Thea is a favorite in our family. I have 3 cats and 2 are very shy but Thea makes them so comfortable and brings them out of their shells. In addition, Thea follows all notes and directions and is a pro at pet care. She takes this job very seriously and it shows. Arabella is amazing! She took up a last minute job to check in on my cat for over five days, administering his oral medication as well as general care tasks. I recieved lots of updates and great pictures of him along the way, and she was very professional and respectful of my home. My cat adores her and your pets will, too!

Overall did a good job! Came ahead of time to meet the cats, cleaned their litter and brought in packages from our porch. Biggest piece of feedback was I gave her a window of time I’d like the cats visited (3-7 pm) and she came in the morning one day and then asked again the next day - would recommend being very clear what times you need visits but overall she was receptive to the times we previously aligned on and ended up coming both evenings for visits.
While not an expectation, Melanie was able to add on one day with less than 12 hours notice because I got stranded in Chicago when my flight was cancelled! She has checked on my kitties millions of times and I would always recommend her, but really appreciated her willingness to help on short notice this time. ❤️
