She has a wealth of experience, a deep and obvious love for animals, and treated our cats like they were her own! After each visit, she sent us a detailed report about the visit, including multiple photos of the cats (and their food bowls so we could see how much they were eating). I entered my search with a very high bar for the person I would accept to care for our cats, and Jennifer turned out to be, quite literally, a dream come true!
