About: I have lots of experience helping to care for animals from taking care of horses to bathing dogs. I have pet sat for neighbors before. I’ll be working 25-30 hours per week so I will have plenty of time to fit Rover clients into my daily routine and schedule. I currently have an Aussiedoodle that I walk 2-3 times a week. My passion for animals began when I was very young, growing up with multiple family dogs of different breeds and sizes. As I got older, I volunteered at shelters, helped care for friends and family pets, and eventually rescued my own. It has been over 10 years since I started taking care of others' pets and have grown my knowledge of different breeds and temperaments. I’ve handled and trained energetic puppies, senior dogs, rescue dogs, sassy cats, and dogs that have behavioral issues like leash aggression. As a pet parent myself, I understand how important your pet’s care is, so I ensure your animals have a fun and safe environment to play while maintaining clear commands for obedience. The objective is to exercise your dog’s body and mind, but my goal as their caretaker is to establish trust through love and leadership. I always walk with a collapsible bowl, water, treats, and potty bags. If you have specific instructions on crating, potty time, or feeding, I will ensure to follow them. I maintain a full-time job working a hybrid schedule. Here is a typical week: Mon, Tues & Fri: - Walks & Drop-ins available before 8:00a and after 5:30p. I have two of my own dogs that get along well with others! I have a young, energetic cattle dog and an older cattle/ Bassett mix that matches the energy of others. He was used to check the temperament of other dogs within the shelter, so he adapts well to the needs of others.

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life — from small breeds to big, energetic ones — and I’ve taken care of all kinds along the way. Small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, I’ve handled the different needs each size brings, whether that’s extra exercise for a high-energy breed or gentler handling for a smaller one. That hands-on experience means I know how to adjust my approach depending on your dog’s size, temperament, and needs. Your pet will get the same attention and care I’ve given my own dogs for years. I work fully remote, which means I’m home most days and can step away anytime to let dogs out, feed them, or just check in. If needed, I’m happy to bring my laptop and work from your home so your pets have company throughout the day instead of being alone for long stretches. After 5pm and on weekends, I’m completely flexible and can give your pets as much attention and playtime as they need. Whether I’m in your home or mine, safety and routine come first. I currently live in an apartment right next to three dog parks, all within easy walking distance, so dogs get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and socialization if that’s something they enjoy. In your home, I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, and any specific instructions you give me, so there’s as little disruption to their day as possible. I treat every home I’m in with the same care and respect as my own, and I’m always reachable if you need an update.

About: I have spent my life loving and caring for animals of all sizes and types; dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and even some fish. I grew up with animals and have carried on the tradition of raising my own children amongst their "furry siblings". Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to help feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets over the years. I have a patient and loving home where are pets are a part of the family and that includes "guest pets" during their stay. I strive to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are with us. We have two dogs in the house, a terrier mix (10 pounds) and a cocker (30 pounds). I am a therapist and I'm typically in and out of the house most days from 8-5, coming home often for an hour or two at a time. My husband comes home most days for lunch. Additionally, I have two teenage children that are home most of the day during the summer or at least one of them is typically home at any given time cuddling with the dogs on the couch or in their rooms. We typically take the dogs for their walk after work each day. I have a fenced yard with room to run around. The fence gaps are small enough o keep our 10 lb terrier from escaping and is 5' high. We also have a doggie door to allow our dogs and our guests access to yard time and potty breaks throughout the day. Our dogs are family so they do sleep with us and are allowed on the couch. We have a walking path behind our house and through the neighborhood that allows us to take walks, typically in the evening. Our dogs are well socialized and have been exposed to having other dogs stay with us and staying with other dogs outside the home. They are playful and friendly. We have never had any incident with them in the 10 years we've had our terrier and 3 years we've had out spaniel. We tend to walk the dogs after work every day and feed them once in the morning and once in the evening. The house is dog friendly with nothing they can hurt themselves on.

I provide loving, attentive care while keeping pets comfortable and on their normal routine. I will always follow whatever directions the owner wishes to ensure their pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of all different type of dogs and cats. Some less than 5lbs and others more than 70. I am an animal lover at heart and friends and families have been reliant on me for all sorts of animal care. I’ve taken care of new fresh puppies that were unfortunate to not have a mother and others that are old and need special care and attention like shots, pills, and dietary restrictions. I am a lover of all animals any shape and size. I am currently working full time on Daniel island. I work from 8am to 5pm. However I do have a lunch break so if you live on Daniel Island, I can stop in the middle of the day to take care of your pet(s). I do not work on weekends so I can easily spend most of the day with your fur babies during the weekend. I have no problem giving animals plenty of cuddle time or giving them space when they need it. I’m happy to take them on walks frequently when I’m available and make sure they get the attention and care they need. Whatever your pet needs, I will do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I grew up with dogs and have volunteered and worked at animal shelters in Texas for several years. I want you to have complete peace of mind knowing your pet is safe and comfortable while you’re away. For dogs safety specifically, your dog will always be kept on a leash when outside the home, and I will never introduce your dog to another dog while we’re out on walks.
