About: Hi!! I have a deep love for dogs and have grown up with them my whole life of all ages! I got my first dog in high school and was I was 100% responsible for her and raised her from a puppy until she was 4 years old until I had to go to college and couldn’t bring her with me. I miss her so much so I thought this is a great way to fill that void! I have experience with different breeds as well, and I have dog sat for some of my friends and family in the past! I am currently taking summer classes and I have a very free schedule with only being out of the house for 1-2 hours a day. About: Hi! I am a pet owner and enthusiast. Since I am a professor, I work from home and have a lot of free time in summers and holidays to hang out with your wonderful dog. About: I am a dog mom, cat mom and a part time MBA student. My two cats are very well socialized with dogs, and my puppy Suki is absolutely obsessed with other dogs. We live in an apartment in downtown Columbus with plenty of space for a small dog guest. There are small grass patches in my apartment where I can take a dog to potty, they would need to be leashed the entire time. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside walking the scioto mile, and I like to paint. My current daily routine is flexible so I would be able to provide any care necessary. I used to have a senior dog that required a lot of TLC, and now I have a 4 pound puppy with a fast metabolism that also requires TLC for other reasons. suki is partially potty trained, but we do use indoor pads and a live grass patch. It’s OK if your dog is small and pad trained, I have plenty of cleaning supplies to take care of any accidents. I take safety very seriously for all pets. My cat takes a consistent medication every night at 9 PM and we haven’t missed it for the past four years. Also small dogs take a special amount of attention to keep safe.
About: Being a senior makes me old school, like being exactly on time or a bit early. I subscribe to the Dog Whisperer tenet of being ALPHA and pack leader to dogs in my care. A dog in a pack is a happy dog. I only use positive reinforcement. Ex.: dog pulling on the leash can be fixed by changing directions every 4 steps to the left, walking in a square, this encourages the dog to slow down and watch his human. Dog hair is a welcome addition to a life well lived, that's why my dogs get furniture and bed privileges. One fact about my dogs i pay attention to is how many sips of water they take. On a very hot day I've seen 30-40. This helps me know easily how my pet is feeling so I can react accordingly. Maybe time to put the soft Frisbee away! I'm fully retired, and rise early, so morning walks are easy. Breakfast is next, and 1hr later another walk outside. I like to prep a bag to take to the park. My fav is Schiller Park in German Village. I don't own a pet currently, I've had some health issues that are now resolved. Having been an owner twice in my life has given me many many experiences so I am flexible.

“Our sweet boy, Franns, loves Sally so much! We cannot say her name unless it means we are headed to the car to take him to see her. It is obvious that Sally cares for Franns the same, as well. When we leave Franns in Sally's care, I have never once had to worry about his well-being, and that is a comfort I will never take for granted. We love Sally, for loving our big boy so well.”

About: Hi! I am a pet owner and enthusiast. Since I am a professor, I work from home and have a lot of free time in summers and holidays to hang out with your wonderful dog. I love getting to know a pet’s wants, anticipate their anxieties, and most importantly play! My work requires me to be on-site part time, so I am quite flexible for overnight stays, extra long walks, and boarding at my place with my sheltie Flora. I have a two bedroom apartment with my sweet, spayed sheltie Flora who loves to play and take naps. I am quite active so I would be happy to take your dog on long epic walks.
About: I have always had dogs growing up. I would have responsibilities like taking them for walks, feeding them, playing fetch or even just giving them love. I have always had a love for all kinds of dogs and will be more than glad to take care of yours! :) I’m currently working full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. However, I am available in the evenings and weekends! I would love to take your pup for evening walks or play with them at the park! I have a fenced yard at my apartment complex as well as nearby parks and walking trails I can take them too. I am very flexible and am willing to accommodate to what your pet needs.

“Liz watched my pup Kiwi for 10 days at her home while I was on a trip. This was the longest trip I’ve taken without Kiwi, and she can have a bit of separation anxiety. I also had to switch her to another diet due to food allergies l the day before I left. However, Liz had no problems managing these issues and accommodating Kiwi’s needs. Her dog, Lola, was also friendly and social, so there were no issues there. Liz updated me and sent photos daily, which was very comforting, I would definitely use her as a sitter again, and would recommend her to others as well. 😊”
