“This was my first experience using rover. I was skeptical and nervous considering my dog is a GSD and most dog owners understand you have to be a special type of person to understand the complexities and temperament in which they can conduct themselves. I inquired and she scheduled a meet and greet within 24 hours, once she met Oakley he instantly gravitated towards which he never does with strangers, he let her pet him and brought her toys to play almost immediately. I also need to mention I had tried to arrange this last second so her being able to meet Oakley on short notice was incredibly convenient. So I left with concern as a dog parent does for thier child and every time I worried she would send pictures and updates on Oakleys behavior and visits everytime she visited him. She even took pictures that are way cuter than I normally take which was ironically a god send because I forget to take pictures of him. Overall, Kayla was a rockstar! I appreciate everything she did for Oakley and would implore all large breed dog owners (Or any for that matter) that share a sliver of concern for their pets to trust Kayla and understand she very professional, punctual, and most importantly trustworthy. Thank You Kayla! Oakley can’t wait to see you again”

“I had a wonderful experience booking with Courtney! She is very pleasant, kind and she provided my 15 year old kitty with all of the attention she needed. She even helped bring in my packages sitting outside. Courtney was prompt to reply, followed all directions, was comfortable with insulin injections & was very timely. She also provided detailed notes with each visit. I am absolutely planning to book with her again for my cat in the future.”
7. Valarie K.
“From the moment I met Valarie I knew she was the best person to watch over our senior Vizsla. Callie took immediately to Valarie right from the start. Valarie was punctual with her scheduled walks/visits, we got pics throughout the day and we came home one happy Vizsla. Valerie gave us a trust knowing our sweet girl was in good hands so we could enjoy a full day away. THANK YOU!”

“This was my first time leaving my cat home alone for so long as well as using Rover so I was a little nervous, but Deedra was awesome! She sent me detailed messages along with pictures every time she dropped in to check on my cat. Communication was also very easy. She definitely eased my worries since I knew my cat was in good hands. Thanks for everything, Deedra!”
9. Lynn A.
“While we are away, which is often,Lynn provides exceptional care for Nibbs. She took the time to understand our baby’s unique personality and needs, ensuring that she felt comfortable and loved. Lynn followed our instructions meticulously, from feeding schedules and Nibbs’ quirks to what plates she likes and where she likes them placed, and even went the extra mile by sending me regular updates and adorable photos. It was heartwarming to see how Nibbs was thriving under Lynn’s care!”

16. Mariah G.
About: Hello 2 and 4 legged friends! My name is Mariah, I am a Veterinary Technician and I have a passion for all animals. I have had pets of all kinds for as long as I can remember. I have 1 large and very sweet dog of my own, his name is Jovi. He gets along great with other dogs and has fostered many puppies himself! I am currently working part-time, so I would be able to spend lots of time with your pet. I offer boarding 7 days a week. I also offer daycare on weekends (depending on if I have boarders). I can also do drop-ins for feeding, watering, and going out in the afternoon. I have a large fenced yard for play time and potty time. I can kennel your pet at night if that is what you, or they, prefer. I can practice training if you would like, I do offer bathing, ear cleaning, and I can administer medication if needed. To me dogs are family, and I plan to treat yours as such.
17. Melanie B.
“Melanie was wonderful! She responded to a request on short notice and it was a holiday weekend. Thank you so much, Melanie. I will definitely use her services again.”
18. Samantha C.
“First time I’ve tried, Samantha, and she knocked it out of the park. My three cats, who normally are very shy with strangers, took to her right away. She was knowledgeable and took excellent care of them and my house. She played with them which they live. Came home to happy, healthy fur babies. I very highly recommend Samantha and will be using her in the future.”

About: I love dogs. I have lived with 5 dogs ( 2 Australian German Shepherds, 1 Golden retriever, 1 Bully and I continue to help care for my mother's dog when she has to leave her home. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, will be heading to Grad school this year. My main job is in Targeted Case Management with foster kiddos and I also work at a Teen Crisis Center. Would love to walk and/or care for your dog. I devote the time I sign up for with your dog solely for your dog/s' needs and nothing more. I am not opposed to house sitting on the weekends, as long as I have 5 days notice before hand. I love to walk dogs and I enjoy ensuring that a pets' needs are met.

About: Like so many on here, I've been a pet lover my whole life! Starting out as a kid volunteering at the local animal shelter, pets have always been a major, lovable part of my life. I have since been a foster home for several pets until they have found their forever home in addition to owning my own sweetheart dog, Ava( she recently passed at 17 years!). What is special about hiring me is that your dog has the potential to get A LOT of exercise. I am an avid runner and have had dogs as my running partners my whole life. You will frequently see me in the evenings or in the early, early mornings in the Safety Harbor area or along Bayshore with a dog running by my side, and they love it!!! Your dog will not get just a 30 min walk to use the bathroom and get out of the house but instead, they will get a full workout by joining me on my runs. Each run is 30-60min depending on your dog's health. I am always careful to make sure they have plenty of water and we are not overdoing it or hurting their paws. If your dog hasn't don't this before I have also trained plenty to be able to switch from full on sprint mode to being able to run at a nice pace by my side. I have yet to meet a dog that hasn't LOVED running with me! I would love to meet you and your pet and help with dog walks/runs and/or providing a great place for them to stay when you have to leave town! (yes, if they stay with me for the weekend, daily runs are included if you'd like!) Morning runs and daily walks are the norm for me, its a bonus to have your pet join me and gives them the opportunity to get outside and be active! I currently live in spacious apartment with a nice neighborhood for walks. Your pet has plenty of options of where to rest and they are even welcome to sleep in the bed with me! They can truly make themselves at home.
