I’m Krystal, a retired military veteran & lifelong animal lover. Dogs have been part of my life since childhood, and for the past 16 years, I shared my heart and home with two incredible German Shepherds. I recently lost one to old age and the other to cancer — but their love and loyalty continue to inspire me every day. Now, I’m looking to fill my days doing what I love most: spending time with animals (dogs and horses share equal space in my heart!). I offer dependable, compassionate dog walking services in **Aspire and within a 10-mile radius**. Whether your dog needs long adventures or short potty breaks, I’m here to help — with love and patience. Let’s get your dog’s tail wagging! 🐶💛 **“Veteran-Owned. Pet-Loved. Tailor-Made Walks.”** Hi, I’m Krystal — recently retired from the military and now fully embracing the things that bring me joy: animals, the outdoors, and helping others. After years of structure and service, I’m excited to spend this next chapter doing something close to my heart. I’ve had dogs by my side my whole life, including two loyal German Shepherds who taught me everything about companionship, patience, and unconditional love. Losing them recently was incredibly hard, but it reminded me just how special the bond between humans and animals truly is. That’s why I’m here — to help other pet parents keep their dogs happy, healthy, and moving, even on the busiest of days. I’m **available most days and flexible with scheduling/price**, whether you need consistent daily walks, occasional check-ins, or tailored routines for senior dogs or high-energy pups. You can trust that your dog will be in good hands with someone who genuinely cares, shows up on time, and treats every animal like family. And if you’re a horse lover too — we already have something in common! Let’s meet and see if we’re a good fit for your furry friend. 🐾 🌳 Where We Walk Living in the *Aspire community* has some great perks — including *on-site dog parks* and safe, walkable paths right inside the gates. If you prefer to keep your pup close to home, I’m more than happy to stay within Aspire for their walks, playtime, and potty breaks. Want to give your dog a little more variety and stimulation? These spots are dog-friendly, peaceful, and full of great sniffing opportunities! Whether your dog thrives in quiet spaces or enjoys exploring new sights and smells, I’ll tailor each walk to their personality and your preferences.
About: I worked as a kennel tech for a dog trainer for 2 years and have been volunteering with a dog rescue that saves abused and neglected dogs for the past 6 years. These experiences, as well as raising my own dogs, have given me the knowledge to work with most dogs, but my passion is working with fearful, anxious, and reactive dogs. Working on their time to gain their trust is my specialty and passion. I have experience working through basic obedience, counter conditioning, confidence building, muzzle training, gear shyness, and cooperative care. I also have experience working with dogs that require more intensive care due to feeding routines (such as making homemade food or strict feeding schedules with medications) and grooming maintenance (frequent or routine baths due to coat type or skin conditions). Know that under my care, your pup will be with someone who understands them as an individual and can meet them where they are at. I'm currently attending college online, so I'm almost always available during the week, except when I'm taking care of my own dogs. On weekends, I do market events, so I might not have as much availability throughout the day. Your dog's comfort as well as yours are my top priorities, so I will follow all instructions given regarding care, as well as any notes about behavior given to me. I do like to use food based rewards when applicable, so I will be mindful of any dietary restrictions, sensitivities, and allergies before giving treats. I will also monitor your dog during my visit and make you aware of any potential health or behavior issues I notice.
“An amazing experience! She took care of my pup and my cats at home! I can’t thank her enough for the amazing service person provided especially on such short notice! Thank you again!”

“We loved having Desiree walk our black lab! Desiree is very gentle, kind and compassionate. She walked Posy every afternoon for a week. We found her to be very reliable and a good communicator if she was running a few minutes behind or needed to make a change. We will certainly book again with Desiree when we need helping walking Posy.”

With just one dog and a few fish at home, plus a part-time job, I have plenty of time—especially nights and weekends! I make sure every pet feels safe and comfortable. I don’t have a fenced yard, so all outdoor time is always on-leash for safety. I’m experienced with kennels and can crate pets if needed for their comfort or routine. Your pup will also have the option to hang out with my friendly Chiweenie mix! Whether at my home or yours, I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention so your pet feels loved while you’re away.

I’m super friendly and great with animals I am currently not working and decided to pick this up because I lost my father recently and felt like this was a good starting point for getting out of the house. I have complete open availability I am very good at following any instructions placed for your animals and am always respectful of others homes. I also really like to clean so I will always clean up after animals and myself
About: Animals ranging from Sugar Gliders to cats and dogs to cows have been a part of my life since before I could walk. I used to foster medical case kittens when I lived in Georgia to increase their chances of being adopted into their furever homes I currently work part time, so I can love on your furbabies every day except for tuesdays and wednesdays until after 3 PM. Unfortunately, my home is not pet friendly, but I would love to come to your home and make friends with your animals. I am well-versed in most types of dogs- large and small, timid and excited that I exist, aggressive and love spongey. I have experience with pets working on their potty training and fur babies learning boundaries, as well as animals needing special medical attention.
About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 11 years old. I continue to take care of my friends and parents animals when needed. I personally have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have a geriatric, 16 yo, dachshund/beagle mix, so I can change dog diapers and give meds if needed. I have a full time job and work Monday-Wednesday, so Thursday through Sunday I am very flexible on the needs of my clients. If I have other obligations on those days, my availability will always be up to date. I have 2 dogs for your fur baby to play with, a large fenced yard, and can crate your fur baby if needed. I have an extra large crate if your fur baby needs it.

