***PLEASE NOTE*** that I am an RN working in Columbus, and work 3x 12 hour shifts a week. Please keep this in mind when considering me to house sit. I will have multiple full days off during the week, but during my shifts I will not be able to be home with your pet. I usually know my schedule for about a month at a time, and I'm happy to plan my work schedule around your trips! I am happy to meet your needs as much as possible.

Before taking care of your pet, I'd like to know more about your expectations and health concerns your pets might have (prone to overheating, allergies, food restrictions, etc.). I have no breed restrictions and feel that a dog's personality should be looked at before their breed. Let me know what I can do to keep your pet safe, but entertained.

For all pets, I try to spend some time each day giving them lots of love and attention. Some play time is a must as well! If your pet has a favorite toy, then that will be a go to! For dogs: I love to get outside! So if they have a favorite park or walk route, let me know and we'll get some fresh air together!

Whether dogs, cats, fish, or other exotics, I'm here to keep your family comfortable and safe while you're away! I have helped housesit and watch pets for 10+ years. I have taken care of Great Danes, Boxers, Airedales, cats, fish, guinea pigs, you name it! I'm most familiar with medium/large dogs and cats. I'm happy to give your furry friend some companionship and time to stretch their legs while you're away! I have an energetic dog myself and know how important exercise and enrichment are. Let me help burn some of their energy! I am also familiar with a variety if medications (from pills to injections, and even subcutaneous fluids!) and am comfortable administering these. I can't wait to hear from you!

Samantha did amazing with my (very energetic and easily distracted) boy. I knew from her meet and greet that she was very understanding and kind. My dog loved her immediately and I’ll definitely book with her again.

Samantha was wonderful with my sweet boy cat! He loved her on their first introduction. His care is a handful with twice a day medicine dosings, and she was always consistent and kind. She did little extras for me, like taking my trash out. She sent pictures and kept in communication throughout our time away. I highly recommend her and plan of rebooking for my next trip!
Samantha is very dependable and isi frequently o contact during the visit with updates and pictures. My dog's absolutely adore her!
