“Nicole was amazing for my two rambunctious boys. Followed all directions with them and they were very happy. Will definitely be using her again. Communication was great and she was timely for the 4 days she dropped in on my boys.”

“This is our second time with Ashley. Our baby got sent to the NICU with an extended stay, we had to rebook last minute while we where staying at hospital. Ashley is an amazing person, super responsable and understanding. She took amazing care of our 2 cats and husky. She has been a blessing to us. Would 200% recommend her”

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 11 years old. I continue to take care of my friends and parents animals when needed. I personally have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have a geriatric, 16 yo, dachshund/beagle mix, so I can change dog diapers and give meds if needed. I have a full time job and work Monday-Wednesday, so Thursday through Sunday I am very flexible on the needs of my clients. If I have other obligations on those days, my availability will always be up to date. I have 2 dogs for your fur baby to play with, a large fenced yard, and can crate your fur baby if needed. I have an extra large crate if your fur baby needs it.

“Kimberly and Christopher were fabulous with our elder kitties. They have watched them several times for us, and we feel so comfortable, leaving them in their care. They kept us up-to-date on what was going on with the cats, and took awesome care. I would highly recommend them.”

“Skyla was so nice and flexible! I originally contacted her for something else which she didn’t have availability for but she offered me a bunch of other options and we were able to work it out! I will definitely use her again if needed and recommend her to anyone else!”

About: With pets in the house since the day I can remember, I always ensured that they were properly cared for. This included training my dog and cat. My dog would go on walks almost daily and was fed on a schedule. For my family cats and personally owned, Litter boxes are cleaned daily. I with the cats being on a feedings schedule. They also received daily health treats. I have also volunteered at a pet shelter and cared for cats, kittens, and puppies there as well. I’m currently working a part time job throughout the weekdays. My schedule throughout those days is very unpredictable though because it’s through appointment. I will be free all day on weekends to take care of and play with your pets. I’ve had pets in my home since the day I can remember and always treated them with nothing but love. They were always on a timed feeding schedule with treats given everyday. My dog was taken on walks almost daily. My cats have always been indoor but I do have experience with outdoor cats.

“Cannot recommend Kallie enough. She was so good with our puppy. She asked if we had anything that we were training and if we would like her to also work with him on it. We felt so comfortable knowing that our boy was being physically and mentally stimulated in a loving way while we were gone. She provided wonderful communication with every visit. She was so kind and thoughtful. We look forward to hopefully seeing her again!”

“Jennifer was awesome! She was intentional about being in time, when she couldn't be, she was super apologetic, where most people I would have never known. She takes her responsibilities very seriously. Your pets are in good hands.”

“I was very happy with the care Kristen gave my cats. My cats are very shy, but they came out for her by the 2nd day. I’m also happy that she was able to give my one cat his medication. Also, getting updates from the visits and seeing pictures helped put my mind at ease while away. I look forward to future visits.”

Kimberly was the sweetest, for helping me out! She was punctual, kind, considerate, and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help out, when my last minute cancellation came from someone else, leaving me to scramble and make sure everything would be ok. It was; she went above and beyond, and I am grateful for people like her. Thank you so much!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cibolo. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
