About: I've been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine life without them. Growing up with dogs taught me how to care for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Today, I'm a proud Golden Retriever owner myself, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family member. Over the years, I've regularly helped friends and family care for their dogs, whether that meant walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or simply providing companionship while they were away. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog's unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to provide dependable care. As a nurse, my schedule varies throughout the week. On the days I'm working, I'm generally unavailable for pet care. However, I have approximately four days each week completely free, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, and pet sitting on my days off, and I'm especially happy to care for dogs during long weekends when my schedule allows. Because I know my work schedule in advance, I can communicate availability clearly and ensure your pet receives reliable, attentive care. When I'm with your pet, they will have my full attention, and I'll do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and happy while you're away. Pets staying in my home will be treated like part of the family. While I do not have a fenced backyard, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise and enrichment through multiple daily walks, outdoor time on leash, play sessions, and lots of attention throughout the day. My Golden Retriever, Olive, will also be present during stays. She is friendly, social, and loves having canine companions to play with. Of course, I always prioritize safety and will ensure that all introductions are done thoughtfully and that every dog is comfortable. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply relaxing in a home environment, I'll work to maintain their routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible while you're away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and my goal is to provide a safe, loving, and fun home away from home.

About: Hi, I’m Jordyn! I graduated from UW-Madison with a B.S. in Animal and Veterinary Biosciences in 2025 and am currently a second year Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine student at The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine! I have over 5 years of animal experience including shadowing at a vet clinic, working as a Veterinary Assistant, working at a Large Animal Hospital at the Wisconsin Vet school, working in a research lab, dog sitting, and a 2 week animal rehabilitation abroad trip to Thailand. I have experience with all types of animals including dogs, cats, poultry, cows, horses, llamas, alpacas, elephants, and more! I’m an animal lover at heart! I’m a veterinary student and live just a short distance from campus, so I’m able to come home throughout the day to take frequent walks and spend time with your pet. I live in an animal-friendly apartment. I currently don’t have any dogs in-house. I’ll also have a car and can travel to you, take your pets to the dog park, go on adventures, and more!
