My passion and dedication to animal welfare translates within my everyday routine. For the past three plus years I have devoted and dedicated my career to the Animal Defense League of Texas as the Adoption Center Manager. Growing up in San Antonio as well as gaining the knowledge I have about how out of hand the stray population is in the South is has helped me come to the realization there are not enough resources readily available within our community to ensure our furry companions lead long happy lives in their forever homes. Rover provides options such as doggy day cares, boarding, and a plentiful supply of readily available dog walkers that are all great initiatives to helping reduce our stray population...an initiative I am proud to be apart of.

As always, Lauren was great with Lilo.
Our pups did fantastic with Lauren. Lauren kept us informed on how the pups were doing the entire time. We received pics and communication daily. I highly recommend Lauren. Very attentive and nurturing with the pups. Thank you, Lauren. for caring for our babies.
Lauren was so nice and very accommodating with my new adopted dog, Luna. Luna did great in her care and I’ll definitely ask her to care for my dog again.
Stay went fine as far as I can tell. Lauren was friendly & communicated well. Beautiful house, nice neighborhood. I got several pictures, although each set was just multiples of my dog sitting, each day in a different room. But, she is an anxious doodle, so that could be all she did all day. Also I appreciate that Lauren was able to watch my dog on short notice!
Love having Lauren as our sitter. First time boarding my fur baby and with the daily updates and photos i received I can tell my little furry one enjoyed her stay!
Lauren was very communicative and took great care of “Jake”. Will use Lauren again! She knows all about dogs!
