With eight years of experience caring for pets, I bring a thoughtful, patient approach to every visit. I have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has given me a solid foundation in reading behavior and using reinforcement to praise desirable behavior. While my professional ABA experience is with humans, I've found that it translates well with my own cat and other animals I've been responsible for.

While in your home, I try to stick closely to your pet's typical routine and treat your home with care, keeping it clean and tidy so it feels untouched while you're away. I'll also send regular updates to keep you connected and informed. I'm always mindful of safety throughout every visit. I watch for hazards, double-check leashes before walks, and carefully research any medications to ensure they're given correctly and on schedule.

Amanda has helped take care of my cat, Casper, on numerous occasions while I was facing some health related issues. She followed the directions I left her and was very patient with Casper (he doesn't always take to new people). I always feel comfortable leaving him in her care because I know she'll take the effort to make Casper comfortable, which means I can feel comfortable too. I would highly recommend her.
Amanda was wonderful with my dogs, she was very friendly and respectful. She did a great job keeping us updated and was professional. We can’t wait to utilize Amanda’s services again!
