About: I am a prevet student at Brigham Young University. I hope to use this job as an opportunity to gain more hands on experience with pets. I have been caring for pets all my life and know that this is my calling. I am here to give your pet %110 percent of my care and attention. I am available every day of the week, and have the transportation necessary to be there for your pets whenever needed. My schedule is flexible and subject to change. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who can be kept separate from clients dogs if necessary. I can drive moderate distances to care for pets and can provide necessary exercise or care if instructed.

About: I have grown up my whole life with dogs . I pay very close attention to their needs and will make sure that they get the attention they deserve . If they get dirty while on my watch , I will make sure they are returned clean to you . I had a dog watching business during my 4 years of college and would like to continue Post-Grad. I work from home full time so I will be able to play and walk your furry friend often . I always keep a stash of treats and will willingly give out cuddles and belly rubs. My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs. He would love a friend to play with while I’m working . I have a pet of my own that I care for daily . I walk him 3-4 times a day on my work breaks and we go to the dog park on my off days . I have a large fenced yard that can work for a lot of outside playtime and frequent potty breaks ! There is plenty of space to have the zoomies and a water bowl to stay hydrated .

About: I worked as a kennel tech for a dog trainer for 2 years and have been volunteering with a dog rescue that saves abused and neglected dogs for the past 6 years. These experiences, as well as raising my own dogs, have given me the knowledge to work with most dogs, but my passion is working with fearful, anxious, and reactive dogs. Working on their time to gain their trust is my specialty and passion. I have experience working through basic obedience, counter conditioning, confidence building, muzzle training, gear shyness, and cooperative care. I also have experience working with dogs that require more intensive care due to feeding routines (such as making homemade food or strict feeding schedules with medications) and grooming maintenance (frequent or routine baths due to coat type or skin conditions). Know that under my care, your pup will be with someone who understands them as an individual and can meet them where they are at. For Walks/Drop Ins: I have pretty varied availability throughout the day on weekdays due to my work schedule. For Housesitting: I typically need to be out of the house anywhere from 4-10 hrs depending on my shift at work. Your dog's comfort as well as yours are my top priorities, so I do require a meet and greet before any service I provide. This allows me to meet your pet and see their behavior before a service, and lets you see how your pet feels around me. I provide daily updates with pictures, with the ability to provide more frequent updates at your request. I also strictly follow any instructions and routines laid out for me regarding a pet's care.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 11 years old. I continue to take care of my friends and parents animals when needed. I personally have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have a geriatric, 16 yo, dachshund/beagle mix, so I can change dog diapers and give meds if needed. I have a full time job and work Monday-Wednesday, so Thursday through Sunday I am very flexible on the needs of my clients. If I have other obligations on those days, my availability will always be up to date. I have 2 dogs for your fur baby to play with, a large fenced yard, and can crate your fur baby if needed. I have an extra large crate if your fur baby needs it.

All must be child-friendly, up-to-date on vaccinations and flea and heartworm prevention, and crate-trained. I will ask for you to provide proof of vaccination records before our meet and greet for the safety of all pets in care. 💕 Working at home, I'm always available for your four-legged family members. Mine love to lay under my desk while I work, and yours are invited to join them! 🐶🖥️🐶 I have a fenced-in backyard and live in a great tree-filled neighborhood for walks! My backyard is shaded and great for exercise and resting under the trees (always supervised, of course).

“My Bailey's home away from home!! Ok so a little background- my dog Bailey is a rescue who was physically abused by her previous owner. For this reason, she is utterly terrified of new people because she has a natural distrust for people following early life events. Kristen and her family originally spent time coming to my house to walk Bailey and spend time with her, and Bailey had been doing well with the new dog walkers! However, after learning about Bailey's concerns, Kristen thought it may improve Bailey's situation to have her spend the day at doggy daycare, and let me tell you, she and her family have done an amazing job taking care of Bailey!!! I've never seen her so happy every day when I come to pick her up (and probably even more happy to be dropped off :P). It's only been a few weeks and I can already tell Kristen and her family are making her feel at home away from home, and carefully allowing her to interact with other dogs and humans when Bailey is ready. I've been absolutely overjoyed seeing her improvement in socialization skills, and, really, just how happy and comfortable she is; makes my day! On a side note, following several meetings with a Behavioralist, I'm actively training her to help improve her anxiety and fear toward people. Kristen understands how important this is and has been ensuring Bailey is trained (in the same way I'm training her for continuity sake) while at doggy daycare, since I don't have the opportunity to train her several times throughout the day during the work week. Her obedience has improved, and better yet, she's starting to see new people with a different outlook; she's excited to make new friends! Thank you Kristen!!”

If there is an extended stay and mail and/or trash cans need to be taken in and out that isn’t a problem while I’m caring for your fur baby.

About: I'm a mother of 2 kids and 1 female shih tzu (moxie 12 yrs old). I work for an elementary school but am available before and after school for your pet needs . I will maintain any schedules you have and will make sure your fur babies get extra love during your time apart. I'm currently a stay at home mom. I'm available pretty much all hours of the day and night. I'm only away briefly from 3:15 -3:45 for school pickups. Besides that i'm here for you and your pups. A comfortable loving home with a fenced in yard . 2 kids to give your pups extra hugs and a 6yr old shih tzu to play alongside your pups.

About: I’ve taken care of my family yorkies from when they used puppy pads to now training them on how to use the doggie door. I truly miss coming home to endless snuggles and love because let’s be honest I do not get that after my organic chemistry class. I would love the opportunity to help bring some love to your furbabies because sometimes people get busy and animals do not deserve a lack of attention. Not only would I love to help you out, but I see this as your animals helping ME out as I miss my own furballs so much. I can help walk (gets me exercise), feed (gives me dopamine), and even clean lice if ever needed (ask me how I know). I have the gift of only having to be student right now, so any time I can dedicate to your animals is time that I’m also dedicating to my mental health in all honesty haha. Currently my only responsibility is school, which is an extremely privileged thing to say. Summer break is coming up and all I have are summer classes on certain days which I’m happy to work around. Any other time is time I can dedicate to your animals. Respect and trust is the most important service I intend to provide to any client. Your animals are a part of your family just as they are a part of my own family. And the crazy thing is — is that they don’t have a voice (even though I wish they did, seriously who wouldn’t want to talk to animals?!) I intend to be their voice. I will respect any guideline you have if it means keeping your trust and your furbabies trust. With walking, I will go whatever distance they feel comfortable going. With feeding, I will follow whatever guide you have for me. With sitting, I will truly do my job and leave the rest up to any plan you have for me. Communication is also an important factor. I’ve worked in healthcare and plan on working in healthcare in the future, so I understand the necessity of communicating provider to client. I’m here 24/7 because what else do I have to do besides study🙈
