About: i’ve had dogs and cats my whole life growing up. Assisted at numerous animal shelters. I’ve had my own dog for three years. She’s very well taken care of. I’ve watched numerous friends and families animals throughout my childhood and adulthood. I’m very competent and confident in my skills with animal caretaking. currently, I’m in the transition of graduate school to my first role as a physician assistant. I have a lot of flexibility in upcoming months to take care of animals and this is something I would like to do not only for my own enjoyment, but for a side income. I’m available pretty much anytime throughout the week, I just need a heads up. I am willing to care for your pets however you see and feel as needed. My personal dog is crate trained and potty trained. She spends most of her day outside of the crate. She’s very well trained both on and off leash. About: Growing up on a farm means I have an abundance of experience with animals of all shapes and sizes. This experience has only grown thanks to the 1000+ hours spent caring for a great variety of animals thanks to my preparation for and training in veterinary school. Much of my course work can be done online, so I am often free to hang out with your furry friends while I study throughout the day. I try to build my schedule where I don't need to leave pets alone longer than 6 hours maximum, and I am willing to adjust according to your pet's needs. I take great care to keep your pet's routine as similar as possible to their normal to minimize stress. I love to schedule a meet & greet beforehand to get to know you and your pet, and get to know all the details of their routine. I know what questions to ask to make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I also know how nice it is to come back to a clean home. Therefore, when staying in a client's home I take great care to leave everything exactly as it was or better. That way you can relax knowing your pets are well taken care of, and you have nothing to worry about when you return.
