes her.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Citrus Park. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
