About: I have spent my life loving and caring for animals of all sizes and types; dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and even some fish. I grew up with animals and have carried on the tradition of raising my own children amongst their "furry siblings". Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to help feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets over the years. I have a patient and loving home where are pets are a part of the family and that includes "guest pets" during their stay. I strive to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are with us. We have two dogs in the house, a terrier mix (10 pounds) and a cocker (30 pounds). I am a therapist and I'm typically in and out of the house most days from 8-5, coming home often for an hour or two at a time. My husband comes home most days for lunch. Additionally, I have two teenage children that are home most of the day during the summer or at least one of them is typically home at any given time cuddling with the dogs on the couch or in their rooms. We typically take the dogs for their walk after work each day. I have a fenced yard with room to run around. The fence gaps are small enough o keep our 10 lb terrier from escaping and is 5' high. We also have a doggie door to allow our dogs and our guests access to yard time and potty breaks throughout the day. Our dogs are family so they do sleep with us and are allowed on the couch. We have a walking path behind our house and through the neighborhood that allows us to take walks, typically in the evening. Our dogs are well socialized and have been exposed to having other dogs stay with us and staying with other dogs outside the home. They are playful and friendly. We have never had any incident with them in the 10 years we've had our terrier and 3 years we've had out spaniel. We tend to walk the dogs after work every day and feed them once in the morning and once in the evening. The house is dog friendly with nothing they can hurt themselves on.

Poor Delia was also incredible when my older pup lost a tooth, she alerted me immediately, brought her to my vet, followed up with them ensuring they triple checked to make sure she was alright, and then was there for my pet for everything she needed, all while communicating with me. She gave my dog the love and care that we all would hope for our pets when we are not there. After a tough travel morning, Delia was flexible when we got home earlier than expected and even brought our girl home. I appreciate the level of care and look forward to booking with her again soon!”

About: For the last 4 years that I’ve lived in North Carolina I have been dog sitting for my parents coworkers and any people that have asked. I’ve owned and been around cats since I was a baby. I love going on walks and appreciate being able to take an animal with me. I’m taking the summers mostly off since I work a lot during the school year. In the summers I go on walks one to two times a day. I’m very careful with making sure that there are no possible choking hazards on the ground that a pet could possible eat and I keep any tripping hazards off the ground. We also have a small fenced in backyard so I can keep a close eye on any possible pets.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid. When I was nine, my Yorkie was hit by a car and my parents wanted to put him down. I promised I would take care of him and give him the medicine and care he needed. Because of this love and care I had for Toto, we got to spend another four years together. About: Have always had a dog. Have fostered many puppies. My own dog was a shop dog and very well behaved. She is the perfect companion for any dog and would help them enjoy their stay. I am recently retired and have the time and energy to care for your dog along with my own. I am mostly home except for when I play tennis or go to the store. I live in a very dog friendly condo, pet stations, dog wash, etc... there is a green lawn area next to my building, as well as walking trails. Also live near Laurel Hill trails which is great place to walk dogs.

About: I love dogs, cats, horses, birds… all animals really! I grew up with a lot of animals and enjoyed spending time with them. I helped take care of litters of puppies and kittens when I was little. I also helped with large breed dogs, cats, birds, and fish. We always had a dog at home that I fed, bathed, and walked. One of my jobs back in the day required me to go inside people’s homes to assess for taxes and I would always hear people tell me their dogs were not this friendly with anyone else or not that playful.. they would follow me around, bring me toys, and seemed to crave my attention while I was there. I think they love me as much as I love them! I always look forward to my time with my furry friends. I treat your dog like part of the family. We have love, snuggles, playtime, and of course I talk to them like they are people. 😊 When I wake up, i say good morning, give them love and make sure they get right out for potty and then again after breakfast. I take them out at lunch time and get some exercise walking and/or playing in the yard so they can run around. If it’s hot, i try to get most of the playtime in the morning or at night. I have little chats with them and tell them how pretty, fun, and smart they are all through the day. I love to play, brush them, massage them, and sometimes just lay on the floor with them and pet them. The kids also love to play and cuddle with our furry friends so they get extra attention every day. We love dogs and are looking forward to sharing our days and nights with your fur baby. I enjoy time with animals! I love playing, walking, brushing, belly rubs, and sharing smiles! Dogs who stay here can run around freely in the fenced yard and play catch, fetch, or play “name that smell” on our walks. About: I’ve had dogs my life ever since I was a baby, I always would naturally gravitate towards animal's. As I got older I would pet sit for friends, family, and coworkers from time to time. About: I grew up with pets my whole life and have helped care for them in all ways including bathing, walks, medication distribution, nail trimming, and feeding. I have pet sat for loved ones, staying overnight. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, as well as large, medium, and small dogs! I will love your furry friend as if they’re my own! Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I have my own cat I take care of. I feed her every morning, play with her, give her flea medicine monthly, and scoop her litter daily. I also live with my childhood dog who is now a senior pup. I give her medicine, treats, keep track of her protein intake, walk her and make sure her water and food bowl is full. I care for pets in a loving way, being gentle with them and respecting all boundaries and reading their body language. I will ensure each and every pet has all their needs met and will give them lots of pets in between! I will respect the clients space and keep them updated on their pet throughout the time of service!
About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals for neighbors, family and friends since high school. Including bunnies, cats, horses and dogs. I love animals and I’ll be sure to take care of your fur-baby like it’s my own. Hello! I served 6 years in the Army and was recently honorably discharged. While I figure out what’s next for me I figured I should spend my time doing something I love… hanging out with animals. I’m free in the morning and afternoon on most workdays. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid. When I was nine, my Yorkie was hit by a car and my parents wanted to put him down. I promised I would take care of him and give him the medicine and care he needed. Because of this love and care I had for Toto, we got to spend another four years together. I treat my dogs and all dogs like they are family because they are! Pet care is my passion! I am available on the weekends, week nights and lunch time to care for our fur babies. About: Im Maggie! I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. Pets are a part of the family, and so I know how important it is to know they’re being well taken care of while you’re away. My family has never owned less than 5 animals at a time, and i’ve always had responsibilities taking care of them. I myself have a husky Dakota. He LOVES other animals. He’s great with both dogs and cats! We are very active and love to visit dog parks, and go on walks! I’m a recent graduate of nursing school, with an open and flexible schedule while I secure a job.