Whether it's my loyal dog at home, my beautiful cat or the diverse pack of dogs I walk, every step and wagging tail adds warmth to my days, reminding me of the simple joys and unconditional love that pets bring to our lives. I work from home along side my beautiful wife. I am available 7 days a week from 7 am to 9pm and my schedule is very flexible. With a vigilant eye and attention to detail, I will be 100% present with your animals. About: 🐶「 ✦ Hello Fur Parents! ✦ 」🐶 I'm Kimberly, a work-at-home mom with a flexible schedule, eager to care for your four-legged family member. As a life-long animal lover with experience across various breeds, I prioritize safety and strive to create a home-like environment where every pet feels secure and loved! I only offer in-home boarding for one fur family at a time, so that your pet can get the loving attention that they deserve. 🥰 Whether doing drop-ins at your home, or boarding in mine, I send regular photos, videos, and updates to give you peace of mind, ensuring you're always in the loop - so be ready to enjoy some cute pictures while you are away. 📷 Currently, in our home, we have a friendly 70-pound hound mix named Beaux, who loves new playmates! We also have a cat named Johnny. In the past, our family has had rabbits, a turtle, guinea pigs, and a lizard - so I come equipped with the knowledge to care for multiple species of animals. 🐢 🐶「 ✦ In-Home Boarding Details: ✦ 」🐶 While boarding in my home, crates are used during brief absences and bedtime. This is for the safety of all pets and my household. Because of this, I ask that all dogs in my care be crate-trained. *Rest assured, dogs are never left in crates for long periods during the day, as I am home most of the time*. 🦴 Dogs (and puppies over 18 months) must be spayed/neutered. All must be child-friendly, up-to-date on vaccinations and flea and heartworm prevention, and crate-trained. I will ask for you to provide proof of vaccination records before our meet and greet for the safety of all pets in care. 💕 Working at home, I'm always available for your four-legged family members. Mine love to lay under my desk while I work, and yours are invited to join them! 🐶🖥️🐶 I have a fenced-in backyard and live in a great tree-filled neighborhood for walks! My backyard is shaded and great for exercise and resting under the trees (always supervised, of course).
“Amanda came to our house for eleven days to walk and check in on our dog, Hazel. She did a great job and was very flexible which I appreciated so much. I definitely plan on using Amanda to care for Hazel again in the future and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone caring and responsible for their pets!”

“My Bailey's home away from home!! Ok so a little background- my dog Bailey is a rescue who was physically abused by her previous owner. For this reason, she is utterly terrified of new people because she has a natural distrust for people following early life events. Kristen and her family originally spent time coming to my house to walk Bailey and spend time with her, and Bailey had been doing well with the new dog walkers! However, after learning about Bailey's concerns, Kristen thought it may improve Bailey's situation to have her spend the day at doggy daycare, and let me tell you, she and her family have done an amazing job taking care of Bailey!!! I've never seen her so happy every day when I come to pick her up (and probably even more happy to be dropped off :P). It's only been a few weeks and I can already tell Kristen and her family are making her feel at home away from home, and carefully allowing her to interact with other dogs and humans when Bailey is ready. I've been absolutely overjoyed seeing her improvement in socialization skills, and, really, just how happy and comfortable she is; makes my day! On a side note, following several meetings with a Behavioralist, I'm actively training her to help improve her anxiety and fear toward people. Kristen understands how important this is and has been ensuring Bailey is trained (in the same way I'm training her for continuity sake) while at doggy daycare, since I don't have the opportunity to train her several times throughout the day during the work week. Her obedience has improved, and better yet, she's starting to see new people with a different outlook; she's excited to make new friends! Thank you Kristen!!”

About: I've had two toy poodles in my lifetime, and cared for friends' and family's puppies / dogs whenever they've offered. I've handled small, medium, and large dogs and feel comfortable with them all. Your biggest concern should be that your dog will be too spoiled while they're with me. I'm aware that some dogs may run off, and am alert to the sound of scurrying paws making a beeline for the road. I will be your dog's second best friend and caretaker and be sure to send you photos of our adventures! I volunteered for an NGO called Dogs on Deployment while I lived in San Diego, taking care of deployed military members' pets. Really, I have the biggest heart, will be responsible with your pet, and make sure that everything that you need to get done gets done. I’m currently working part time and I have a coaching practice, so I am pretty flexible with my scheduling. I can and have stayed overnight to take care of pets and I do it with joy. My cat is let outside pretty regularly so that he can get the mental stimulation that he needs as a Siamese. I’ve also leash trained him and he knows a few tricks, as I’m hoping to continue to trail train him to go on backpacking trips with me. He’s already been really receptive. As far as other people’s pets go, I obviously lead with what their pet routine is. I won’t push any of my own trainings on the style of pet ownership of the owner whose pet I’m caring for.

I went on a walk with Izzy to see if she would be a good fit for an overnight stay. She is so wonderful! She was very attuned to the dogs body language, and asked all the good questions in regards to care. She brought them organic and yummy treats and my dogs immediately took to her. Can't wait for more walks and stays.
