She didn't need to be asked to wipe off the dog when it was wet, she always let me know if she was going to be even a little late, she treated my dog like she was her own, clearly loves animals, and my dog LOVES HER!! Furthermore, she charges a VERY reasonable fee and told me she keeps her fee low because she knows that pet-care costs can be expensive...in other words, she cares as much about the human as she does the pet! I will ALWAYS turn to Nicole for pet care from now on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!”
