About: As a devoted pet sitter, I offer a nurturing and stimulating experience for your furry family members right in the comfort of their own home. I have a decade of pet care experience for dogs and cats of all ages. It’s my passion to provide exceptional love and care to animals. In addition to caring for pets as a sitter, I have volunteered at Mercy Full Animal Shelter. I've gained hands-on experience including bathing, walking, administering medication, cleaning up after them, and providing attentive, concentrated care tailored to their every need. I have plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and time to give pets the attention and care they deserve. I can provide reliable, consistent care happily! I know every pet has a unique personality, so I take the time to help them feel relaxed and build trust at their own pace. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care so both you and your pet have the best experience possible.

About: An FFA (Future Farmers of America) member who helped with our doggy daycare program for a year ranging from medium to small dogs. I also regularly volunteer at Humane Society caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies etc. I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats of all ages! As a full-time college student, I make sure to be able to focus my time on caring for your furbabies! Please contact me so we can schedule around my classes! I highly recommend a meet and greet so the pet(s) gets used to me and I get an idea of their personality. I will also do a quick briefing on any health problems I should know before hand, certain procedures that are common place for your pet to ensure they're comfortable with me and make sure we are on the same page for care.
“Kori is wonderful with my energetic lab! She interacts well with him, staying attentive and keeping him safe. She has been kind, dependable and great to work with. I highly recommend her (and so does my dog). 😀”

“Jamie is absolutely amazing! My dog absolutely adores her and she goes above and beyond to provide the best care. She is great at communicating and is incredibly professional. We have used her for dog walking services and I can't recommend her enough!”

About: Hi! My name is Jada and I love caring for animals! Over 20 years experience, I’ve taken care of many family and friend’s little loved ones while they’re away. I’m experienced with giving medication, health conditions, specific diets and needs. I would love to ease your mind and dedicate my time and effort to meet your pets’ needs! I look forward to helping you! Any questions please message me, thank you! I work varying hours during the week/weekends, so I work around those hours on here 🙂 I will update my schedule as often as I can for availability! I have an 11 year old dachshund mix named Boat. He was diagnosed with a heart condition a few years ago and has since required a special diet and activity limitations. I have a fenced in yard he goes out in and do 1-3 daily walks depending on his activity level and temperature outside. DOGS and CATS! I’m able to walk, play, pet, pet sit, feed, check in on, give medication, clean and replace potty pads or litter boxes, brush, bathe- whatever works best for you and your pets needs!

“When we're out of town for a short weekend, we usually have morning and night coverage for our baby. Wires got crossed and he didn't get the care we're used to. Enter Christine. Her and her husband went above and beyond. They cleaned an accident that happened after our usual walker didn't walk the dog accordingly because of the rain. Our poor boy, who never has house accidents, pooped inside. Again, Christine made sure our house was cleaned and even checked to make sure there were no further accidents. She communicated regularly and just gave us such ease while we were gone for the weekend. I can't say enough good things. We'll be booking with them again.”

“Great job as always. Camron does exactly as we ask and sometimes more. She's intuitive and treats my baby like her own. She will work with you to agree on a schedule. She does her best to make her clients are happy!”

“Anastasiia is the best!! She walks my dog 5 days a week, is on time every day, patient, and reliable! She’s been walking him for 2.5 weeks now and is also detail oriented, with my dogs best interest in mind. 10/10 would recommend”

“I honestly can’t recommend Samantha enough. She’s been walking my 5 month old Samoyed, Charlie, five days a week for about a month now, and she’s been amazing since day one. Charlie is still a puppy and has tons of energy, but Samantha is always so patient with him and you can tell she genuinely cares about him. She keeps me updated during their walks and always sends the sweetest pictures and videos, which honestly make my day while I’m at work. She’s been incredibly reliable, communicates clearly and gives me so much peace of mind knowing Charlie is with someone I fully trust. The best part is how excited he gets whenever he sees her. He always comes back happy and tired, and it’s made such a big difference in our routine. I’m really grateful we found someone who cares about what they do and our fur babies.”

“Gabi is such a sweet human and took great care of our fur baby. She gave a thorough report and was great to communicate with. I will definitely keep her top of mind when we need day care in the future!”

“Jayden is on time and so sweet with my boy, Diego. I have been booking with Jayden several times a week during school semester and it has been incredibly helpful to have her walk him. She is incredibly responsive and I 10/10 recommend her!”

Stephanie has been watching my dogs for many years but now she’s expanding her clientele! She does a wonderful job taking my dogs for a walk. They only need short walks so she lets them out in my fenced yard for additional exercise. She’s the only dog sitter I trust!! I am always rebooking Stephanie as she’s a great communicator and really cares for my pups.

Kelli has been a true life saver for me and my Pitbull girly. Like most pits, my girl is stubborn. Kelli is able to handle any situation with ease and compassion. There is always great communication and support whenever needed. Kelli goes above and beyond in caring for my dog, whether it’s a quick walk or in-home stays. I truly could not have asked for a better person to be a part of my dogs life.

David was absolutely excellent both professional and personable and my dog Cody loves him. He is the best that I have ever had on rover.com We appreciate him and highly recommend him to Everyone! He also very generously helped me with a few tasks, Clean Cody’s dog water dish and filled it back up and he took my garbage out So highly impressed with him! I was recently attacked by a dog and had surgery and can’t walk for a few months, so everything that he has done has been a wonderful added touch, his kindness & generosity has touched my heart. David is definitely a wonderful man, reliable, responsible, respectful, and many other great traits . Definitely a pleasure to meet him & his wonderful self.

Nancy was incredibly patient and kind with our little yorkie Tiffany who isn’t very sociable and can be a bit cautious around new people, but Nancy took the time to understand Tiffany and quickly found common language with her. Thank you so much, Nancy, for taking such great care of Tiffany 🐾

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
